I emailed for a quote and sent a photo. After describing my issue I received a phone call from Lee who was able to advise me over the phone. He didn't have to do that because he got no business from it. Would highly recommend because that was honest of him. If I have any jobs which require specialist work in the future I will be sure to call them. Honesty goes a long way.

I would highly recommend Lee and his company. they have recently completed a job on my bathroom to replace all the flooring and shower. They were very quick to respond, professional and went out of their way to be helpful, including going out of their way to make sure the job was done well.. I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

I really can't recommend Lee and his team enough. We had our boiler fail on us just before Christmas, and were struggling to get anyone round to help us. Lee came round to do the job himself because all his guys were booked on jobs. The price was fair, the work was high quality, and they did a great job, leaving the place neat and tidy. Most importantly we had a nice warm Christmas. We then had Lee come back more recently as our pump was starting to go (the whole system was quite old). He replaced the pump and a radiator. Initially we had some problems, which seemed to be caused by an under-powered pump. Although this was the pump manufacturer's fault for providing incorrect advice, Lee was professional enough to take it on the chin and install a much more powerful pump at no extra cost to us. Very impressed to say the least.

Very happy with the service provided. Workmen were able to come out the day after I rang and they were very helpful. I was quoted a fair price to sort out my blocked sink and although the job took a little longer and required a new pipe I was still charged what I was quoted. I will definitely recommend!

Lee was great. I had a leak in my shower, and he came as scheduled and fixed the problem there and then. He checked back in with me afterwards to see if there were any issues, and even gave me advice for how to fix the brown stain left on the ceiling. Great service and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I called lee out Christmas Eve with a water pressure problem. Lee was unable to visit but was incredibly patient when talking me through what I had to do to get the boiler working again. Lee was outstanding and I would highly recommend him.

Honest and experienced. Called Lee regarding a leaking kitchen sink, he ask me to send a couple of photos and then suggested that I try a few things first (which fixed the issue). He could have charged a call out, but instead did the sensible and honest thing. Will be my first choice for any further work.

A1 service. I messaged Stewart and Stewart on Saturday afternoon following a substantial leak on the toilet cistern pipe. Lee came out as promised, isolated the leak, gave a reasonable quote on the spot and said the repair could be carried out on Monday at a cheaper rate when the part was available. I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Stewart and Stewart were recently appointed to carry out some repair work on behalf of our neighbours. We were very impressed by their professionalism and used them to carry out some other work. They did an excellent job and we will definitely be using them again!

Cannot recommend Stewart & Stewart enough. Friendly engineers who explain things in layman terms rather than mumbo jumbo technical jargon. Lee and his guys are fab. We have used twice now and the service has always been very prompt and quick. Our boiler broke in the middle of the snowy period and he managed to fit in someone to come to us within 45 mins and fix it.

Lee Stewart at Stewart & Stewart has been amazingly helpful, kind and responsive to my plumbing problems and not only was the firm referred to me by a wonderful electrician to begin with, but Stewart & Stewart have also referred me to a good warm air heating specialist to help with an ongoing issue.
