Hope the quality of bathrooms are better than the quality of driving… To drive and act the way he did would be ridiculous in any vehicle, but behaviour like that in a massive sign written van - I have no words! Looking at previous reviews it is not the first time they’ve had an aggressive and dangerous driver behind the wheel. Is this the standards you set for representing and advertising your business? There is certainly nothing ‘First Class’ about the way you use the road.
From start to finish the team at FCP were a pleasure. I will single out Ronald who took my wife and I from inception to conclusion, always being ready to offer an opinion and guidance. Also showed real customer focus when he and I had to talk £ as our original budget for 3 bathrooms was stretched, but he showed his competence went beyond just technical as was ready and willing to walk me through these commercial matters and find suitable alternatives in order to hit a £ we could make work. We hit a few problems around deliveries and a few missing bits and bobs, but these were never given the chance to manifest into big issues as the team would always have solutions/alternatives ready! Could not recommend FCP more 👍
Not an experience as a customer, but never will be. The way someone driving a vw golf r with your company website on the back is ridiculous. Erratic, trying to make his own lane, driving aggressive, speeding, almost going into the side of me twice and all for nothing more than to get one car ahead. Absolutely pointless and idiotic! Not to mention it's Christmas Eve. Pathetic! Can understand why you have a review saying someone is aggressive! Great way to advertise your company 👍🏻
Absolutely blown away by the lengths the staff go to at first class to accommodate you. We had fantastic service and delivery, they really went above and beyond to get good to us when other High street companies let us down. In future we will go straight to first class straight away. We bought everything from toilets to hot taps and couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much Danny and team
Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Dale. Went in for ideas and one & half hours later left having ordered a bathroom suite. Will certainly use them again.
We rebuilt a house locally. We have nothing but praise for Danny and his team at First Class Plumbing & Bathrooms Supplies. They are a family business and they focus on looking after their customers. Picking all the bathroom fittings for a new house can be totally overwhelming. We were overwhelmed. We went to see First Class Plumbing & Bathrooms Supplies. Danny suggested we come back at 9am the following Saturday morning. He sat down with us. We discussed budgets for the five bathrooms. He showed us our options and provided us with a quote that included pictures of every item we had chosen. In summary: First Class Plumbing & Bathrooms Supplies provided us with excellent customer service, fair prices and even better they were local to us. If you are building a house or putting in a new bathroom we highly recommend that you go visit First Class Plumbing & Bathrooms Supplies in Burgh Heath for your bathroom and plumbing supplies.
I have always used First class for my pluming supply’s, they are friendly to deal with and only use quality materials. Well done guys keep it up.
