I wanted a new bathroom but it was really hard to find what i wanted with the space we have. Came across bright bathrooms on google and went to the store. Kay and Courtney did an amazing job with finding me what i exactly wanted and it was all taken care of until installation. Really happy with the service and highly recommend the guys. Thanks

Just had are new bathroom designed and fitted by bright bathrooms, they did a fantastic job. Courtney was fantastic with helping me with the design as we have a very small space she was very knowledgeable on how to make the most of it and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Mike and his dad for fitting the new bathroom they kept me up to date with everything that was going and any issues they came across like my rotten floor. We got quotes from a number of local bathroom suppliers and although pricing was very similar the service from Bright Bathrooms was a head and shoulders above the rest. Kay came and looked at the space available and the issues we had (bouncy floor) came up with a plan and a fitter to look over the space a second time to make sure it was all possible and then invited us to the showroom to look at options. We needed some very specific sizes and Kay was able to source everything for us. We got the tiles from the place next door (convenient but maybe look around) and everything was delivered ready to start when they said they would. Gaz the fitter (OMG what a star and a perfectionist) found more things wrong as he went along but nothing phased him, he just took it all in his stride, even going overtime wasn’t an issue, he just wanted it perfect for us. The items purchased from Bright Bathrooms are fantastic quality, the bathroom suite and shower we now have is better than anything proposed by anybody else and will stand the test of time. No more bouncy floor and everything just works great. Kay made the difference in the planning and selection phase but Gaz would be my selection if I ever have another bathroom fitted. The job was started and finished on time, and one or more workers came every day until it was done. We ran around the city looking for accessories, then found the ones we liked the best right at his store! Kay was sensitive to our budget, and patient when we spent a long time choosing the smallest thing, like a drain cover! The electrician, plumber/tile installer/painter, and demolition team were all polite, quiet, and cleaned the work area daily. Highly recommended!

Kay was super professional from the minute my mum and I walked into the showroom. Kay walked us through every option for the bathroom from picking the drain cover to the taps to the shower tray and its features. Very knowledgeable and very happy with the delivery of items and the swiftness of service. What we liked most is his patience whilst my mum picked what she wanted.

Very pleased with the complete bathroom installation we got. We are also getting an en-suite done by them as the first job went well. Kay and Glen at the showroom were easy to deal with and helped with selections and design ideas. They were happy to make several alterations to the quote until we got to the final design. There was never any hard sell. We went for the full rip out and floor up installation including full wall tiling. Installation guys were really good to have in the house, friendly and worked well. Happy to answer any questions we had and checked over then tweaked a number of final details with us before completing once they were on site. Bright Bathrooms were great in helping us chose a new bathroom. They had a wide range of bathrooms in the showroom and plenty of catalogues to help us narrow down our ideas. Khaleel was very patient listening to our ideas and looking at the mood boards that we'd brought in. The team there have a lot of experience, and will try to tell you the pros and cons of each product without being pushy or trying to make a sale. Once we'd picked everything K came to the house and made sure the measurements were right and tried as best he could with the help of the fitter to plan and problem solve any possible challenges. It was really useful having Tile Mania next door because although its a seperate company we were able to look at tile samples in combination with the bathroom furniture at bright bathrooms. Both Tile Mania and Bright Bathrooms gave us a really competitive price and the items were good quality. In terms of service I can't fault Khaleel. Whenever there was any issues with instalation, or a faulty product, he was always available at the other end of the phone and tried to resolve things as quickly as possible. Recently purchased a new home and the old bathroom needed to be fully stripped out. Was looking for bathroom suppliers around the local area and Bright bathrooms had very good reviews and were highly recommended. When I first visited the bright bathrooms showroom I was met by Glen. He had a wealth of product knowledge and took the time to go through my drawing and the various options available and quoted me a bathroom to my spec. He also provided me with various catalogues for me to continue to come up ideas and envision the bathroom that would be best suited for us within the space available. After going through the catalogues I was able to identify the products that we liked and would work for us. I then asked Glen to amend my quote with the newly specified items which he was happy to do. This would not be the last time I asked Glen to amend the quote as I changed my mind but he was always happy to do so. He was always nice, patient and helpful so top marks to Glen and Bright bathrooms for customer service. The items I specified were not in the showroom, so don't the selection in the showroom limit your choices and selection as if it can be found in a catalogue, they can get it. The prices were fantastic, i really couldn't complain and Glen always communicated well and was outstanding throughout the process. I was introduced to Khaleel through Glen who has also been amazing. He also provided guidance when required, kept me up to date on my order on Glens days off, showed great respect and hospitality and put me in touch with a bathroom fitter who has been able to fit us in within a reasonable time period. During the fitting of the bathroom, there were parts that I had ordered which could not be fitted due to limitations in space and location. Returning these unused items was not an issue. Kahleel made sure I was fully refunded or the price was discounted from other purchases. My only regret is that I only have 1 bathroom and now once it is complete, I won't have an excuse to visit the guys at Bright Bathrooms anymore

You don't need to go anywhere else for your Bathroom! Brilliant displays of different layouts, along with equally brilliant customer care and service. All the staff (especially khaleel!) know the wide range of products very well, and spent considerable, patient time, giving advice and ideas to myself and partner, who didn't really have a clue what they wanted, to finish up with the 100% perfect bathroom! Thank You, it's been an absolute pleasure, and we will always recommend!!

Fantastic customer service from the get go, Khaleel was exceptional he gave me great advice on all the products which helped me make a decision on how I wanted my bathrooms to look. The quality of the products was beyond me for a fair price. Everything was delivered on time and as I was in another country the communication channels from bright bathrooms was amazing they kept me up to date with everything and at all times I felt ease. For sure I will always use them going forward.

Just had our bathroom done purchasing my suite from Bright bathrooms. K sat down with me and the Mrs and went through all the options and details of what we wanted. Absolute 5 star service with the way he kept me informed of what is in and out of stock and was there whenever any help or questions needed answering! I recently visited the shop to browse for my replacement ensuite. I have to say this is possibly the best customer service I have ever received from a shop. Khaleel was very patient with me, (as I am a very indecisive individual) and really made me feel like I was an important customer. I placed my order for the full ensuite with Bright Bathrooms , the items I received were of excellent quality and very good value for money. Delivery was prompt and after care service was also outstanding, as I had a few unexpected issues from my side that I needed to resolve. Overall, was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the products I received. Highly recommended place to visit as a must.

Khalil was very attentive, he analysed my bathroom dimensions and went through my requirements for my new bathroom (products, price range, quality). After scoping out what I was wanting he showed me a range of products that were within the criteria I was looking at. Once the bathroom was chosen and ordered, delivery was swift and easy and Khalil was on hand whenever I required an update or advice. Overall the service was excellent and would recommend Bright Bathrooms as a great place to buy a new bathroom suite.

I would give 6 stars to bright bathrooms. Kay is a top guy , affordable bathroom suits to top end brands they have it all. Fast with orders and the showroom has all the latest trends. The service and product knowledge is the best. I would recommend everyone to pay bright bathrooms a visit. You WONT be disappointed.

Wow. Amazing. I love my new bathroom. From initial visit through to installation Kay oversaw everything from helping to plan the design to booking a skip and even sorting an unexpected issue when a gas fitter was needed. The process was stress free. The shop sort the fitter for you if needed who again was amazing and did such a professional job. Cost was reasonable and actually 2.5k cheaper than local competitor who didn’t even include ceiling and lights. I had a full redesign and refit inc wall cladding, suite, flooring, ceiling and lights. From looking around I can say this is the best company in the area. Happy to give anyone personal recommendations if you need to contact me

I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to post this due to the exceptional service I received, which encompassed every aspect of my bathroom. I had an idea of what I wanted right down to a whole mood board of all the images I envisioned my space to possess. I talked them through with Kay, who had a wealth of product knowledge and guided me in how I could make the ideas come to life. He specially ordered products from select companies to cater to the bathroom I desired from communicating with other showrooms and through brochures to source specific items; so please don’t be deceived by the range that they have at the showroom. He then made every effort to ensure that the process was seamless as possible by taking on multiple roles from measurements to verifying the installation work of the fitters. Kay was always readily available to answer all questions - even outside of their working hours. I genuinely haven’t received such outstanding service before, bearing in mind that I’ve renovated all my house and used several companies. I’m beyond happy with my bathroom and I’ve received countless compliments from family and friends. It was the first time I’ve visited Bright Bathrooms, but it certainly won’t be the last!

I’ve used Bright bathrooms twice now, when having my bathroom and downstairs toilet refurbished. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. I was taken through a full list of everything I may need and given a list of options on each occasion. The shop setup is brilliant and allowed me to see demo setups of so many items. The tiles range is a great example of this. It’s so easy to pick what you want. Highly recommended. I’ve shopped around at other main bathroom providers and none have provided the personal touch that Bright Bathrooms do. 👍🏻

Was recommended these guys after I had seen my mates bathroom transformation . Guy called Kay. Legend. Booked a 1st appointment, took pictures and measurements. Called us in and showed us a few design layouts of our bathroom. Within two weeks. We had a complete bathroom. We had a slight issue with the wooden beams( leak from old shower) they even repaired them, which added an extra day to the job, free of charge. From start to finish excellent service and kept us well informed of what was going. Since then been recommended a few times. But never let down.

3 weeks ago we had our bathroom done by Bright Bathrooms. Kay and Ralph came to look at our bathroom beforehand. They gave an honest opinion and advice on what was best for our small bathroom. We bought most of the fittings from Bright Bathrooms at a reasonable price (including a shower, shower tray, toilet, sink, unit, etc.). Ralph was very hardworking, professional and completed the bathroom to a high standard. From start to finish the service from bright bathrooms was excellent - I would definitely recommend!

Kalheel was really helpful in assisting and advising on our requirements for our bathroom.we purchased the shower, sink and toilet from Bright Bathrooms as well as the radiator and mirror, all at a very competitive price, all delivered on time. He was also very accommodating in exchanging things when we changed our minds, after a few issues with cowboys attempting to fit it we changed workmen who started from scratch and the finish is now first class.if your changing your bathroom this place should be your first port of call.

Outstanding service, quality and attention to detail. Recently had our bathroom replaced with new shower, tiling, ceiling, mirror and accessories. After looking at the measurements, Khaleel understood what would work well and the pros and cons of different designs. There is no pushy selling and polite suggestions are made with the clear understanding that the ultimate choice is with the customer. I was very happy with the professional advice provided and also the generous discount received. I am 100% happy with the quality of fitting, products and overall service. The fitter was highly skilled in plumbing, tiling, electrics and completed the job within the timescale agreed. I have recently purchased my first house that required a full renovation being carried out and had been advised to use Bright Bathrooms. I called in and spoke to a manager Kay. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the advise that was provided. I don't usually write reviews but the service I received starting from the phone call to the fitting was amazing. I spoke to Kay and advised I was a first time buyer and he offered to come down and take measurements of the bathroom and advised me on the best products for the space. The products ranged in price and quality and I noticed that I was not always being recommended to go for the most expensive products, rather I was told what would be the best product for me in terms of price and would look good. After the bathroom was measured up I visited the showroom which helped me with more ideas on what I could do with the space. Kay gave me a tour of the showroom and drew out a small bathroom plan for me. Once all the products were finalised I paid a deposit and was advised that Kay will be in touch once the products arrive. The price was very affordable as the products looked very expensive and prestigious but the prices were affordable. Many products were tailored as I wanted a certain theme for the bathroom. Kay followed up with a call to advise that the products are here and had them delivered out to me. As it was the first time that I was having a bathroom fitted Kay helped me find a fitter who was very helpful and had great product knowledge and through his work it seems many years of experience. I called Bright Bathrooms to inform them I will be making the remainder of the payment and I was advised that prior to making the payment Kay will come and check how things have gone. Kay came and ensured I was happy with the products and standard of work. I found this whole experience so refreshing and would never resort to online shopping as I will not receive such an experience.
