Custom World Fitted Furniture

Fantastic service from start to finish. We needed storage in a relatively small room over a stair bulkhead. Following Fatmir's careful planning and design suggestions we've ended up with far more storage space than we thought possible. Support throughout the design has been excellent with emails being answered promptly throughout. The finished works come with a 10 year guarantee which underlines the quality of the build.

Outstanding Company! The whole experience from initial contact to completion was first rate - site visit, superb fitters and friendly efficient office/ admin staff. We would recommend 100%.

I came across this company while doing a Google search and from initial contact to the new wardrobe being fitted we were very happy with the service we received. Staff are friendly, professional and we were kept updated at all times. We would definitely use again. We are very happy.

Fantastic experience with Custom World! End to end professionalism and timely service from Debbie (front of house) thru Fatmir (director and site visit) and Zolts here for two days assisted by Vladimir on second day. A big thank you to all for excellent customer service, hard work, value for money and importantly leaving the bedroom immaculately clean after fitting made to measure sliding door wardrobes. Highly recommended!!

Arrived on time, carried out work to high level. Left room very clean, put bed back as was. Very happy .

Amazing service from start to finish. Fatmir initially came around to quote and also took measurements, for the replacement doors of our wardrobes, in three of our bedrooms. Fatmir kept us updated, answered the queries we had and was always at the end of the phone, if we needed him. Simon was the person who installed our doors. Simon arrived on time, was polite and courteous. We were initially advised the install would take two days, however Simon completed all the rooms to an excellent standard in one day and made sure the bedrooms were all cleaned after him. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement door handle many years after our bedroom was fitted by custom world and this was provided free of charge. Real surprise to have such good customer service as wasn’t sure it would even still be in stock and certainly was expecting to pay.

Brilliant from start to finish. Brian did a perfect design getting the most out of the space we had in our bungalow loft conversion. Cost £2.800 worth every penny. Excellent quality materials used. Took 3 days to build and install. Highly recommend Custom World.

A fantastic service from start to finish. We are so pleased with our new bedroom wardrobes. They have transformed our bedroom and they look really smart. We have no hesitation recommending Custom World. There was no hard sell, we were helped through our choices and options very patiently and given a final price there and then. Installation took place two weeks later and was completed in two days. The fitters were polite and kept the room as dust free as possible, covering everything in dust sheets. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with our new fitted bedroom furniture. Custom world really listened to our ideas and understood our needs. Our small room somehow looks so much bigger! From design to installation we have been very pleased with the service. Would recommend. Thank you

Great products, team & customer service. From initial meeting & design, through sales & fitting we have been extremely pleased with every stage.

Custom World has done beautiful work in my home. The entire experience from design to completion was seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Custom World.

Cowboy firm, wouldn't touch with a barge pole.Stay well away you've been warned

Weird review questions, as this is a bespoke furniture business - NOT a hotel!

I am overjoyed at the work Custom World did for me. They fitted out 3 double bedrooms and a study. Their advice on design and aesthetics was excellent. They made suggestions that I would never have thought of. They were not at all pushy. Throughout the process I felt wonderfully supported and that they just wanted to do a good job and would not rest until they did. I had a few odd requests and late changes, but they coped with these admirably. I found a fault after they departed, and they returned very quickly and replaced a whole panel without question. They also provided extra handles so that I could convert some existing drawers to match. The price was also to my liking! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family. Thank you.

Totally overwhelmed by the craftsmanship and amazing work by Custom World. They arrived on time and on the days they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The office staff were also very friendly and attentive with regular courtesy calls. The guys that came to fit the book shelves and the upstairs wardrobe knew what they were doing and left our house in a very clean state; a considerate team. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

thank you for the great work from the designer, production team and the fabulous installers of Ashley and Ellie who did a brilliant job of hiding tanks and pipework in the garage with these 3 mirrored wardrobe doors to transform the space into a useful gym Dwarf wall in bedroom increased in height to conceal large bed - superbly matched to original job done years ago - couldnt be more pleased thank you very much

Very very professional, and very friendly team. I've just had my sons wardrobes fitted! Excellent quality service. Excellent communication! Highly recommend.

Been going to this hairdresser for over thirty years so want does this say just brilliant. Xx

Disappointing customer service, lack of liaison between staff and products, great outside and extremely poor disappointing inside.

Excellent in every way. Fatmir and his team could not have worked harder or done more to help us through this project and deliver outstanding finished product. We had new fitted bedroom wardrobes from Custom World last year and we were so impressed we went back to get our bathroom furniture custom made through them and that was an excellent decision. Fatmir listens to your needs and wants and condensers them fully in his design of the units. Fatmir himself fitted them for us and his workmanship is second to none. I can not rate this company highly enough, try them and find out for yourself how good they are.

Very pleased with the finished wardrobe project. The fitter ,Chris, worked really hard and was very careful and neat in his work. The office team were very helpful throughout. We would recommend this company.

Had to write a review about these guys. Jut had a sliding wardrobe and bedside cabinets fitted, everything was faultless from design to installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great local company, small team, creative designers, good customer service and professional team of fitters. Would recommend

Extremely rude staff. Do not use!!

Workmanship is excellent 5star but customer care half a star

Good quality business partner

So pleased with our new fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Excellent service, would definitely use again!

We needed some furniture for our baby's nursery, so after getting some recommendations we went with Custom World. Really pleased, her room looks great! They delivered quickly and the fitters were in and out in no time. Would highly recommend!

I had a fitted wardrobe in my bedroom and it was excellent work! Fast service and really polite fitter. I will recommend to anyone! Thank you Custom World Fitted Furniture and their employees!

Just what it says on the tin

Our experience with this company is just pitiful. A job which was supposed to take 2 days, due to numerous quality issues 6 months on is still not finished. Despite numerous return visits from fitters to correct issues we are still not there. We have had lack of contact, cancellations, people turning up without knowing what they're coming to do, repeated communication of the same problems, no shows, late shows, empty promises, unwillingness of management to get in touch, the lot. My advice - choose anyone but Custom World. On the face of it they appear good value but I would have rather paid a little more and gone to a quality firm. Unsurprisingly they have not given me a card to feed back to CheckATrade! Perhaps they only give these cards to happy customers???

Had our fitted wardrobe done on the 15/1 by Karl , great job ,hard working young man a credit to your company
