I called Mark because my washing machine wasn't working correctly. Mark attended, told me what was wrong, offered suggestions and gave me hints and tips on managing my washing machine moving forward. Very helpful and responsive

Mark arrived promptly today to repair a Bosch washing machine. The pump was broken and very quickly replaced it with a new one. Tested the machine and found it still wasn't working efficiently. He then checked the hose, cleaning it, to ensure a better working washing machine. I really appreciated his visit especially so close to Christmas. The machine is like a new one! Thank you very much Mark.

My oven heating element broke, had a check on google to find someone to come out and fix the issue and Mark was the first recommendation and will now be my sole person to use for any future repairs. My wife thinks Mark is a genius. She thought the washing machine had packed up and gave him a ring. Turned out the load was uneven. He advised taking out the bath mat and hey presto it worked! Mark was called out to do a repair on a washing machine. He arrived and walked in put his tools on top and asked straight away asked how are we going to pay. He was told that the landlord would pay as we are tenants of the landlord. He immediately said I did not realise I was not dealing with a landlord and distinctively said I take card or cash and took his tools and walked out the door. Nothing else said, did not give chance for ourselves to call the landlord or anything. I would say Mark is very rude snd obnoxious and half these reviews are most likely done by his friends. He wasted my time and I had to arrange and wait for another repair man to come out. If you would like someone to come and repair your appliance I would avoid this company unless you would like a rude and obnoxious person to deal with that does not know how to run a business. *Edit* This review is genuine, you dealt with my partner and the property you visited is on old Guildford road who’s name is Aynia, as the review said you are obnoxious and clearly don’t understand that the property’s you visit has more than one person staying there, reviews are reviews and you should take the knock on the chin and take them to better any issues with yourself and your business.

Called MJH Services on Monday morning as I discovered a leak when I turned on the washing machine, Spoke to Mark over the phone and he came out in the afternoon and he instantly knew what was wrong with the machine, got on with the job straight away and assured me it would be fixed, kept everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Mark for his services!

Our oven had stopped working so I called MJH services who came out within the hour. Lovely, professional man, a quick repair and had spare parts on his van. Oven is now fixed in time for Christmas! Very good value for money, would absolutely recommend!

Mark was absolutely brilliant in diagnosing and repairing the fault with my tumble dryer, and saved a lot of money in avoiding a replacement. His fixed-fee service gave peace of mind on the costs. He carries lots of parts for most tumble dryers, and managed to very quickly order in the belt needed for mine, and fitted it the next week. He's honest as the day is long, on time, and has the friendliest most approachable manner. If something else goes wrong with a domestic appliance, he'll be my first call.

Mark is always extremely courteous and honest - he is always our "go to" when we have an appliance problem and would always recommend.

Having used Mark previously to repair an oven in a rental flat he was my first port of call when our home oven packed up today. He managed to fit us in on the day of calling, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the fault - a burnt out heater element. Can’t fault the service or the value for money. Wouldn’t use any one else now. I would highly recommend this company.

I had Mark come and take a look at my dishwasher which was tripping out the house circuit board. After a short look and a test Mark identified that it was the heating element. The part had to be ordered in however it only took a few days and Mark kept me in contact with how much the part was going to cost and would I like to proceed with the fix. I found Mark very knowledgeable, safe in what he was doing and before visiting asked about if it was ok to work in the kitchen alone due to distancing and if we had any COVID 19 symptoms before even attending the house. Thanks again Mark and should any of my appliances go wrong in the future I’ll be straight on the phone to you.

Mark came out during lockdown and at a distance checked our washing machine. It was unfortunately not able to be repaired. We were passed Mark's details by a family member, after having an issue with our dishwasher. Having trawled over the internet to see what the issue could be, we contacted Mark who promptly arranged a time slot, and he diagnosed the the issue immediately. He had the required part in his van, and fixed the dishwasher within 30 minutes. We unfortunately had another appliance fail a week later. With no hesitation, we called Mark, who again, diagnosed the issue within minutes and fixed it immediately. Polite, friendly, knowledgable and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!

Despite my washing machine being beyond economical repair, Mark's advice on Sale of Goods act (my machine was 2 months over warranty) and swift supply of Mark's report, I got £400 back from AO (depreciation value). He called me straight back and very knowledgeably talked me though my options which, it turned out, was more economical to buy a new machine. I called Mark at 11am today because my oven was behaving erratically, by 12.30pm it was fixed and for a very reasonable price. I have used MJH Services several times and each time the service has been prompt, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
