We have used Andrew a few times to repair different dishwashers over the years. He is efficient, communicative and gives a great price. Would recommend him to all!

Never sent message with time of arrival, didnt answer call when i phoned to see if he was coming as promised. Huge dissapointment.

My oven element blew so I left Andrew a text which he responded to quickly. He had the right part in the van and stopped on his way to another job to fit it. Complete service in 2 hours. That’s a level of service to recommend!! Thank you.

We rang Andrew at 9.30 on Monday morning as our double oven had stopped working. He managed to slot us in between existing jobs and the oven was back in service by 11.00. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Andrew.

What a great service. Andrew came when agreed, text with updates and did the requested job. The freezer couldn’t be permanently fixed, only temporary so I was given the available options of what to do. He could have easily made the temporary fix and left but was honest instead. Our diswasher went on the blink, just making a humming sound and wouldnt fill or start a programme. We looked into buying a new one (around £300 for a half decnt one) but then discovered the hidden costs of installation and disposal of the old dishwasher - Currys £110 to install and £25 to dispose of the old one! So we thought we'd look around for a possible repair - Most of the repair companies are franchises and their costs are ridiculous. Luckily I came across Andrew's website and called him. This was Thursday evening. Friday morning at 9.15am he was here. Immediately you could tell he knows his stuff, he tried the dishwasher and suggested several causes that might be the problem but he would investigate further to find out the root cause. He discovered a leak, plus some broken wiring. He fixed both issues without any fuss and within an hour our dishwasher was working like new again. Total cost, less than a quarter of buying a new machine. He also fixes other white goods like microwaves, washing machines etc. From now on Andrew will be our go to guy for any repairs like this. Cant recommend him highly enough. I'd give him 6 stars if it were possible.

Andrew is clearly a graduate of Hogwarts. I called and left a message, and two days later, as arranged, he appeared on my doorstep. As if by magic, my dishwasher was fixed in minutes and for far less than I had feared. Whatever domestic appliance is misbehaving, Andrew is your wizzard!

Did a great job on our fridge freezer at a very reasonable price

My oven went pop a few weeks back so contacted Andrew to fix it. Top bloke who kept me up to date with his availability and the time he'd be round. Oven fixed with zero hassle and very friendly service. 100% recommend.

The heating element on my oven broke. Andrew came over the same day and repaired it. Very friendly and answered all the questions I had and even gave some advice should I replace my oven in the future (My gas pipes on hobs above the oven could block a new oven). Great service!

Very reliable and absolutely knows his job which means he gets on with it straight way as detects the issue immediately . Friendly and always responds to our calls and usually comes along inside 48 hours which is super responsive compared to many other trades . Highly recommend .

I was advised £20 call out fee. The problem ended up being a button that my 3 yr old grandson had pressed which had locked the panel. Andy took literally 1 minute to look at the control panel press the button and the problem was solved. Great! However he then told me that because he had actually fixed the problem the charge would be £50!!!!! What a rip off merchant! I am a 60+ year old woman who was on my own at the time, I certainly will not use him again and would advise everyone else to go elsewhere.

Phoned as fridge wasn't getting cold.. called at 9am and over 6 hours later still no call back. Left a message etc. Ended up buying a new fridge.. quicker and easier.

Great efficient communication from start to finish. Gave a time of arrival, was covid safe, and quickly found the issue (magnetron) with the microwave (an AEG 2.5 yrs just out of warranty unit). Replacement parts already in stock so immediate replacement and resolution there and then. Took great care around existing fitted kitchen doors and units. A very high quality service and a great price, there's nothing I can fault with the experience. Highly Recommended in all respects. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Great service. Really friendly. Fixed loads of our appliances. Comes when he says he will. Honest about what needs repairing eg fan needs replacing but element might need replacing soon. Most important of all will come back if not working. 100% recommended , not many tradesmen like this.

Andrew came out to fix my dishwasher, and can I just say what a lovely guy. Went over and above on the time spent on fixing the problem and explained what to look out for in future if it happens again. Problem solved for £45 and will definitely be using Andrew again for any future appliance problems.

Andrew runs one of the most professional businesses I have come across. He is punctual, organised, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very fair. Who could ask for more? He repaired both my washing machine (carbon brushes) and cooker (door catch, 2 oven elements and a clock bypass) and he kindly travelled to an area normally outside his area of operation. We called a few repairers for a job in Knutsford. Only Andrew responded, he told me when he could come to fix my SMEG fridge/freezer. G He gave us an estimate and a time slot on the day and updated his ETA as his busy day progressed. Very nice guy to meet and completed the re-gassing job quickly despite the hassle of removing from the integral unit. I will certainly be recommending him to friends nearby.

Fan/motor on oven stopped working. Initially called 0800 repair who sent an engineer within a couple of days. They said they could fix it in a week as they had to order a part. Had 4 appointments in total with them and all got cancelled last minute. I ended up cancelling 0800 repair and found Andy by googling. Andy ordered a part for me and fitted it within a week. 0800 repair took a month and still didn't fix it. Andy was very friendly and informative and would definitely recommend and use again.
