Gavin went above and beyond when he visited our property. We had an electric hob which wasn't able to be repaired but as the cut out was smaller than usual we needed to source a smaller hob than usual which was proving very difficult. Gavin messaged that evening after visiting with a slightly bigger hob but had a plan. We couldn't cut the worktop but he managed to arrange things underneath enabling him to fit the larger hob. He then rearranged to housing unit to fit the oven underneath. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you Gavin 😊

Gavin came out to us on Saturday afternoon following a week of our washing machine not working and us trying to find a workaround that did not involve a technician. We inherited a very awkward washing machine set up from the previous owners of our house, and the job ended up being a bit of a nightmare however our washing machine is now fixed and working and at an incredibly reasonable price (especially for a Saturday!). I was not in when the work was being completed, but my partner said Gavin went above and beyond in a way he wasn’t sure anyone else would have - especially with how awkward the job was. I cannot recommend Gavin enough and would not hesitate to use his services again, although hopefully we won’t see him again too soon :)

Within an hour of sending the first message about a cable that my dog had chewed through, Gavin had been round and fixed it, saving me buying an expensive replacement. He’s extremely helpful, tidy and friendly - I’d highly recommend
