Quick and easy booking, I couldn't give him much information on our cooker just that it had stopped working he arrived with a box of spare parts, 20min later it was fixed, excellent service.
Absolutely spot on reliable - I would totally recommend - arrived when he said he would, took time to examine the machine and watch it run - was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence. Very poor and unprofessional service. Phoned and requested a dishwasher and washing machine repair. The faults were a replacement seal and new plug were needed. Engineer requested a 4 hour booking window between 9am-1pm which seemed excessive. Arranged an appointment and then the engineer didn’t turn up or notify us. I live in Ryde only 5 minutes walk from their office. Engineer later emailed a diagnosis and recommended we buy new appliances for 2 simple faults. We phoned a more competent appliance service and both were repaired same day costing only £3 in parts alone. No new appliances needed. ***Would not recommend***
Very quick to get in touch with me after filling in the contact form and incredibly helpful. I didn't require a call out in the end as Les told me honestly my machine wasn't worth fixing and quickly found me a replacement online.

We saw this website and was impressed by the fact he is local and sounded as though he would help us, shocking response! We have to move the dish washer out ourselves! My husband has Rheumatoid arthritis and I an 74 ! Really! He couldn't care less! He should take integrated appliances off of his website as he doesnt do them unless you can pull it out yourself !
Not helpful at all, when asked to look at my washing machine he said he wouldn't touch it as it was a faulty one being recalled by whirlpool. This turned out to be incorrect. Called someone else instead.
My 88yr old mother’s washing machine broke down on a Sunday, I was away so messaged Les. He was there first thing Monday morning. As the machine was irreparable he went online, they chose the machine , it got delivered and he fitted on the same day. Such excellent service by an honest hard working man.
Really quick and effective repair. Our kitchen was flooded, we rang Les, he fixed the washing machine and saved us some money by reusing a part when we might have needed a new one. Highly recommended.
