Really pleased with his service. He fixed the original problem but then a new issue popped up once reconnecting. He wouldn't take any money until this was resolved (despite being out of pocket for the part). Good as new now at a reasonable price. Honest and effective. Highly recommended.

You arranged an appointment to come and fix the machine, but never showed up. There was no phone call or even a message to let me know. This caused me a lot of inconvenience, as I needed the machine repaired urgently. Very disappointing communication and reliability.

A gentleman from AY Washing Machine did come to house at the time agreed. I did warn him that the pipe was very short and he would need to be careful. Unfortunately when he moved the washing machine he managed to burst the pipe and flooded the kitchen! He did manage to shut the water off eventually. We agreed that he would pick up the washing machine to repair it as it was going to be a big job. He made one appointment and then asked to change it and we agreed a new date. However he never showed up. I would not recommend this company. The only positive is that it didn’t cost us anything.
Asim came the same day as I called him. He assessed the issue and advised of costs and time and date he would return and repair once the parts had arrived. He is very efficient and competitive and would highly recommend him
