I have been really impressed by the exceptionally friendly and professional team at Appliance Doctor Plymouth. They have gone out of their way to facilitate the collection of a second-hand appliance (90cm Range Cooker) that I bought from them (for a very good price considering its condition!). Both excellent protective wrapping and additional testing of the appliance before it was collected. They were open and honest right from the start. Truly restoring faith in small business in the UK - it has been a pleasure to deal with them.

Very positive and helpful from the initial phone call right through to the engineers visit on time. Problem sorted and advice given for further issues. Very reasonable price. Well done from start to finish!

I haven’t experienced great customer service like this in years. The team at Appliance Doctor responded quickly to my call and sent someone out within the hour. The gentleman who came round had my washing machine repaired within 24 hours with a new door that the team had sourced themselves. All the members of staff were incredibly kind and really helpful. I will always use this company from now on. I have even saved their phone number into my phone so I don’t forget.

My washing machine broke down, contacted a friend for help and she asked me to contact appliance doctor, which i did,told them what seems to be the fault immediately i was told what to press and it started working. Wasn't charged any fee,to me this is a miracle.Haven't experienced such professional gesture before. Thank you appliance doctor now i can wash my children's clothes 😃

Jason came out to what I expected to be a terminally ill dishwasher and got it running again. As it was built in the process of getting it out was difficult but Jason persevered and got it sorted. Excellent service.

Although I paid call out charge and my drum had broke so had to get new appliance, they not only gave me discount, but bought second hand tumble from them, they delivered it, took my old one away all for a good price. I can highly recommend Appliance Doctor to anyone needing repairs to their appliances! From their really lovely, sympathetic Receptionist/Secretary Amber who made the appointment to call, to their excellent repairman Jason , who was helpful, cheerful and very knowledgable regarding the repair required , I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a disabled Pensioner the problem I was having with my condensor tumble dryer meant I struggled so much to even try to remove the unit in order to carry out essential cleaning , then to put it back , exhausted me. Jason found the problem and repaired it right away and I now no longer need to dread trying to clean it !!! Excellent customer service from start to finish, and very competitive prices....If you need a repair..call Appliance Doctor !!!

Went in today to fix the wire of my vacuum cleaner. The service i received was so professional, friendly, and fast. Waited while the gentleman fixed a new plug unto the wire as that was the best way to solve the wire issue, he quickly worked on it without telling me a price and when he was done, I asked to pay and he said not to bother. Would highly recommend and be going back in the future for most of my electrical needs. Thank you once again.

Fantastic service. At first I booked a repair, so helpful and accommodating re our time scale. Then I changed my mind and bought a new machine from them. A very pleasant lady answered my initial phonecall and was able to book me in for the next day. She explained prices etc and was very professional and polite. The same applies to the engineer who arrived on time, smartly dressed in company clothes, and sorted my problem (ice forming in the bottom of the freezer) within half an hour. He had all the equipment, clearly knew his stuff and was polite, helpful and and efficient. I was able to pay by card on the spot and the charge was more than reasonable in my opinion. This is top class in every way and something all companies should aspire to in terms of customer service.

Had a builtin fridge that was icing up, supposed to self de-ice. Engineer took food out, looked inside and advised us to manually defreeze it. Didn't even take it out and look at the back. Complete waste of money.
