Absolute 5 star service! Michael arrived promptly, as soon as he walked in he knew the life of my washing machine! He told me it’s life story. He provided a fast, efficient and expert service. Very knowledgeable and that made me feel assured I had chosen the correct washing machine repair company. Michael was very thorough and made sure that the machine was in full working order before leaving. He even waited whilst I put a wash in. What an incredibly positive experience. Rang Michael with a problem with my washing machine. Was at my house working 20 mins and sorted than problem with great care and efficiency. Super friendly guy. Paid with contactless and even got a printed receipt. Can’t praise him enough and will definitely be in contact again for any future work, but hopefully not too often (no offence Michael) lol.

I just rang about my tumble dryer screaming and the guy that picked up was so lovely and walked me through everything! Told me my tumble dryer was one of hot points exploding dryers and told me how to get a new one free of charge! 100% using them again

Phoned up about issue with our oven, was very knowledgeable and was fantastic with getting our oven fixed. Clearly communicated about what was wrong and how best to move forward. Whilst working on our oven went above and beyond to fix up the insulation, work was carried out was to the highest standard. Couldn't have asked for more. Wouldn't hesitate to contact again should the need arise. 5 Stars, brilliant customer service, care and work.

An honest and kind gentleman visited us to repair our oven, but quickly found the internal screws had rusted. He visited the following day with more equipment and had our oven repaired within the hour! Five stars!

I had an issue ,after working hours, with my tumble dryer. This wonderful man rang me , despite the time , and gave me knowledgeable and helpful advice- unrushed and answered my questions. While he doesn't fix the model I had , he gave me all the information I needed to resolve the issue. It's very rare to find tradesmen who always put customers first. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Called him at 4:30 in the afternoon and he arrived by 4:45 as he happened to be available immediately. He was very honest about the problem and explained everything as he went. He was friendly and professional, and did a great job of replacing the fan motor and heating element. It wasn't cheap, but he knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the problem quickly, and the parts have a 12 month guarantee. Would highly recommend.

Though I didnt use this business it was purely because he would have been unable to get the parts for my oven. He was very honest and helpful and explained to me what the problem could be, what my options would be and also advised about new ovens. I wish he could have come out because I was very impressed that he took the time to give me some advice.

On a Sunday, at short notice and in time to cook Sunday dinner this legend fixed my Zanussi Elec cooker with an original heating element part with exact correct number he had in his vast stock (after previous botch job by another company using after sale part that failed). Also had door hinge fixed using a screw to replace broke rivet (saving cost of buying replacement door fixed to new hinges that is only available as a single expensive part). Definitely highly recommend if you need someone who knows thier cookers and puts in extra effort to get things working optimally. He even tested the warm up time for cooking temperature was on factory spec. 😊

Fantastic response. Our old Belling oven not working, Michael diagnosed, troubleshot and talked through the reset process. Had everything working again within half an hour! Brilliant!

The showers and toilets on this site are really good and clean. We had a lovely time even though the weather wasn't. The owner couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely come again.

I called to see if the guy could do a call out to me, sadly he could not as shielding. I was about to hang up and he said let me see if I can help you over the phone, he then proceeded to help me track the fault to a switch on the other side of the room. This switch was hidden and when we had moved the microwave it had switched off. Schoolboy error but he saved me time, money and didn’t have to help at all. This call had made me put Anglia Domestic at the top of my list for any future call out, superb customer service. Thank you!!

Friendly service, professional attitude, value for money and generally a nice chap to deal with! I definitely recommend the company and I would definitely use them in the future.

Communicated promptly and clearly from the outset, providing useful advice and guidance throughout. Cost was clear from the beginning so knew what to expect, and made an effort to give info about what the problem was and a range of solutions. Good job all around and would use them again.

I spoke to Michael who from the start was confident and professional. I described the fault I have on the oven. He asked for the cooker part number to ensure he could look to the correct spare parts. I described the problem to him. He explained to me that he could not guarantee to be able to fix the oven due to its age and no spare parts being available. Next Michael talked me though some simple safety checks to ensure the appliance was safe whilst awaiting repair. Actually going through this process he described a "catch" I was not aware of. This had jammed and in following Michaels instructions it was temporary fixed. In a world with many rip off agents, the integrity and honesty of this company and of Michael who helped is very refreshing. I will definitely use Michael and Anglia Domestic Appliances for all my future needs. Did I mention he assisted on a Sunday am ? Great service, thankyou Michael. I will use you again. I rang because my washing machine packed up, I was asked some questions the problem diagnosed and told I need a new washing machine and he didn't want to come and double check it as he didn't want to (and I quote) "charge the call out fee when I was going to have to fork out for a new machine"!!! I don't think I've ever come across such an honest tradesman! And the call out fee was cheaper than every other place I contacted!

I called to get my Zanussi Fridge Freezer repaired. Unfortunately they don't do Zanussi Warranty Repairs, but still took the time to offer advice and suggested a way to get the repair done ASAP.

I called this morning for a faulty oven and washing machine and Mike fitted me today! Excellent service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable....i will be recommending to all my friends and family and to everyone that reads this review!! Needed carbon brushes for Indesit washer dryer...on a Saturday morning. Advice by Michael on the phone was helpful & professional. I took over old parts to ensure the replacements were correct ones following the call. Was supplied correct parts at a really reasobale price and was givedn further advice on how to install. Remember... this was all on a Saturday morning! Excellent service, highly recommended

First class service. My washing machine broke and was unfixable but 48 hours later I had a new one up and running. Very courteous and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend Anglia Domestic Appliances.

I used Anglia Domestic Appliances to diagnose and fix my leaking Bosch washing machine. Mike Rayner diagnosed the problem from my description on the phone and ordered the new part that was needed. He arrived when he said he would and called to confirm in advance. He was very efficient, tidy and professional, removed the faulty part, installed the new one and tested the machine was working before departing. Great to find someone who has the experience and knowledge to diagnose and fix the washing machine and arrives when expected. I would definitely use him again.
