Lucas was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly identified and fixed a gas leak in my integrated hob and was efficient, polite, and highly professional throughout. He also went the extra mile by servicing the hob when he noticed a slightly defective burner. Excellent service, I couldn’t recommend Lucas and LMG highly enough!

Spoke to Lucas about a faulty tumble dryer which I needed help with in order to get repaired/replaced from the company I bought it from. Although he could not help me with what i required, he offered plenty of advice and guidance which I appreciated. I will definitely be using him if i had any maintenance doing in the future.

Fast reliable service at a fair price.

Lucas was the really nice engineer who came to look at our tumble dryer. Unfortunately the news wasn’t good, but he was very patient and helpful in advising us on what to do next. He came across as polite, professional and the man obviously knows his stuff. Kay Emery Sale November 2025.

Lucas fixed our Dryer which was cutting out after a short period. He came at a time that suited us, diagnosed the problem and told us the price before going any further. Ensured everything was working fine and gave us a few tips about maintaining the dryer on a regular basis. Although he is based in Middleton he travelled to Wythenshawe to do the job. Excellent service and knows his job!

I would highly recommend Lucas at LMG Gas & Appliance Services. He came out the same day when our 20-year-old gas oven wouldn't turn off as the control had seized. He made the appliance safe and checked and restored our mains gas supply. He then made thorough enquiries about a replacement part. Unfortunately, the lead time was up to 11 weeks. We decided to replace the range cooker, so Lucas came back first thing the day after delivery to fit and commission the new one. Lucas is a very friendly, knowledgeable guy, and he is prompt and scrupulously tidy. His prices are transparent and very reasonable. I'll definitely call him again if I need help.

Needed a new element for an electric grill, Lucas ordered the part and fitted all in a couple of days highly recommended great job and nice guy 👍

Very prompt service and quickly diagnosed the problem. Spare parts ordered and fitted within 3 days. Lucas gave great advice on how to use cooker without the fan which was really helpful. The call-out fee of £75 also covered the return visit to fit the spare part. Would definitely recommend Lucas

Would give 6 stars if possible, Lucas is the most affable, professional and accommodating.. he had to make multiple visits to find the part for my washing machine but did so very quickly without additional charges and kept me well in the know.. if you're looking for someone to help fix any of your home appliances, look no further!

Just had Lucas from LMG Gas &Appliance Services to repair my gas oven. Great service from him from ordering the part to actual date and time of visit he kept us informed promptly not only did he repair the oven but I got a safety check on my appliance and for gas leaks and a parts Guarantee. He was lovely,polite and most of all professional. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend LMG gas & appliance services. We received fantastic service. Lucas was clean, tidy, friendly and professional. He delivered a fast turnaround in identifying the issue, ordering and fitting the faulty part, meaning that we wasn’t without our oven for more than 48hrs. Will definitely use again in the future.

The best tradesman I've ever had in my house. Lucas fixed my washer dryer within minutes he also took the time to advise my partner how to help keep the problem from repeating. Absolutely 💯 professional, arrived when he said he would (which is a novelty with some trades people), completed the job and left a receipt and details to contact him with any future requiments and most importantly we didn't get ripped off. I would recommend him to anyone.

We couldn't have wished for a more helpful professional and polite engineer than Lucas. He identified the fault with our induction hob and found despite trying his suppliers and the manufacturer that the part necessary was obsolete. He returned a week later and fitted a new one for us with the same professional and polite manner as with his first visit. Before leaving he advised us on the use of the hob and ensured the area was left clean. Lucas is one engineer I would call for any future repairs.

LMG are brilliant. We were continuously having issues with our washing machine before we had LMG come round, we had people out who just seemed to do quick fixes as a couple of months would pass and I'd have the same problem but when Lucas at LMG come round he had a good look and found the problem and it's been working perfect since. I would highly recommend.
