Sonia was very polite and helpful on the phone and replied to my message within 24 hours. I called to say I was at home and with 30 minutes Sonny turned up. He was very efficient and explained everything to me. He gave me some good advice about using my cooker in future. Very very pleased with the service!

Leaking dishwasher . Sonia was brilliant in booking repair, and checking in with times to make sure still convenient. Sonny arrived on time , explained the problem , fixed it & demonstrated how to troubleshoot any future issues . All working fine. However , next day the dishwasher had no power. Sonny came back out to find the power cable wasn’t live anymore. Luckily for me he had a new one which solved the problem. As an added bonus he also levelled up my washing machine , so no more working its way across the kitchen. Brilliant & reliable service for a competitive price.

Sonny came out and made sure he stayed to fix all the problems that came up, he was super helpful and informative explaining everything he was doing and gave us good options.

My washing machine seal gave up so I called for a repair. Got an appointment the next day and on the day was given a 4 hour window for the engineer to arrive. Sonny arrived on schedule and replaced the seal, cleaned the machine up and replaced some rusty screws. He explained the issues and was informative and friendly. Good price for the fix, considering the other issues.

It's hard enough to find anybody to do anything! Finding somebody good is a miracle. These people were spot-on from the outset. They made their charges clear, they communicated well, they made the appointment with the tenant direct and were there the next day. The engineer sent photos of the issue and the work he did. He didn't fit unnecessary replacement parts and left the area clean & tidy. Miracles do happen!!

Washing machine was not working. Sonny came next day to have a look and quote me for the repairs. In the end I decided to buy a new washing machine. Sonny was extremely helpful, with it being bank holiday weekend. I wouldn’t have got delivery until later on in the week. So he kindly removed my old washing machine and went to pick up the new one, as well as install it and test it was all working fine. He showed a demo of how to use the washing machine, all on the SAME DAY! Thank you for all your help and effort. I would still be without a washing machine over the bank holiday weekend.

Sonny did an amazing job! He's not only fixed the original issue but also checked over our tumble dryer and identified additional issues which he also fixed. Our electric oven stopped heating up so I contacted Busy Bee who responded promptly and explained next steps. Sonny came out a time which was convenient for me. He is clearly experienced and easily diagnosed the fault and replaced the part which he had in the van. He kept me informed of the checks he was doing, he took his time and ensured the oven was in working order. He cleaned parts of the oven which are not accessible as well as around his work area. I have a Samsung washing machine, myself and my husband had called around to a few independent repairers who advised they would not look at the washing machine as it required a samsung specialist. Before calling samsung we called busy bees repairs who took all our details and informed us of the call out charges etc and arranged an appointment for the very next day which was fantastic as I had asked a few others who advised they couldn't come out for a few days. Sonny arrived promptly the next day looked at the washing machine and identified the problem straight away. Sonny was very informative throughout the process and explained and showed the the cause of the machine not working, he was honest throughout the process and advised he has solved the issue (jammed water pump) however as the element was overheating it would be best to replace the part, although there was no pressure to do so. He replaced the part and ran a wash before leaving to ensure that all was working as it should, 2 months later no issues. I am very happy with the price and service service provided. Thank you Sonny

We called Sonny on a Friday as we had an issue with our cooker tripping out our electricity, he called back, arranged for a visit on Monday and communicated fantastically, arrived on time and tried to solve our problem. It was more complex than initially thought and unfortunately not financially viable to fix. Sonny sourced us a new oven, picked it up and installed it for us taking away the old oven all within 5 hrs of 1st seeing the issue......service like that is hard to find and we now have a working oven and full bellies, thankyou Sonny.

This was the second time busy Bees came and repaired my washer dryer. both times they were amazing. very thorough. First time was a filter block, and the next time was a broken motor. They replaced the part promptly and didn't try it on by suggesting it was unfixable etc. The woman who rang and booked me in was helpful and went out of her way to get it done asap. It was actually on the same day. very friendly, very professional and very trustworthy.

Had a element fault on our fan oven, left a message through their website late last night, Sonia got in contact with me 8.30 the next morning and arranged for Sonny to to come and repair the same day. Washing Machine had broken down. Called Busy Bee on the Friday and Sonny came out to see me on the Tuesday. Considering other companies didn't seem too interested or didn't have any bookings they were great. Sonny kept me apprised of the repair at every step of the way. Luckily he had the same Heating element which was the fault so had it fitted. He also unblocked and clean the pipes of where the conditioner goes down and gave me tips on how to keep it working properly. Defo will use Sonny and Busy Bee again if God Forbid something else breaks down. Awesome service - Top bloke.

I have no hesitation in recommending Busy Bees Repairs Ltd, and Sonny in particular, for any white goods repairs and work. They are our first (and last) call in the event of a breakdown or malfunction and they never disappoint. Sonny aims to get out to see you either the same, or next day and will generally try to provide a solution while on site. He has twice recommended repair/refurbishment over replacing an appliance and this has saved us a considerable amount in the long run. On two occasions now he has taken a faulty part away, repaired/refurbished it, and returned first thing in the morning to refit. In our experience we have always found Sonny to be extremely helpful, knowledgable and skilled in assessing the problem and offering options to resolve the issue at a very fair price. We have used him on three occasions now over the past 7 years (once for our oven and twice for the washing machine) and each time he has breathed new life into an appliance which would have otherwise been very expensive to replace. Sonny previously fixed our washing machine by replacing the motor which had failed with a refurbished one, and it lasted another 7 years without a problem! He has been back today to carry out essentially the same repair. While we would have been prepared to have bought a new one given the age of the machine - probably 20 years old - all the new washing machines now are slightly too large for the space and hinged on the ‘wrong’ side for our location, so a repair, if possible, was by far our preferred option. The assessment was made, and the motor repaired and re-fitted in less than 24 hours. I don’t know of any other service which provides this level of commitment and customer care. He also took time to clean and clear the filter and advise us on maintenance tips to prolong the life of the machine. Thank you once again Sonny for fixing our washing machine so quickly and efficiently. We are delighted with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending.

The admin side of the service was great. We were kept informed of who would come and when. Sonny phoned about 20 minutes before he arrived to look at the integrated dishwasher. Unfortunately, our experience was not amazing. We felt talked at and Sonny didn't listen to what we had already tried. He told us it was a computer programming issue which he could t deal with. This subsequently turned out not to be true as it was a component that needed replacing. He was in such a hurry to leave he left his screwdriver behind the kickboard which he had to return for the following day. The only upside was he charged us £50 instead of £78 for the call-out and brief investigation. I am sure if he had spent more time listening and investigating what was wrong he may well have fixed it.

Great service from Sonny, he arrived promptly, within the quoted time slot, and was very professional & friendly, walking me through what had gone wrong with the oven (the element needed replacing, and the light bulb was out) and fixing it quickly. He even cleaned all the detritus which had accumulated in the gap in the oven door. Also worth saying Sonia was very helpful in arranging the callout! My Parent’s oven stopped working on Sunday. I googled oven repair business's & Busy Bee Repairs came up. I checked their rating & read the reviews & decided to ring them as all reviews and ratings were good. I spoke to Sonia who was very professional, polite & friendly. She called me back to confirm when she said she would & then rang me to confirm the gentleman's name who was attending repair was called Sonny & roughly what time he would arrive. Sure enough, he arrived on time & within half hour, diagnosed the problem, got new part from the van and fitted new part. Was brilliant especially because I thought we would have to wait for new part to be ordered. Sonny also explained everything to me what he was doing. The customer service we received was outstanding, efficient & professional. Could not believe how quickly he resolved the issue. Totally recommend .

Broken oven and found this company through Google search. Sonia in the office made contact quickly; professional, friendly and appointment made quickly. Sonny was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and quickly worked out the broken part but also why it had failed. I was expecting him to leave and return after ordering parts, however he luckily had what was needed in his van and everything sorted in one visit! Very friendly and highly recommend him.

Dishwasher was leaking, called and spoke to Sonia in the office who was great and organised everything, next morning Sonny was round and everything was fixed by lunch time. My oven stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, I called at 12.12 on the Monday lunch time and by half 3 the oven was fixed, all with a full explanation of what the problem was, why it happened and what to look out for in the future. So pleased I chose these people. Initially checked out some other companies to fix my dishwasher but they mostly had high call-out charges even if they didn't manage to sort out the problem. Went for Busy Bee. Communication from their admin was good. Sonny turned up on time with a great attitude. Sorted the problem remarkably quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Contacted Busy Bee Repairs for a broken oven, they were prompt and professional and sorted the problem skilfully. The customer service from Sonya and Sonny was excellent. Couldn't fault the service from either Sonia or Sonny and we will definitely be using again if we ever need something else repaired.

Please avoid this company if you are considering a dishwasher repair. Spoke on the phone, £78 to assess the problem and labour. Arrived, didn't bother to wait for the actual fault to show up, told me what i already knew on my 5 minute google search, said it could be a heater problem or control board issue - not really interested at all in fixing the issue, essentially way too much bother, talking about charging another 50 quid to just move the dishwasher out. Then proceeded to try and get me to buy another dishwasher. The way the engineer spoke, i can't imagine any repair that would be worth getting them to do. The "no call out" claim is disingenous at best - they charge £78 as soon as they enter the house regardless. Decided to cut my losses there and then - can't understand all their good reviews. Continued to talk about getting a new dishwasher then kept saying he wasn't doing a hard sell, my concern would be elderly customers getting bamboozled by the patter. Avoid.

Really good service received from Sonny at busy bee repairs. Rang up for an oven repair and the guy was able to come over the next day. Really thorough job on repairing it, did the job then and there, was happy to talk me through the work required and took the time to ensure the job was done right. Took care care of the kitchen too making sure he didn't scratch or damage the floor when moving the oven out. Sonny explained the costs of the labor and parts all the way through so there were no surprises. Cooked in the oven that afternoon and has ran perfectly since the repair which was a few months ago now. Would happily recommend them. Thanks Sonny.

Sonny and Sonia were amazing. I spoke to Sonia regarding the problem I had with my fan oven, she was friendly and took detailed information to try to identify what the problem may be. The fan oven was intermittent and sometimes didn't turn on. She got the engineer (Sonny) to call me, when he was free, to discuss the fault and understand the issues the oven was presenting. When Sonny called, he was certain he knew what the issue was and was confident he could repair it for us. I went ahead and Sonny came to repair the oven within a few days, the day I selected. He came and got on with the task in hand and managed to fix the issue within an hour, he also explained a few things to us too, which was useful to know. I've used Busy Bee for quite a few years to repair appliances at a couple of houses I let, which get some heavy wear. This week it was my own 12 year old Bosch washing machine - an urgent need with a six-month old baby in the house. The service from Sonny has always been utterly professional, prompt and very good value compared with manufacturers' service plans and extended warranties. Today he replaced brushes in the motor and patiently sorted out a tiresome problem re-setting the error code. He phoned in advance to set out likely costs and possible options if the machine was not repairable. He fixed it for the agreed price and then free of charge cleaned out the accumulations in the waste pipe and fluff filter. Overall excellent value, prompt service and friendly professional service. Prompt service. Dishwasher just out of guarantee but no obvious reason for fault. Sonny advised contacting manufacturer to see if they would repair under guarantee but also the breakdown of costs if they wouldn't. Unfortunately they wouldn't so as the minimal cost for Sonny to pick up, test and return machine were more than half the original cost we have gone with his recommended replacement which has a 5 year guarantee. Fingers crossed we get a few years out of it. Thank you for being so honest Sonny. Unfortunately the machine displayed the same fault before it reached the end of the programme so we didn't bother trying again.

Sonia in the office was helpful and professional and called me the day before my appointment to make sure it was still ok. I got a courtesy call the day of the appointment to give me a time window & a call to let me know that Sonny was running late. When he arrived, Sonny was knowledgable and sorted out my issue quickly. He was upfront about costs before commencing with the work and asked me if I wanted to proceed. He explained everything he was doing and how the machine worked and was quick to remedy the issue. I would definitely recommend this company. They repaired my faulty condenser dryer. Sunny was my engineer he came when he said he was going to, was very friendly, explained what he was doing the whole time and was open and upfront about the cost. He also gave little tips on how to get the best out of the dryer and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. Sunny was fully masked up and kept his distance which should help to alleviate any concerns you may have during the pandemic. Really recommend these guys, our Oven was broken which was very inconvenient, Sonny came round same day I called, gave me the option of repair or new one, we decided to have a new one which he collected and fitted the same day! Not expensive and really excellent helpful and tidy service, so pleased I found them.

Turned up when promised, and not only quickly fixed our dishwasher, but also showed me how I could do it myself it if happenned again. Then he even noticed that there was something jammed in my washing machine based on the noise alone and told me how to fix it. Been looking for that USB key for years! Great service.

Was really sceptical to book after seeing some of the bad reviews but went ahead and booked anyway. What a mistake!!! The guy said £48 to just look at the oven however I could use this towards repairs or anything needing done. When he called the next day he really tried to hard sell a product and say I couldn't use the money paid towards a new machine or installation so an extra £255 would have to be paid. Complete waste of time .Avoid avoid avoid.

I called Busy Bee for a quotation to repair her Miele Tumble dryer . I was informed that Busy Bee did'nt fix electrical faults and the call out fee was £48.00,I proceeded to book the engineer. The engineer arrived the same day within a few hours - so far so good ! - On arrival he checked the machine for 10/15 mins and informed me he couldn't confirm if the fault was mechanical or electrical but for him to proceed with additional checks it would cost up-to £170 plus the call out fee , He then suggested it may be wiser to purchase a new machine.He quoted prices for many new machines and proceeded into hard sell.At this point I realised he had no intention to fix the tumble dryer he just wanted to sell a new machine at inflated prices - So in my opinion it was a scam because he didn't have his customers best interests at heart! I asked him to leave and before leaving he invoiced the call out fee . I paid him the next day by bank transfer . After he left my house he telephoned me back and quoted the call out costs for Miele and pushed hard for same day payment.The next day he called twice and visited our house to again push for payment . The payment had already been received by his accounts . I felt intimidated from start to finish. The engineer was a complete pest !
