Nottingham Appliance Repairs

Excellent service, came next day, excellent value and sorted the problem out

My dishwasher stopped working, Bob came out first thing on Friday morning to say it needed replacing, (it was 18 years old) Julian and Jim delivered and fitted a new dishwasher on Saturday morning. I have been using them for twenty years. I don’t drive so to have a complete service is ideal for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough - friendly, efficient and totally reliable.

Had a new seal on washing machine was fitted correctly called them out again as was leaking. They put metal ring on then after using it once seal melted and ruined clothes and the drum arm broken. Called them again they said Oh it happens my machine was only 7 years old and expensive Samsung. They did not take any responsibility at all which was disappointing indeed. I be did get second opinion and it was a mistake on their part . New machine ordered

Thank you so much .. very friendly and efficient guy.. was dreading he would tell me I need a new dryer but this wasn’t the case.. highly recommended

I don't recommend this service because I told them my washing machine was broken, they came, only looked at it, didn't fix it, and still charged me.

Thanks guys. The dishwasher door latch had broken on us. NAR were with us the very next day, and then returned early the morning after with the part to fix the fault. Friendly, kept to communicated times, and were well priced. Will use again 👍

Tumble dryer broken. Called, same day call out arranged. Dan called to say roughly how long he would be. He sorted the problem quickly. I paid a service charge over the phone which was quick and easy and then paid the cost of the new part by card in person. Excellent service.

The glass in my washing machine door shattered, leaving me unable to do laundry. I called around, and Nottingham Appliance Repairs were the only company who could replace the door quickly, at a reasonable price, and without giving me the hard sell. (Everyone else wanted to charge me twice as much at least, would take a week to get a replacement door in, or tried to sell me an annual service plan.) They're at the top of my list for any future repairs.

Absolutely rubbish. A guy came round who had no idea what he was doing. Took about 30 seconds demanded a cup of a tea. Then said couldn’t fix it. Might as well just get a new one. Spent the next 30 Mins trying to sell me a new dishwasher. Saying he could get one on by tomorrow. Spoke to my decorate who had the same guy out and said it was the same experience he had.

Same service. Good value & excellent service. I highly recommend

Fast and friendly service. Next day repair of fan-oven. Then fixed a kitchen socket we mentioned was broken. Highly recommended 👍

Used the company to repair an oven. Jim was absolutely fantastic. Polite, efficient and vert knowledgeable. Got the oven back on in no time. For a great price as well. Much appreciated.

Excellent service clear and precise thanks.

Brilliant service, Jim came and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, instant quote and the machine was fully fixed and working with 48 hours of my initial phone call. Thoroughly recommended

Fair price, they came very quickly and the specialist is very experienced and knowledgeable. He fixed my cooker and saved me lots of money because I didn't have to buy a new one.

Fast efficient service rang at 11am washing machine fixed by 12.30 definitely be using you guys again, brilliant!

Speedy, friendly, and reliable! My go to for many years both professionally and personally, I highly recommend Julian and his team - thanks to Jim who got my oven going again this morning! M x

Amazing service. Would recommend you without hesitation. Thank you

Fantastic fast service! Washing machine broke down this morning and by 11am it was all fixed. Fast, professional and friendly service, can't fault them

Great service. Fixed my washing machine quick

Thoroughly recommend NAR. Fast, professional well priced and great communication. No one wants their cooker to break but if it does Julian is the person to call.
