Mark fitted our new Miele dishwasher today.He did a fantastic job .Our kitchen gave Mark challenges as there was no access to the cold water supply isolation and pipe work . He carefully cut some holes in the back of the kitchen units to get the access required to install the new pipe work. Mark was cleaning up as he worked and the job was completed. I had used before for washing machine, our Bosch built in double oven tripped all power off to the kitchen circuit. I left a voicemail and got a call beck from Mark in a few minuets to discuss the problem and was told that a visit would be made in the afternoon. Mark came as promised and gave me a price to repair. A new element which was carried on his van was fitted and the oven was working again on the same day at a reasonable cost. Great service. 10/10

My wife Googled for someone local to fix our dishwasher. Tees Valley Appliance Repairs came up among others, she rang them based on their 5* Google reviews. Mark could come on Tuesday so only a 2 day wait. We are in Wynyard and couldn't believe his call out charge was so reasonable. Mark came identified the problem with our dishwasher, cleaned out all the water that had gathered inside the machine and got it working. He then explained to my wife the parts we needed that had worn out which was causing the problem, getting her to Google them to make sure she knew what we needed. All parts that were easily replaced ourselves for around £20. He showed her how to fit them so she could do it herself. It's rare you find exceptional customer service these days but I would not hesitate to recommend Mark. So good to find the reviews are all genuine, absolutely over the moon!

Struggled big style in fitting an inner clip on a Hoover washing machine. The spring clip created in Hell. I’ve changed many washing machine seals over the years yet this to me was impossible. I even bought a spring expansion tool to do the job yet failed miserably. One call and this fabulous fella was with us within the hour. Brute strength and bigger fingers than mine and the job was done. Straightforward no nonsense firm pricing and straight talk. Brilliant !!!

Spoke to mark on Friday night and he was ready to come and look at our machine the following day but we were away. Mark came the day we got back, knew straight away what the issue was likey to be and was able to repair it there and then. Motor bushes changed and washing machine up and running straight away. Mark also helped with the issue we had with our drier that just needed opening up and resetting so that’s also back working. AND finally mark helped us with our oven which we thought wasn’t working but just needed the clock resetting which was preventing it from working! All in all 3 appliances back up and running in a morning for £60. bargain! I wouldn’t hesitate to use mark again if I’m having issues with my appliances. Cheers mate!

Washer would not drain mark got the problem

Phoned Mark this morning regarding my tumble dryer which was not turning, came his afternoon dryer all fixed highly recommend

Our dishwasher had gone into anti flood mode and in an attempt to sort out the problem, my husband had damaged our new floor pulling out the machine. We called Mark to sort out the issue, he was very professional and sorted out the dishwasher problem. To my surprise he also fixed the damaged floor and reattached the base board and lights to the kitchen units. He went above and beyond and was also very reasonable priced. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him highly if you have any appliance issues.

Mark came out to look at our faulty dishwasher. We took his advice to replace the appliance. Within 3 days he returned and installed a new dishwasher and took the old one away for disposal. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

I accidently unscrewed the door clasp of my oven when figuring out how to take the glass out for a clean. I called and the man said he would try and fit me in. He arrived half an hour later, sorted the problem quickly, was polite and professional and only charged me £20. Which is more than reasonable for the call out and fixing of the door clasp. The fan on my oven packed up so I phoned Teesvalley Appliance Repairs. Mark came round that afternoon and looked at it. It needed a new fan unit and something else which would have cost about £80 plus labour. So, because the oven was quite old we decided to just get a new one, which Mark supplied and fitted the next day. Total cost £250. Not bad for a new oven , the call out and the labour, I thought. Very pleased with his work, punctuality, efficiency and cost.

Mark was very helpful on the phone and identified the fault. He called round very quickly and fixed my cooker in very fast time. From initial SOS call to completed repair was less than 24 hours - that is some going in anyone’s book. Can heartily recommend with confidence.

Today I had a problem with the spin on my washing machine. I went to a local repair shop, who told me that they could look at it next Tuesday and there would be a £20 call out fee. I rang Kwik Fix up, as a potential new customer, to get a quote to have my washing machine repaired, and to see how soon he could book me in (this was 11am, Saturday, on a Bank Holiday Weekend) when he told me he could be here within the hour (Stokesley) True to his word, Mark was on time, extremely polite and professional, and was able to diagnose and repair the issue, all within 30mins of his arrival. The final bill was less than the estimate, so as far as I was concerned, it was a win-win situation for us both! I called Kwik Fix Domestic hoping to arrange a repair for my fridge/freezer. The guy I spoke to explained that they no longer did refrigeration, but asked what the problem was, and suggested a probable cause. He explained how to remedy the fault. He was right on all counts. The remedy worked. They still cover a wide range of domestic appliances and I have no doubt their hands on attention is equally good.

Mark came round to fix a long time leaking washing machine and diagnosed the problem by the time I had made us both a cup of tea. He'd managed to fix the problem and had it all up and running again before I had finished. Would highly recommend him to anyone who has an appliance issue. It was cheaper than expected aswel!

Mark came to look at my Miele dishwasher and as he could not fix it took it away to his workshop. He said that it needed a new heater and as it was about 10 years old I decided to buy a new one instead. Miele were going to charge £125 call out charge, however could not get an engineer out for three weeks. Mark was prompt and honest. I had took washer apart to fix myself but couldnt get to nut on element .Rang at 10 45am on a morning for a washer repair was out the same day at 130pm. Repair was done quickly efficiently and everything put back together and checked if worked okay . Very reasonably priced would highly recommend .

Very pleasant guy, knowledgeable and efficient. When I first spoke to him an the telephone I asked for an estimate as to how much the repair would be, fully expecting it to be around the £80 mark with call out and repair, however when he had finished he only charged me less than half of the estimate. Would effeminately recommend him.

Mark managed to fix a tricky blockage fault in our dishwasher very quickly and at a great price! He even tightened our wobbly tap, that he happened to notice, out of pure courtesy. Saved us a lot of time and money in the process. Sound guy too. Would definitely recommend.
