Top bloke today who came to sort our dish washer out. Really nice and easy to talk to. Explained everything as he went on. Even mopped up after he’d fished! Thanks Carl Becca at copper cogs
Carl has been out to our glass washer a couple of times now, the latest was this week, to install a new machine, replacing our ageing old one. I've always found them to be super friendly, punctual and just good at what they do. Would highly recommend.
Equipments overpriced for what you get. Engineers are decent.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ash and John did a great job fixing our faulty fryer. They were both really friendly, professional, and got the issue sorted quickly. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

Just encountered one of your dodgy drivers on the M1 who sadly can't drive cutting drivers up and becomes aggressive when he gets beeped at. Company drivers need to grow up! Shocking!

I am writing this review for my wife Cristina. She is little bit of a technophobe and has asked me to write this on her behalf.. Midshires has recently taken over the catering of The Hollins school she works at in Accrington .. At first she was a little trepidatious about the changes the would naturally occur.. Her fears were quickly allayed within a couple of days, as it was quickly established that they have a good ethos for the staff and the students.. The food now is all freshly prepared and although it involves more hard work. It is equally rewarding for her. The quality of the food for the students is of a much higher level, and as it is freshly made in the kitchen. The food will be considerably more healthy.. I would suggest, any other schools thinking of taking this route. It is very unlikely you will be disappointed.
Please do not use this company!!! we purchased a dishwasher for a care home some 2 years ago at full cost of nearly £2000. Since installation we have had charged calls outs to rectify problems with what supposed to be a new machine. We have recently been told that the wash pump now needs changing at nearly half of the cost of the machine. Ian (the director of Midshires) is only there for the profits and is not genuinely interested in helping customers.
Always receive excellent service from Midshires, the guys are nothing but kind, friendly and helpful from the initial enquiry to the installation. Would highly recommend
