I called and made a query, call again and booked the visit for my Washer dryer. He called me to confirm the day and time. He didn't show or communicate anything on the day we had booked his visit, despite him saying I'm just outting that in the diary. Quite unprofessional and unnecessary. He could have just said no to the visit from the offset. I took time off and waited for a no show and no comms!!

Diagnosis over the phone following which advice was to save money on repair call out and buy new machine. Really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness. Plus called back straight away after missed call, so very impressive customer attention. Thank you.

I approached Any Appliance Repairs based on their google reviews and I am glad I did. Chris had a full diary that week but despite that he managed to fit in the job to fix our washing machine the very next day. He changed the parts needed and got it working in no time and didn’t charge a penny more than his estimated cost which he provided over the phone. Chris is what you would call a professional engineer and moreover he is a pleasant gentleman with a friendly manner. Please don’t just go and buy new appliances when Chris can help you save money with getting your existing ones to work. I would book his services every time even if it means that there is a wait time of couple of days.

Chris, was very professional, he knew exactly what the issue with my oven was as soon as he did an initial inspection and discussed with me what we can do, and carried out the job to perfection. I would highly recommend Chris for his knowledge and professionalisim. He is very helpful and when I had a query about my Washing machine which was not what he came in for, he was very kind and quickly helped us with that issue for no extra cost.

Our Samsung washing machine stopped working and displayed an error code. I spoke to Chris who confirmed that the module for the door lock was faulty. The part was ordered and Chris came and changed it a couple of days later. He was professional and friendly. His rates were very reasonable and I would use his services should the need arise.

Cooker wasn’t working so husband contacted Chris. Chris came the next day. Turned up at the appointed time. Oven needed new element. Chris was able to fit new one. Job done. Extremely pleasant. Highly recommend. Thanks Chris.

I can highly recommend Chris for a washing machine repair. He was open and honest throughput the entire experience and his pricing is reasonable and very fair. Before he arrived, he made sure he had all the information so the visit wouldn't be a waste and when he arrived the next day, despite a trickier than expected problem, he persevered and took the necessary time to fix our appliance. Truly great service.

Chris called and arranged the appointment very efficiently and fitted us in before his holiday. He came with all the kit he needed and unblocked the fridge condensate pipe with a steam gun. The fix worked but it re locked after about 2-3 weeks so he promptly came back and unblocked again under his warranty. This time the fix seems ok so many thanks Chris!

What a star! What a find! Chris sorted our oven heating element and faulty dishwasher. He really put his heart and sweat in sorting our dishwasher issues out -it was like a full service and now the thing is almost like brand new! Saved me a lot of money and his fees are very reasonable. Definitely our top man for these jobs!

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough! Contacted him about my hob's broken ignition and flame retention issues and he was honest in saying that it would be touch and go to repair and that it might be more cost effective to replace and even recommended suppliers. Turned out that it would be involved to replace for reasons of dimensions and so I called Chris back and asked him to try to repair the hob. He managed to fit me in the same day and I was immediately impressed by his calm and professional manner. He had to order a part which he has now installed and the hob is back in fine form. The make is good quality so hoping to get many years' more use. Good value for money from a professional and pleasant technician is so hard to obtain these days but the service from Chris reminds me that they do exist!

Chris came out to put a seal on my washing machine after my husband had spent three days on it and given up! No other local trader seemed to want to do it as it was a very tricky job. Really happy to have used Chris’s services. He’s friendly and professional. I called him to take a look at my hob as the flame was very low on all the hobs but especially the main hob. He cleaned the elements and that did the trick on the other hobs but not the main one. He explained why that couldn’t be done. Altogether very satisfied with his work. My first time using Chris but will definitely call him for any future issues.

Chris is a top man. When i first called, he gave me some great - free - advice on the phone. Then when it was clear I needed a proper job doing, Chris came round the next day and took the dishwasher apart and cleaned out 15 years of grease and gunk (not a pretty sight!). Chris at Any Appliance gave me 'phone support for an intermittent problem with a dishwasher, that it wouldn't wash the stuff on the bottom tray well. Phoned Chris with two problems, a fridge freezer and a washing machine, explained problems on both appliances, Chris told me parts for the fridge would be more than buying a new one, ok job done, washing machine problems were the same as he’s had before, not worth paying out as again machine old and throwing good money after bad. Have to say, Chris gave some great advice, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him A++ from me!

Our fridge door wasn’t closing properly so found Any Appliance Repairs though Google & rang Chris who came within 2 hours of our phone call to look at the problem, he found the door hinge had snapped & ordered a new hinge straight away he also straightened fridge up as it was not level. He rang us the evening before coming back to replace door hinge which was done with ease Chris gave us loads of advise & even sorted out our sink tap in toilet at no extra charge. Chris is friendly & has great knowledge we would definitely recommend Chris & will use his services again when needed.

The freezer was building up with ice at the bottom and then water leaking out onto the floor on both sides towards the front - due to blocked drain. I spoke with Chris, described what was happening and he knew the cause of it over the phone which gave me the confidence he was the right person for the work. Chris arrived on time as he said he would when he called the day before to confirm the appointment. Chris arrived with his Covid-19 head gear, he was polite, he described what causes the problem and also showed the blocked drain once he had opened up the freezer, and he how he went about to unblock it. Just had a fridge problem last week, trying to find someone reliable was no easy task. After looking at various reviews I decided to give Any Appliance Repairs a call. Chris was nice and honest over the phone, and that already gave me some confident. Chris came round on Monday and got the fridge checked out and sorted in around 30mins. Fridge seems to be working back to normal now and I will recommend Chris to anyone who needs their appliances repair at a reasonable price and an excellent service.

Chris came and mended our Rangemaster today. He was quick to respond to my initial request and then able to come the next day. He telephoned when he was on his way from the previous job, and actually came earlier than arranged. Chris fixed the door spring without any trouble at all, using higher quality parts than the originals (making sure to tell me how much the part was going to cost beforehand). He was keen to make sure that the rest of the door was functioning correctly and made some further adjustments.
