Dale was brilliant. He removed an old dishwasher and replaced with a new integrated unit. The job was a bit trickier than anticipated, but he completed without any extra cost. He also removed my old appliance at no additional cost. Dale was respectful, clean & tidy, knowledgable and very responsive via text/call. It is so difficult to find reliable tradespeople, but Dale is fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing repairs.

Excellent, honest service from DSM Appliances. Our Hoover washing machine had a violent imbalance during a spin cycle, leaving the drum shaking violently and moving across the floor. Dale came out the very next day and sorted the issue completely. He did a fantastic job and managed to safely adjust and save the existing parts, meaning we only had to pay the standard call-out fee. It's rare to find such honest and skilled traders these days. Will absolutely use Dale again. Sandra.

After a rip in the washing machine's seal, and five or six hours of trying to get a new spring on without the seal slipping off on my own, I gave in and called the professionals at DSM. It still took both of us to get the spring around the seal, so I'm glad that it wasn't that I had bought the incorrect things!

Dale was super. Called me back after he missed my call on a job, gave me a small time window for his arrival the next day, laid out exactly what my costs were and what they included, and called me 5 minutes before he arrived. He spotted the issue immediately, fixed it and was out of the house in half an hour and sent me the invoice via text. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I had a issue with my Tumble Dryer. Del at DSM is very knowledgeable and friendly. He came around within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Because I had warranty with my manufacturer, he advised me to get it repaired by them saving me over £200. He was very honest and professional and didn't even charge me for the call out. Highly recommend DSM.

He was quick to respond, communicated clearly, and was extremely courteous—above all, completely honest. Found via after Googling “washing machine repairs near me”. Saw DSM Domestic Appliance Repairs were local, called the number and right away liked Nicola on the phone (we chuckled over the fact I’d tried to look up how to fix my machine myself online). I’m a big people person, nice customer service means the world to me. Nicola gave me good vibes - even suggested getting Dale out to me that very evening - so I went ahead and booked. No regrets whatsoever. Nicola was lovely on the phone and Dale was lovely in person. Not only did he fix my washing machine but he even took the time to show me what was wrong and how to do basic things like how to access the emergency door opening bit and where the drainage pump is. Reasonably priced & nice people! I will 100% be using them again.
