Great service. I phoned Dan re a repair to my fridge freezer. He advised that this wasn't really his area of expertise but would happily come and see if he could help. Help he did - he fixed it and the whole thing took less than an hour from initial phone call to completion. I would therefore thoroughly recommend Dan for all your domestic appliance needs!

Dan was very methodical. His electrician training and domestic appliance experience meant he was able to find the root of the problem which wasn't immediately obvious. Even better, he could fix it on the spot and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Found Dan excellent on a number of fronts when I used him for the first time today (Nov 2025). He responded to my evening call about a broken washing machine very quickly and arranged a visit for the following morning. On overall he was polite, friendly and trustworthy and solved my problem within 10 minutes without any fuss. He even helped me think about how to solve a couple of other small problems I have in the kitchen (that didn’t need repairs). Overall price completely okay too. 100% satisfied and his number is now carefully stored on my phone for any future appliance problems. 10/10

Dan Came to Repair My Dishwasher after all my attempts to replace parts and check feeds had failed. He was extremely knowledgable and couldnt be more helpful. He identified the problem, prepared the dishwasher for replacement of the control panel and then returned promptly to fit the part once obtained the next day. I found Dan on the Nextdoor site as someone had recommended his services when my washing machine started leaking water from the bottom, this was on Saturday night. I called Dan on Sunday, thinking I would have to leave a message, but he answered the call, told me where to find the blue water tap and switch it off and then said he was available the next morning to come and take a look to determine the problem! He quickly found what the problem was and my washing machine was fixed in no time at all. I am very impressed with Dan's professionalism, his responsiveness (especially taking my call on a Sunday so I could shut the water off) and I thought that the price I was charged was incredibly reasonable - he even has a card reader machine to make payments easier! Suffice to say, I would be completely happy to recommend Dan to my family and friends.

After my Washing machine had some issues, I did a quick google Search and Dan's company appeared on my search results local to my area. My initial enquiry was for Dan to come over and take a look at the washing machine to see if this could be repaired. The same day, Dan was able to come over and diagnosed the issue and repaired this. He also advised of potentially looking at considering replacing the washing machine as other faults may develop due to the age of the machine. Furthermore, I had an ongoing issue with my kitchen extractor hood which Dan was able to take a look and was very quickly able to diagnose and repair.
