Trust Your Plumber Ltd

100% would recommend Josh and Trust Your Plumber!

Family member near the area needed some work doing, rang these guys and had Josh out within a couple days, and they done a cracking job. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reputable company to get works done.

Danny came and repaired an old-fashioned toilet, with numerous difficult issues, at fairly short notice and accomplished the job quickly, efficiently and with clear skill. He even managed to squeeze in an extra small job before he left. Hiring a plumber has long been something that has made me nervous, after many bad experiences, trusting your plumber is hard. Josh and Danny made the entire process simple and I needn't have worried - they live up to their company name.

Have used this, plumber a number of times, and again today to replace kitchen tap. Always reliable, trustworthy and professional. Pricing is reasonable, work is excellent. can 't recommend highly enough

Tidy job, switched from vented to invented system as part of loft conversion. Lovely new hot water tank, practical approach, helpful advice and hard working.

Josh and Danny from Trust Your Plumber worked with us as part of our loft conversion through The Loft Converter, helping to create a small en-suite as well as carrying out additional fire suppression works. From start to finish, communication was excellent — they were always responsive, professional, reliable, and genuinely great to work with throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and their attention to detail really showed in the finished result. They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping us informed and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. A special mention also goes to Raf for the tiling work — the herringbone tiles throughout the en-suite look absolutely fantastic, and the precision and finish are exceptional. We’re really pleased with the final result and would happily recommend Josh, Danny and Raf to anyone looking for high-quality, professional work.

Recently had a loft conversion, these guys Josh and Danny (trust your plumber ) , took care of the plumbing and heating side of the build . They are very knowledgeable and I would definitely call them with anything to do with plumbing or heating. Many thanks

Had Dan and Josh out today and they done an amazing job. Really polite, quick and professional. Couldn’t fault the work at all. Definitely recommend Trust Your Plumber

I hired Trust Your Plumber Ltd for bathroom and plumbing works at in a garden room. I paid several thousand pounds. What followed was months of stress, disruption, and expense that I am still dealing with. The work was left unfinished. Rather than completing what they had been paid to do, I ended up having to coordinate and pay for multiple other contractors to finish and fix their work — time and energy I should never have had to spend. The damage they left behind made it worse. During the shower installation, they damaged the membrane and external panelling of my garden room. A pipe was left leaking, which I only discovered later — I was forced to rip out and replace the plasterboard in my newly fitted bathroom just to get to it. Work I had already paid for, destroyed, and done again at my cost. The hot water system they installed was left unsafe and without a legal compliance certificate. It had never been properly commissioned and had not been installed by a qualified person, as confirmed by an independent engineer. Making it legally safe cost me close to £1,000 on top of everything else. When their invoice arrived with amounts I had never agreed to, I asked for a basic itemised breakdown. It was never provided. Just a demand to pay, with no documentation and no explanation. The conduct made an already stressful situation significantly worse. False statements were made to other tradespeople on the project about my ability to pay , entirely without basis. When I raised all of this formally, my first letter was ignored completely. The response to my second was dismissive and included accusations with no factual basis, they refused to provide the warranty for their workmanship. Months of disruption, thousands of pounds in remedial costs, a damaged home, and not once a straightforward answer or an apology. I kept records of everything. I would not recommend this company to anyone (I'm sure their response to this factual review will be nasty, weak, defensive, and untrue).

Truly Amazing Plumber! Danny @ ‘Trust Your Plumber’ is a genuine gem - such a rare and valuable find. I am delighted with his work. I highly recommend adding this plumbing company’s details to your priority contacts list without hesitation. I was honestly astounded by his ability and expertise. He solved a faulty boiler issue that I’d frustratingly put up with for such a long time, after four other reputable and experienced plumbers declared that the issue was either simply impossible to resolve, or would require a very costly replacement of the entire system to fix. Danny however was able to ascertain and fix this supposedly impossible and/or major problem within under 10mins! Danny is a Master of his trade! Also, very polite, punctual, and always gives a fair and honest price. Plus, I really appreciate that he’s happy to fully explain what needs doing and talk through the options and potential costs, pros and cons etc in advance of starting work so I feel I can make a fully informed decision and have no unexpected charges. Fantastic. Highly skilled, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, polite… couldn’t wish for more. I honestly couldn’t recommend him and his company ’Trust Your Plumber’ more highly! Thank you Danny, you’re a star ⭐️ 👍🙂
