Showed up on time, did a great job (replaced old radiators with new/fitted new bathroom sink taps/upgraded thermostat/fitted a new valve on an existing radiator), friendly and professional with nothing too much trouble. They cleaned up thoroughly before putting furniture etc back as originally found. I couldn't fault anything and that's why I'm giving an exceptional review.

Boiler was fitted by Jonny 15 years ago, serviced it ever since and it’s never let me down. Always professional and reliable. Highly recommend, top service.

Annual Boiler service. Jonny arrived at the appointed time & was friendly & efficient. Certain things about our boiler & the current regulations concerning it were explained to me in a straightforward manner & advice given. The website is very good. Booked in again for 2027.

Quick response to enquiry and appointment to replace a bathroom basin easily arranged. The work was carried out to a high standard by Harvey, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very happy with the whole process, and would use J Senter Plumbing again.

Downstairs toilet room was updated with toilet, sink and boarding removed and replaced. A good professional job was completed and any problems were dealt with and solutions found with no fuss, even went the extra mile to complete the top board in one piece with no joints required. Jonny was professional throughout and provided expert advice without being pushy when I needed to upgrade my hot water tank. He supplied a quotation promptly and clearly explained the options available. Jonny and Harvey carried out the installation of the unvented system and accumulator to a very high standard. They were professional, tidy, and made sure everything was cleaned up properly once the work was completed. The quality of their work has been excellent, which is why I have since asked them to complete several other jobs around the house, including moving and fitting radiators and servicing the boiler. I would highly recommend them.

Have known Jonny for a few years now and always my go to plumber for all my requirements. He has done two bathroom upgrades for us and most recently attended to get two new oil lines fitted to the house. His price is always fair. Attends when he says and has never let us down. Gets the job done and completed before leaving the site. Very tidy in his work environment with his sidekick Harvey tidying up as they work. Only down side is he is so busy that he needs booking well in advance. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing requirements

We have had issues with our central heating for a number of years, previous plumbers have not been able to resolve the issues. Jonny identified problems with the heating circuit configuration and after reconfiguring some pipework and controls we now have effective heating throughout the house. A life changer. Also, both Jonny and Harvey are very pleasant and polite individuals, which is a bonus.

I contacted J Senter Plumbing after purchasing an older property which needed a few bits of modification to the plumbing. Jonny listened to what we wanted to achieve, analysed what was needed and then along with Harvey proceeded to complete these jobs with no fuss at all. After a few weeks we came across a new entirely unrelated issue, I emailed Jonny and within the day this fault was also fixed! Jonny and Harvey completed a big job for us fully renovating our bathroom, which still had the old cast iron bath in. They did this to an outstanding quality. Work included installing and relocating a new boiler in the house, fitting a new bath and sink in a different position in the bathroom, wall panelling and a new towel radiator. I highly recommend this company. They came on time replaced boiler and second time installed shower connected with boiler. Before I have electric one. My bath was leaking and they fixed change pipe and connected properly. Very polite and explained everything. They tidy up after work done. Just wanted to say they clean up where as required don't be disappointed if you live in old house and have old carpets. You can't imagine how messy is underneath carpets and that is not them job to clean. I

Turned up on time and finished as planned. We had a new toilet and sink sourced and fitted by Jonny and a gas pipe rerouted. Brilliant work.
