Fantastic service! Called because we had no heat in our oven. Neil came out within half an hour, had the part on board. All sorted and done a service at the same time! Couldn’t ask for a better or friendlier service!

Fantastic service. Called Neil on Weds to service a washing machine which had stood idle for 7/8 years - apt made for Friday, as I couldn't do Thursday. I thought pump was faulty as machine not emptying. Fault was due to machine standing too long without use.Very thorough service including checking electrics reference loose programmer switch,cleaning filter & good advice given re age of machine & its longevity. I phoned NPC this morning asking advice on my noisy Zanussi washing machine. I was given excellent advice over the phone about the problem and advised what action to take. It saved me a lot of time waiting for an engineer to come out and I could then action the problem. Many thanks highly recommended.
Expert help given immediately, and washing machine problem fixed quickly. I was lucky enough to catch Neil in between jobs, so he kindly popped round to help me out with my broken washing machine. Not only was he able to fix it quickly, he gave me some very useful advice on washing machine AND dishwasher maintenance. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate in asking for his help again.

Phoned Neil last night after our dishwasher stopped working. Despite his busy schedule he came to us at 9:30am this morning. I managed to get the built in machine out before he arrived. He checked all the more common faults first but as this didn't fix the problem he 'dived in deeper'. He traced the fault to a capacitor for which he had a replacement. Great service and good value. He was very knowledgeable and we had a good chat. He showed himself to be fair, honest and a thoroughly nice man too!
I cannot praise Neil enough for his incredible service. He came to me within 30mins of calling him and even went and bought me a new oven and installed all within an hour. He was so kind to me and talked me through everything. So rare to find such amazing service and I will be using him again when required. Thank you so much

I called on short notice with a fridge leaking gas, and NPC were able to set up a visit quickly despite full schedule. I ended up cancelling the appointment after deciding to perhaps get a new fridge instead, however on cancellation we discussed the issue and what would be the best route forward. NPC helped to confirm the suspicions of a gas leak and assisted with advice on buying a new one - the best route for the situation. Sending many thanks, would recommend! I'll be using NPC with any future issues.
Can’t recommend enough. Neil arrived same day (persevering to find our address), went the extra mile to diagnose the issue with our ancient oven (where a nationwide competitor had simply given up!), then fixed the problem there and then. Shout out to Neil. Had an issue with new washing machine which I couldn't figure out by myself. Called Neil based on his Google reviews. Attended next day and fixed the issue shortly after. Apart from the great efficient service, Neil is a class and polite bloke. Now that's all domestic appliances engineer sorted for me.

Zanussi washing machine repair. Neil, arrived when he said he would. Whilst the initial part he replaced didn’t resolve the issues, Neil wouldn’t be beaten and after further methodical investigation he found the issue. A tiny split in one of the small hoses the cause. Resolved this issue and machine all working as good as new. Highly recommend Neil for any washing machine issues. He did a first class job. And saved my hundreds of pounds in having nit to buy a new machine.
Amazing service at a great price. Friendly engineer that came out next day to help fix our washing machine. Was fixed within an hour, he also gave advice regarding cleaning of the machine so further damage wouldn’t happen. Would 100% use his services again if needed and will be recommending to friends and family!

I wasn't here, family were, but wasn't expecting a bill of over £150 for just cleaning the washer when I was told the call out was £76. The washer is still making the noise I was concerned about, but apparently it's nothing to worry about. Thought I would give a small business a go, live and learn. Fullicks next time, way too expensive for thr service provided.

Our washing machine stopped draining unexpectedly and we had a broken oven which had a non functioning fan assist so we called Neil in. He spent almost 3 hours getting to the bottom of both issues and replacing the parts so that both appliances were better than new. To top it off he also fixed a ceiling light for us which he didn't have to do. Neil is a true professional at his trade and very reasonably priced so we will be calling him again if anything breaks down. Very highly recommended!

Spoke to Neil about my tumble dryer due to the make he told me part is hard to get and expensive however he is happy to do the work but better off getting a new one so I got a new one Neil called me back as I had missed called him & I spoke to him about my new one he gave me some great advice about maintenance of it as I’ve never had a condenser Absolutely lovely bloke & would definitely be using him if I have any problems !

Had a problem with a squealing tumble dryer. Although I couldn't replicate the problem when he came to visit, Neil gave it a good look over, tested and cleaned it and even showed me how to take the outside vent apart carefully to clean it. I'm now satisfied that it's not going to catch fire and know I can call him with any further problems. What a pleasant gentleman and charged a reasonable fee fpr the time he spent here. Highly recommend.

We phoned Neil in desperation when our freezer appeared to have broken down. Neil couldn’t help immediately but was kind enough to give his expert advice completely free of charge. The result was an up and running Freezer. We are sure there are not many repairers today who will take the time and trouble to help. In future N.C.P. if you need an appliance engineer this is the one & only to go to we had a washing machine problem my wife was about to go and spend 200-400 pounds on a new machine out of frustration I found Neil and explained the problem not only did he give me a correct diagnosis which was fixed by me in seconds but it cost me nothing I dare say many other engineers would have offered to come and look at it for a fee and maybe chrged for parts it did not need so it was very nice to come across an honest and v,helpful eng there are enough cowboys around in all trades as it is cant recommend him highly enough R.Kelly
Neil came to mend my washing machine after I woke up to a kitchen full of water. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to come out and how thorough he was when checking it over. I had a few other things that needed checking, the vacuum needed a service as did my oven which he checked over and gave the thumbs up. I would certainly recommend him for any domestic repairs! 5 stars!!!
Brilliant efficient and friendly service. Explained my problem with my Neff Oven over the phone, booked an appointment and it was all sorted out within 45 minutes. He already had the replacement parts and serviced my oven for the first time in 10 years! It's now as good as new again.Would definitely recommend.
