Ken Ross was very helpful, friendly and was able to get the part I needed for my washing machine ordered and fitted within a couple of days. It was very reasonably priced too.

Great service and fantastic pricing! Ken fixed my washing machine within less than a week from my initial call. Solved the problem I initially called about and also identified another that he fixed at the same time! Very reasonable cost too. With the greatest respect I hope I don't have to call him again too soon (!!) but would highly recommend him to anyone else who does need to!
Phoned Ken who was happy to attend straight away due to a gap in his schedule. He arrived promptly and was able to repair the cooker on the spot. Extremely polite and courteous and was also was happy to take the time to advise me on a couple of other issues which I asked him about. Will definitely be using again and would not hesitate to recommend Ken. Life would be so much easier if all tradespeople were like this !
