No service at but I do get charged He came once and repaired my Samsung washing machine, but I knew what the problem was. It was a coin, and he fixed it. After a few months, my washing machine started leaking again, and I don't know why. It's an expensive machine. He refused to help me move the dryer, which isn't heavy, but I couldn't move it by myself because it was on top of the washing machine. He preferred to look at the drum, shake it roughly, and told me I had to buy a new washing machine. He didn't open it, didn't give me a diagnosis or detect what was wrong and just gave me a card for a shop who remove washing machines. Charges me £25, and left without doing any work at all. 5 min at my home. How could I be sure my fault was so bad if he's the only one who checked it before. Now the washing machine is working. No happy at all.I feel scammed.

Came out the same day within a few hours of contacting. The repair was fixed immediately in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price.
They came out for me on bank holiday Monday...even the they weren't open. Fixed my washer quickly and I was so happy with the service and the price...in fact I was shocked at how reasonable he was. Highly recommend and will definitely use again and pass his number on.
