Excellent service helping my Mum when her chest freezer failed and a replacement was needed quickly at the weekend. A1 Services were so helpful, identifying a suitable, in stock replacement, which they then delivered the same day. A stressful situation resolved with care and consideration, right down to taking away the packaging. And to boot, they’ve even kindly offered to take the broken one away, when they’re next in the area with their van. Thank you so much.

They put a lot of time into finding an induction hob that would fit the odd space we have and then in cutting out the work top and units underneath to shape. Very helpful at a busy time for them.

A1 Services have helped me twice now with a rental property, once for a dishwasher and today for a new washer/dryer. They gave me a very competitive price and were brilliant at delivering and fitting both items. Our house is purpose designed and not easy to work in and they were very respectful, professional and quick. They could also deliver both products quicker than online retailers or big name retailers. Wow! I don't think I've been as impressed with a company until now. I feel that A1 Services went well above and beyond. Not only did they swiftly get my oven working again but, at a later date, went out of their way and got back to me about accessories I had asked him about for my oven. Have been waiting since 9am, was told between 9am and 1pm. Phoned twice still waiting at 10 past 2. I've just cancelled Rubish customer service.

Recently bought an air conditioning unit from Dayne. Not an item they normally stock but he was incredibly helpful in sourcing and delivering the item. And at a very competitive price too! I would highly recommend A1 Services

What lovely people .... had problems with the appliance we bought, through no fault of A1 Services. A1 Services were extremely helpful and supportive of our issues which has resulted in the manufacturers refunding the cost (under the guarantee) so that we can have a new replacement.

Amazing service!! When our fridge freezer packed up in our holiday home we were desperate with all of our food in this heat. Discovered A1 Services Ltd via Google. We gave them a visit and they had exactly the fridge freezer we needed. Bought it, and it was delivered within 1 hour by a very helpful delivery driver. Definitely recommend

What a lovely company, had two separate issues with Bosh appliances so wanted to get A1 booked in but after discussing issues the nice gentleman advised me to go to Bosh directly as they would be able to sort the particular issue rather than a call out with A1 to make them some money. Very honest and sincere. Will use again

Amazing service. First of all I tried calling Currys absolutely dire service. Then I spoke to A1 the lady was so helpful in picking the fridge freezer with me. She me with the dimensions even converting into feet. absolutely amazing service. The fridge freezer was delivered within 2-hours buy a friendly gentleman nothing was too much trouble. stress free.

What can I say! Fridge freezer went kaput today and I had so much Xmas food in the freezer. The company I work for has used A1 for years and also a member of my family has purchased a fridge from them to be delivered on move day. I rang to ask if there was any way they could deliver a new fridge freezer today to save my freezer contents. To cut a long story short, I picked an appliance and it was delivered and installed in a very tricky position in the kitchen within 4 hours and old one taken away. Fantastic. Won’t use anyone else.

I needed a new slim line Dishwasher As I have been to A1 before I of course called in They had just what I needed. Delivery was no problem. Nothing was to much trouble. The two men Fitted it Then ran it to make sure everything was good. Very pleased

Needed new element for cooker phoned up got appointment very quickly and job done. Was very impressed with service and to be honest very definitely A1 service. A great local retailer for domestic appliances like fridges, cookers, freezers and hobs. Cheaper installations and a more honest (in my option) service. I've used them a lot and the service has always excellent, you could even say A1.
