John has just fixed our faulty oven. We were very impressed at how quickly he diagnosed the problem and managed to come back with a spare part and fit it. Oven is now working perfectly. He was also very reasonably priced. If we have any more appliances that need repairing we will use again.

John was very helpful and visited us fast when our washing machine had a blocked pump and filter. We had him back to fix our oven element too, when that packed up a few weeks later. John has been amazing. Our discontinued cooker broke down just days before Christmas and despite the part being difficult to come by he made a big effort doing an hours round trip to get it so we could be up and running for Christmas lunch. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at short notice, and very helpful with diagnosing problem which was actually to do with plumbing, recommended!

The trader fitted our new integrated dishwasher. He was friendly and good-value compared to other quotes we received, and was available the following day when we contacted him. Unfortunately I had to assist at quite a few stages with moving the machine and holding it in place while fitting it; if you are not able bodied or readily available this could be an issue. Also, he charged another tenner at the end of the job (after quoting a fixed price at the start) saying it was a lot more work than he thought - we thought this very unprofessional as he never mentioned it until the end.

John was fast and efficient, came the next day and happily answered all my questions. Was happy to give advice as well.
