Fantastic service from NG Appliances: They called out same day to fix a broken dishwasher. Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired but they helped me source a new appliance and returned the next day to install it and take away all the packaging etc. 100% recommended!

Amazing! Called at 9am as we needed a new washing machine seal. Check parts and by 10:15 it was fixed, plus they were friendly and really helpful. Other companies had charged significantly more and had a 4 day wait for the part. Will definitely use again.

We needed our dishwasher repaired. John was super helpful and friendly and was able to get us booked in promptly. NG Appliances were not fazed by the particular make of our dishwasher (which other companies were not able to deal with) and were very reasonably priced. Thank you John.

I rang NG appliances about my tumble dryer malfunction . The engineer went above and beyond to try and find the fault Although I decided to buy a new one instead of fix and I went with the engineers choice I would not hesitate in using them in the future

An absolutely fabulous service from John & Andy. Contacted them to fit a new microwave for my elderly parents. New one didn't fit....but they managed to repair the old one!! My American fridge freezer had dropped in temperature were I needed someone to look at it ASAP to avoid all the food going bad. I can't thank this company enough they got someone out within 2 hours fixed the issue straight away. will defiantly recommend polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Was trying to book a same-day service for. Fridge repair and the person I spoke to from NG repair got angry, rudely spoke to me and abruptly hanged up because I only needed a same-day appointment and I would not book him for next day because other agency had already agreed to come next day if I could not find a same day booking. Added after owner response: I even wish I could leave a 0 star for the unprofessional and rude attitude. I never got argumentative nor angry your agent did and hanged up. Check your call records if you have one.

Came out to inspect the appliance and had to return a further 2 occasions to replace old worn parts. Each time arrived exactly when stated and was extremely friendly and informative and we didn’t just feel like they were replacing bits for the sake of it like other companies in the past. We’ll definitely use again as and when required and would recommend them to anyone else. 5*

Our inbuilt AEG oven was not heating up, Jon diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the part immediately and is now working lovely again. Was really professional, knowledgeable, on time and friendly and such a reasonable price as well, cannot recommend highly enough, thank you so much!

Moved into a new house and the oven sounded like it was rattling itself to pieces. After less than an hour these guys had it running perfectly for less than £100. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I have used Jon many times to repair or fit items in tenanted properties and I have to say that the service that I have received has always been outstanding. My aunt contacted me to tell me that her freezer door hinge had broken. I contacted NG Appliances and they phoned my aunt and were with her in 20 minutes and the job was completed within the hour. Fantastic service.

Next day appointment. Had the parts required to repair our cooker and was working straight away. Have used NG appliances several times and they are consistently good.

I called for a quote to repair 1 appliance and to see if he could install a fridge/freezer, but very unhelpful.. Basically put the phone down on me as he had ''another call'' coming through and told me he would call me back. He Didn't call me back and rather than just explain to me like a professional that he couldn't help me, he acted in this unprofessional manor. If your not interested in the job, just say so.

Called in the morning and John came to my house in the afternoon to look at my American Fridge Freezer. Honest, trustworthy and reliable. Went to John through a recommendation and now I certainly can't recommend him enough - Thank you!

Rang to get a quote, wasn't given one, told to ring back once I'd got more quotes, not helpful.

An expert on call for any issues relating to home consumer white goods. We had our fridge freezer freeze up with potentially a few possible issues. All potential fixes were discussed while taking into consideration the age of the unit and cost to repair. Came the same day but obviously depends on availability. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

We called John at 6.00pm on 23 December about our non-performing washing up machine. 10 years old and a vital piece of kit for Christmas! He visited Christmas Eve and dealt with the problem. Marvellous! We had a linked issue on 27 December and he returned the same day to make another repair - he made no additional charge! Experienced, professional and reliable. Highly Recommended.

Excellent local company! I have used NG Appliances twice now, once for our cooker repair and once to repair our dishwasher. Booked the cooker repair this morning at around 8am, the engineer arrived at about 10am and had it repaired for a very reasonable cost by 10:30am. The engineer was very polite and friendly as always. Thanks for the excellent service guys!
