Jarzy's appliance engineer showed up swiftly and portrayed high level of professionalism at installation of my washing machine today. . It was all set , tested and ready for me to use.

Thoroughly recommend Jarzy's, came quick, lovely guys, polite, efficient, fixed my Bosch Serie 6 washer dryer without any hassle and for a totally reasonable price. I couldn't do it myself, i normally would but its a modern appliance and totally beyond me, all electrical, so I am glad I called them. Left everything as it was (not broken machine obviously), recommend. Five stars for sure.

Wish I’d read more reviews before I booked. Phoned and told the guy the problem. Quoted 90 plus VAT “to fix” washing machine. Came round, couldn’t fix, said it was a gasket. He made a cursory look online and said it was an old machine and parts were hard to find. Took our money, said he’s be back in touch when he could source the part. Needless to say we never heard from him again. Looked online myself and easy to find a replacement. However, seemed pointless to throw more money away and got a new machine from AO. Would never use this company again.

Ordered fridge after waiting for it for 8 days as they couldn’t supply it any sooner, for them to not install into my unit on the day booked and was left in middle of my living room, I had to wait another 5 days for the company to come back and install it, we lived off dry food and takeaways which wasn’t great and very costly because of the delay, not one phone call was made to me to tell me time slots they just expected me to take two days off work waiting for a knock at the door and in general caused me quite a lot of stress, if ordering to keep in mind this company seem to be all over the place and very unorganised

The technician was quick, incredibly clean and diagnosed/solved the issue with my washing machine in no time. Got the part and came back to fix it. Both Michelle and him were super communicative throughout, gave me advice on how to best use the appliance so I dont have to call them again too soon and also suggested better quality brands in case I need to replace it. 100% a company that lets the quality of their work and their values speak for themselves. No jargon, no secret costs, no technical blurb to upsell. Just brilliant.

The team visited to try to repair my dishwasher in August but two hours after they left I noticed water leaking from the machine. This happened twice again through the day (I called the company to let them know, and they didn't come back) and the next morning my engineered floor boards have swollen and bubbled up in two places and are irreperable. It's an open plan place and the floor is ruined. Jaegen will not take responsibility for the leak as he does not believe that water can damage a wood floor so quickly. I am surprised too but it is what it is. I am working with my insurance company but there is a hefty excess to pay on top of the upheaval of having a damaged floor. This has been a really stressful experience.

These wonderful peoplemanaged to fit me in within 24 hours to get my washing machine repaired. The repair man fixed it in 40 minutes and it has been working great since.

Great communication, patient and understanding (I only had a short windows of availability for the engineer to visit.) The engineer was polite and friendly. He was honest about the cost of the parts and discussed the pros and cons for fixing vs buying a new machine which is what we decided to do in the end.

The engineers we had out to assess and then fix our dishwasher were prompt, friendly, and efficient at their work. The charge for both the callout and then the part needed for the repair was clearly communicated, and no further costs were involved. Jay was friendly, helpful and diligent. He identified the problem (a blocked litre counter and pressure switch) and worked quickly to fix it, staying until he was sure it was working again correctly. From first tests it seems to be working better than it has in years. 🤞

This is not the first time we've used Jarzy's appliance repair. They've repaired our fridge and dishwasher as well. Each time they're on time, communicate well and are very polite and tidy in their work. I wouldn't hesitate in calling them out for any further appliance repairs.

Helpful and got my washing machine working again

I’m very disappointed by the service offered here. I’ve contacted them to fix my oven. They sent out an engineer which took a look for 10 minutes and charged me £100 with the promise they will go back, order the parts and come back to fix my oven. I did not hear back from them for couple weeks before I reached out. They told me they couldn’t find parts and brushed me off. I’m a little surprised by all the great reviews they have received.

Ray and his co-worker ( a very kind chap , but i don't recall his name ) are efficient and professional. My washing machine stopped working on Saturday, and I thought it was the worst timing to get support. I called Jarzy's appliance repairs and the owner came straight forward : he managed the repairs, efficiently and with kindness. Prices are fair and they are discussed in advance to avoid any "surprise".

I can not recommend Jarzy's because of the awful attitude on the phone not accepting responsibility for their actions. My washing machine was tripping the electrics and Jarzy's engineer thought it could be the heating element. This was ordered and he came back to fit it. During the first wash afterwards, my machine made an awful noise so he had to come back. The engineer found a coin which he did say to me could have been dislodged in the back of the machine when he'd done the work. I thought that to be true as too much of a coincidence straight after, I don't carry money in my clothes pockets, machine is 2nd hand and the coin was barely recognisable like it had been there years, not an hour! Yet on the phone I was blamed for them having to come out again. The original problem of the machine tripping the electrics was not resolved and they gave up. Weeks later as I went to remove the machine I discovered the plug had melted into the extension socket. This hadn't been checked and they refused to come out again and said that it could have happened afterwards and that they're not a charity!! I got another firm to change the plug and this has resolved the problem (still no problems 5 weeks later), £220 all in all for a simple change of a plug. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was an awful experience.

Clear communication and fixed the problem on the first visit by bringing the required replacement piece and at the agreed upon price.

One of the fans on our Samsung Duo oven was making a very loud noise each time it was turned on. Harry, the engineer very quickly diagnosed the problem, realigned the element to stop it catching on the fan and issue was resolved. He even showed me how to remove the inner pane of glass on the door so it could be cleaned. The price was as quoted over the phone and very reasonable - I would definitely use again, especially as Jarzy's are a small local business.

Jaegan answered my call to fix a noisy non-draining washing machine - and within 10 minutes as luck would have it as he was in the area - he was at my front door. Respectful, friendly and knowledgeable he had diagnosed - and fixed - the issue within the hour! Jaegan and Jarzy's are now my go to from this day on - THANK YOU!

Very disappointed. £80 for some kid to tell me to run a degreaser through my dishwasher which I had already done. Explained on my initial call that mechanically all was fine just not cleaning anything. No on site diagnostics offered and no repairs or detailed examination undertaken. Rip off.

I feel completely ripped off. They came and were here for forty minutes or so. I was told they charge £80 for the repair over the phone. . When they came they said it could not be repaired but still they charged me £75 . Bad service IMO.

We had a new kitchen installed by another company and they messed up the pipework behind the washing machine. Jarzys were excellent from the first phone call, they made an appointment at a time that suited me, the engineer was extremely nice knowledgeable and calm. He fixed it in short order and wrote me a receipt that I can now use to demand refund from the first company! Thanks so much.

Guy told me on the phone it was £75 including any parts for a small leak on the WM , he arrived and told me it would cost over £300 to repair, I said it’s £75 including any parts , he then try’s to sell me a couple of old ones he has in his van . Very very rude man and I feel I’ve been completely ripped off done nothing and demanding the £75 .do not use

These guys are the best and saved my hundreds of pounds. My dishwasher which is seven years old stopped working, I did not know if it was blocked or if the machine was broken. Excellent friendly service. Washing machine broke down the day before a bank holiday. Jarzy’s had it back up and running with a new motor by the following Wednesday, including ordering the new motor. Bosch had said it’d take them 10 days just to get someone out to take a look! Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service overall, Jaegan wasn't immediately able to diagnose the specific problem but called and text me periodically over the next couple of days to help diagnose and get to the bottom of where the water was coming into the dishwasher from. He was then able to repair appropriately - no issue with the dishwasher since. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again professional service and reasonably priced.

The engineer came round within 20minutes as was in the area. Work completed within the hour. The dishwasher door was unable to close as one of the trays had dropped/and was catching. Ensured all operational before left. Very professional, polite and got on with job

Jaedan who owns the company, came next day to look at my broken oven. The part was in a couple of days later and he came to fit it and now the oven works great! But the same day my washing machine broke!! When I text him that night to ask him to come back he said he would the next day. But after he called to find out more info he suggested I call the manufacturer as it might be cheaper if in warranty to go straight to Hoover. And he was right! He needn't have said this and could have simply charged me his regular prices. An honest and hardworking family business. I will recommend to anyone with a broken appliance.

Jarzy is fast, friendly and efficient. He came around same day on a Saturday to open a jammed washing machine door, I was very pleased I did not have to wait until after the weekend. He took the door with him to repair it and came back to screw it back on - job done in 5 mins! He informed me in advance what time he would arrive. He is a very friendly man who started his own business in lockdown - I was happy to support a local tradesman.
