I found scheduling a CP12 very straightforward and quick which is very helpful and stress free, particularly when you’re busy and juggling a lot. Very professional service and Richie was punctual and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Sent a text to Richard who replied very quickly. He gave a quote for the proposed issue we described and was very accommodating to do the job at our convenience. Upon arrival he advised that the job he quoted for, was not necessary and that he was able to carry out a repair to rectify the problem for a considerable amount less than the quote, which was very assuring, therefore I would certainly use Richard’s services again and recommend his services.

Contacted SRH through Facebook and arranged our first annual boiler service. Richard serviced the boiler, very thorough inspection inside and out, no issues identified. Invoice received same morning and a full report detailing work carried out. First class throughout and organised for same time next year. Excellent service from start to finish.

Highly recommended. Richard fixed my heating and corrected a leaking radiator which had been fitted incorrectly by a builder. Very friendly guy. gas leak found, after a smell of gas, emergency response capped it, until I could get a local engineer. Engineer from SRH arrived within a short space of time, after making telephone contact, located the problem and sorted it promptly and efficiently. All other sources of gas appliance checked for safety and leaks. Reasonable price and would definitely use again.

Found Richards number from the Gas Safe Register. We needed the gas cooker capped. Sent him a text over and he got back straight away and booked us in. Really friendly, turned up on time, did the job to a high standard. Would 100% recommend.

Pilot light not igniting. Richard identified the fault and provided straightforward costings /recommendations for repair/replacement work. Turned up on time and sensible COVID controls. Couldn't persuade anyone else to look at the boiler within the timeframe as others only interested in selling a full replacement boiler rather than fault-finding on mine.
