Got. Brian out to repair our 12 year old fan oven , he recommended us to get a new one as it’s had 4 repairs already. So we bought a new one and Brian fitted it today, all this in a space of 5 days , brilliant. Can’t recommend him enough. Excellent service, thank you Brian .

Washer stopped in the middle of a cycle. Called Brian on Monday came Tuesday, found issue ordered part and came Saturday to fix it. Was going to be Friday but a delay on part arriving meant he couldn't come but kept me fully informed so no issues. Washing machine disaster started with a mild flood on a Monday. Rang Brian who got back to me very quickly, discussed a quote and came back on Thursday to complete the job. Replaced a washing machine seal very quickly, and did a great job, no more leaks!

Called up this morning after spending the last 2 days testing why my washer/dryer wouldn't heat up. Quick call and run through what I'd tested and was told what I was expecting, he was extremely helpful and knew what the issue was immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brian came as agreed, on time and was very pleasant. NOTE:- Its a £20 cash call out fee. Looked at my Hotpoint (Aqualtis super silent) Washing Machine as had been making a racket for a couple of weeks. I had thought it was the belt wearing/moving but after a good look at (and in) the washer, Brian advised it was banging/noisy as the concrete weight had come loose also advising that the belt looked ok even though its getting on. Brian resolved the issue quickly and professionally and was gone within 20 minutes! Washer is again quiet. I would definitely recommend Brian and the company without hesitation. If they had been disingenuous they could easily have told me literally any issue and as i need the washer i would have had to either get it fixed or replaced. However, as this was NOT the case, the fix was quick (and luckily!) cheap to resolve. I really appreciate that and I will use them again if i have issues with other appliances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top guy! My tumble dryer and oven both broke at the same time. Couldn’t really afford to pay out for new ones so found Brian on Facebook and gave him a call based on all the good reviews. He was friendly and helpful, sorted the tumble dryer out free of charge as it was a quick fix and explained what had happened and how to stop it happening again in the future. Replaced oven element and got that sorted for a very reasonable price. Overall would recommend him to anyone, definitely keeping his number handy. Thank you!

Asked Brian to call as our fridge was filling with water and the start button on our tumble drier had broken. Brian asked for the model number so had a switch when he arrived. The tumble drier was fixed within 20 minutes and Brian showed me the issue with the fridge, which was a blockage, he fixed this within a minute of arriving! Very professional service, fixed the fridge free of charge, in and out in half an hour. Would recommend Brian’s services to anyone and will 100% use again.

We've used Brian from Stockton Appliance Repairs a few times when our appliances have been in need of repair. We find him to be friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. He also supplied a reconditioned washing machine for an elderly relative, which is still going strong after at least two years.

Couldn't get our oven door back on. Brian called to say he was running late but turned up within 45mins of booked time. Got to works immediately and had to door back on within minutes. Very nice manner and very helpful. was a very reasonable price too. I would use Brian again for any future problems.

Spoke to Brian RE washing machine not draining .He gave advise to try and solve problem over the phone which was very helpful. He came out to look at problem was on time,diagnosed the fault and fitted a new pump in around half an hour for a price I was more than happy with. I would 100% reccomend Brian to anyone. I returned home from a week away with a case filled with clothes. Washed them, threw them in the 4 year old dryer to be met with a noise, burning smell and nothing more. I was looking for a reliable company to carryout some repairs to a Miele dishwasher, warming drawer and wine fridge so having read the amazing reports of Stockton Appliances RepairsI rang Brian at 8am this Saturday morning. He answered and mentioned that unfortunately he doesn’t work on Miele products, however he would forward a number of someone who does. Within seconds I had the number and he ended by saying take care & have a lovely weekend which I thought was 100% the best customer service I’ve had for a very long time :)

I phoned Stockton Appliance Repairs today, because the spin on my washing machine had broken and I needed to book an appointment for someone to come out. I spoke to Brian and he gave me an appointment for the next day and told me how much it would cost. He then asked me some questions about the spin problem and managed to diagnose and fix it over the phone. So, I got a free repair . He didn’t have to do that though, he could of come out tomorrow and and charged me, but he didn’t, which proves that he’s trustworthy and a good guy. My AEG integrated microwave/grill broke early in 2020 but I couldn’t find anyone locally that repaired microwaves. I found Stockton Appliance Repairs by chance online. I contacted Brian via email on his contact page, he rang me the next day. We were out of his usual catchment area but he still came the next day bang on time to take it away. That afternoon he phoned to give me the diagnosis, cost & when he could install the part (as there was a delay in getting the part). He text me the day it was fixed & arranged to deliver the unit back to me, giving a time. On the day he text to ask if it was ok to bring it early. Brian is without doubt given me the best & most reliable service I have ever had from a tradesman in 40 years as a householder.
