Beware, only book a call out if you are absolutely sure the repair is an easy one, otherwise you are likely to pay £65 for nothing! I booked a repair with very precise description of the problem. Despite this the engineer turned up, looked at the machine for 30 seconds, just told my daughter that it was not worth repairing and demanded payment from her, putting her in a very vulnerable situation. Gary claims in his response to my review that I did not agree to a repair...I was never asked to agree... The machine has since been repaired by a professional, no problem at all.

engineer arrived on time, no frills or banter straight to the job identified the problem ordered the parts and returned 4 days later to flit parts, he kept us informed at all times ,he treated us with respect and acted in a professional manner at all times.he clearly knows his trade. and i would have no hesitation in using him again

Booked to come this morning, got a text just after 8 to say he'd be here between 9 and 11, contacted them just after 11, told he should be on his way. Contacted again at 12 told he wouldn't be able to make it today, a total waste of time. Received a follow up call, Gary was ruse, crude and abusive

Can not recommend these services enough called first thing this morning as the washing machine broke down last night he was onsite in less than 2 hours fixed the problem and prices where very reasonable I have saved his number for future use and will be recommending him to anyone needing similar services

Gary was very prompt and paid us a quick visit to fix our dishwasher which was not drying the dishes anymore. We paid the call out fee and for the spare part which Gary assumed needs fixing but to our surprise the dishwasher is still faulty. My husband messaged Gary to let him know and arranged for him to revisit on the 3rd of January, in the morning. Unfortunately Gary never showed up and hasn’t even bothered to let us know he won’t be coming. So, basically money thrown out of the window!

was charged 90 quid for a fairly short visit to be told machine was not worth repairing. i think 90 quids a bit of a p take to be honest. Gary said it would be cheaper if i paid cash ...but it would have been cheaper if id gone with another company

Very nice chap, who came out next day and fixed my oven straight away as he thankfully had the spare parts in the van. Have already recommended him to a friend and he went out to them on the same day! Will absolutely use him again, have saved his number on my phone for future!

Great repair. Came out same day to establish the problem. Ordered the part and then fixed at 9am. Friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Quicker service than that offered by other repair companies. I can only assume that anybody who writes negative reviews has possibly got the wrong company.

Friendly and professional Only charges for work needed no hidden charges

Gary said pipe corroded and computer not working on my fridge. Got cheaper, second opinion from Herne Bay Domestics who checked plug, neutral not installed. Fridge now working ! When asked for invoice got this: "Oh you are the lady that gave me the horrible review no I don't think I'll help you don't contact my phone again. Call hernebay"
