Chris installed a couple of Fujitsu General units for our home office and open-plan lounge/diner a few weeks ago. The units are literally better than before they arrived, with a number of niggles from the units resolved without issue. I recently had a new Mitsubishi split unit installed and the service was excellent from start to finish. Chris, the owner, clearly knows his craft and doesn’t waste time with sales fluff or excuses. He explained the options, priced it fairly, and delivered exactly what he promised. The installation was tidy, efficient and completed to a high standard with proper attention to detail and after-care advice. It is rare to find a company that works this cleanly, communicates this clearly, and takes real pride in the job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Chris Malone was recommended by our electrician Ben tibbett which proved to have been an excellent choice. A swift response from our inquiry culminated in a comprehensive and friendly site visit which informed us of the work intailed and a reasonable quote. A week later the very effective air conditioning unit was installed with little disruption from our end. All in all a very successful project completed.

Excellent AC installation, really quick and efficient. This is my second AC unit that Chris has installed and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Chris and Matt installed 2 indoor a/c units running off one outdoor compressor for us. Chris was helpful throughout the process, listening to our requirements and giving good feedback on recommendations and pricings for different options. They arrived on time to install as agreed and kept us informed accurately on the expected time it would take alongside keeping within the price quoted. Disruption to the house was a minimum and they kept their work area really clean both in and outside, they were easy to talk to and were happy to answer our questions as they went along giving a full test and demonstration once installed.

After installing the air con unit in the home gym, we asked Chris to come back and install another for the house. Another great job. Neat, tidy and swift. The unit has been a blessing in the recent warm weather, so much so that we had to turn it off at times as it was too cold indoors.

We recently had an air conditioning unit fitted to our kitchen/dinner by Climate Change Services. Chris and his apprentice Matt arrived early on the day of the instalment and completed the same day. They were very polite and professional. Chris is clearly a very skilled tradesman and had to work around a lintel over a door way but managed to get round this with no problem. Great service - Install and maintenance for over 5 years

Chris has done a great job, Mitsubishi Electric units work very well, being able to turn them on when away from home is a nice advantage. Chris is knowledgeable and helpful, with excellent post installation support.

Chris came to do the service on our air conditioning units. Very professional. Took time to check them all properly. We also had damage to one of the units outside, which a fox had chewed a cable and he fixed that while he was here to save having to get him back on a return visit, which was great. Chris Malone did a first-rate job of planning and performing installation of a 5kW Mitsubishi Electric heat pump in my orangery. The work was timely, very neat, and the equipment works well. I can warm the room in minutes in the morning, and look forward to being able to keep it cool in the summer. Not only does the unit heat more quickly than the fan-heater I used in the past, but it uses a fraction of the electricity. I was very impressed with Chris's professionalism in designing the installation, and his price was competitive.

Absolutely over the moon with the service we have had from Chris / Climate Change Services. The quote we received from CC was the most competitive & the quality of the workmanship was second to none. The system that has been installed is to control the temperature of an external home cinema room and is working lovely to keep the perfect temperature in the room. It was a very hassle free experience where no marks were left on my walls or on the carpet. Chris has even called up a few time to make sure everything is running smoothly. My A/C was due for some routine maintenance, but it was also making some loud rattling noises when starting up. They quickly identified and fixed the issue, and conducted a thorough maintenance check, which included cleaning the inside and outside units. Very happy, and I'll continue to use this company. New Mitsubishi LN series 5KW single split installed. This is the second installation I’ve had by Climate Change Services and I’m very happy with it. Work was completed quickly and neatly. The AC unit works very well- it’s quiet, cools the room quickly and is energy efficient. Very pleased.

Chris is precisely what you'd hope for from a tradesperson - calm, polite, great communication with intense attention to detail. From the first phone call Chris was straight in to detail and engaged in developing a solution, and was completely up front with the options in terms of both types of units but also the different manufacturers, their pros and cons, instead of just offering the cheapest/most expensive or fastest solution for him to install. The actual installation is spot on - perfection. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their work as Chris, and I couldn't be happier!

I had a Mitsubishi 3.5kw mini split unit fitted by Climate Change Services. This was to heat and cool an extension to my house. Chris was very helpful with the spec and once agreed the fitting was quick. The installation took a day, all neat and tidy and I am pleased with the Mitsubishi, the installation and Chris’s work I have no hesitation in recommending Climate Change Services.

Very professional job, good advice, and a neat and tidy installation. The supplier caused Chris a problem but he did all he could to mitigate the impact on us, no fault of his. Having been bitten before by tradesmen I am always wary but no need to worry here, a man of integrity.

Great job, very knowledgeable and extremely competent. I needed my A/C system serviced. Whilst working on my unit, Chris spotted there was mildew attached to an internal cylinder. For an additional cost he was able to rectify the problem and in so doing rendering my 5 year old unit as good as new. Very satisfied!

We have used Chris a few times now and he is always very thorough and has an attention to detail. I cannot fault his work and would recommend to anyone who wants a professional job done and leaves the place spotless once finished including taking all the rubbish or organising someone to do so.

Chris's knowledge and work is to an excellent standard with very high levels of attention to detail. Options were initially discussed during a visit to our house and we settled on the Mitsubishi multi split system as they are very quiet when running in silent mode. Chris worked very hard during the recent heatwave to install the whole AC within 2 days so we could benefit from the system as soon as possible. External ducting was run low down to benefit from concealment by the side hedge with only the vertical sections being visible to the 3 rooms and black to match existing downpipes and soffits to blend in perfectly. Chris thoroughly tested the system and provided a detailed handover. Two days on from completion we are very happy with the choice as our whole house now holds temperature at around 21 - 23 degrees when it is 28+ outside. I highly recommend Chris and Climate Change Services!!

Chris installed AC in my chalet bungalow. He did a brilliant job - AC was worth every penny as my upstairs rooms get extremely hot! I would definitely recommend him and getting AC! He is polite, professional and completed the job in two days!

He also isolated and neatened up some other cables that were running through my garden, so that I can use them at a later date. If needed, which was appreciated.
