Great service, fast, and very clean, we wouldn't have known that they had been if it wasn't for our new air conditioning unit hanging on the wall. Very polite at all times, we had the 3.5kw Daikin unit and we extremely pleased with the results. We can't recommend H2O enough 10 out of 10.

Had two A/C units fitted. The work was carried out efficiently, on time and without any fuss or bother. Nice people to deal with and I would have no hesitation in using their services again. Highly recommended

Having known Andy for numerous years, and having used him for previous jobs, i never had any doubt that his work would be top notch. Im a sports massage therapist, and work out of an outbuilding in my back garden. As you can imagine, its been quite uncomfortable in the recent heat, and was looking forward to Andy and Ethan fitting my air con unit today. I am amazed at how good the product is. Excellent response and service from Andrew and Ethan. Used them for many years on both an older Oil fired heating system and my log burner install and servicing. Now we've had a great new AC system fitted in our son's attic conversion (sauna) bedroom and it's amazing. The 2 lads came before 9 am, installed the new boiler and checked the radiators, excellent work. Andrew’s professional and excellent service is second to none. He called at short notice during the recent very cold holiday period to perform a repair on our oil boiler - sadly it was irreparable but he did not charge a call out fee. Recognising the urgency of the work, he kindly squeezed us in for a replacement boiler. His team were polite, clean and very knowledgeable. Not only are we super toasty again but the water pressure is hugely improved. Highly recommend Andrew and his team!!

We can’t thank Ethan enough for his fantastic service! Our toilet flush stopped working at 6pm on a Saturday night — and with a three-day-old baby in the house, we were a bit panicked. He explained what had gone wrong, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and was so considerate knowing we had a newborn at home. Amazing service, I had my boiler replaced and the engineers were polite and got everything done in a timely manner. Andy was really nice and went above and beyond to make sure we got our installation done - due to some flooding in the area our original boiler was not available but a replacement was found within the hour and this didn't impact our installation. Everything was explained to us well and they made sure to leave everything clean and tidy when they left. Highly recommend for a great service :)

We are increadibly happy with the work done by H2O Heating and gas services ltd. We had a full oil heating installation in our property. The work was very neat and the advice given was honest and trustworthy. Everything from the piping in each room, the boiler, radiators and tank were done carefully and was exactly what we asked for. Andy has just installed a Sheraton 5 gas fire, together with clearing the old fire, restoring the brickwork and installing an oak mantle. We are absolutely chuffed with the end result. This wasn’t an easy task for the team, as they had serious problems inserting the chimney flue, as the chimney was blocked by some old bricks, left over from a previous chimney repair/ replacement over 30 years ago!!!! Thankfully, they were successful in removing the brick and were able to install the fire. Poor Ethan was covered in the debris from the chimney!!!! The place was left spotless afterwards, too. We would definitely recommend Andy and H2O to friends and neighbours who require fire installs. All the team were courteous, efficient and friendly throughout this process. Andrew has been my plumber for nearly 20 years! During that time he’s fitted 2 boilers, 2 bathrooms, fitted radiators and services the boiler annually. I live in an old house so no job is ever simple! But he always finds a solution to any issue! When he came to service the boiler a few weeks ago, he immediately said he could smell gas! There was a leak, which could have been catastrophic! But Ethan & Jack sorted it for me. Again a tricky job, as the pipes had to be totally redone! Andrew and his staff are efficient and tidy workers, trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Recently had H20 plumbing in to fit a completely new heating system and bathroom. I can’t fault Andrew and Ethan throughout this whole process, they have been very helpful from start to finish and any questions I’ve had they have been more than happy to answer and help. They’re work is impeccable and not one single issue since the work has been completed. Their work is absolutely spotless and the house is left as if there hasn’t even been work carried out and I have been more than comfortable leaving them carry on and leave a key with them due to shift work. Can’t thank the boys enough.

Andrew put a new boiler, new radiators and new showers in my mother's bungalow. We were not happy with the showers from the off as they would not work unless you dropped the shower head to knee level to get it going. We now need gas certificate and it turns out the boiler was not installed according to the manufacturers specifications and the piping in the attic is uninsulated and not according to building regs. Amongst a host of other issues that need addressing. Would not recommend.

I can’t comment on their actual work because we never got that far. Called them to arrange to quote for a job. I was told they’d call back but they didn’t. I rang again, no answer. Eventually I text them which they replied and arranged a time to come over. I took the day off work to meet them. They didn’t show or contact to say they weren’t coming. Luckily I’d arranged a few other companies who did show.

Ethan was very professional and prompt. Ethan assessed the problem on Tuesday, obtained the replacement part on Wednesday and fixed the problem. The service was excellent and great value.

Our old 1983 Oil boiler finally sprung a fatal leak (luckily in outside boiler room) and I checked out authorised Worcester Boiler installers with Worcester by entering some simple info on their portal (I would recommend the portal to others) Worcester emailed straight back with list of businesses nearby, along with a biography written by the business. I selected Andy and the following morning had a call from him, visit and eventually a new boiler and Hive system installed. Top quality workmanship, minimal disruption, cleared up each day and all site cleared at the end. Reliable, good communication and customer care. I highly recommend Andy/H2O to anybody.

Extremely responsive and professional service. When our heating system failed to work Andrew was out in less than 24 hours and quickly identified and rectified the problem, explaining what had gone wrong. Will be setting up annual servicing with them. Really impressed!

Contacted the company on 9 December because of heating failure and having limited heating and hot water. Sent picture of faulty part and was told it would be ordered. 10 days later and now out of the coldest weather for years and still no sign of them. Luckily, made a call today and another company is coming out tomorrow-24 hours service! I appreciate this is a busy time but when you have limited heat and hot water, 10 days is simply not good enough. I do not recommend!!

Came to our rescue during the recent cold weather when I had a leaking valve on the oil tank. Responded promptly to my phone message, came out to see what the problem was and then ordered the new part. Promised to fit and get us back up and running the next day. Andrew was true to his word. We bougt a new property a few months ago. The boiler was in a bad way. After spending quite a bit of money on it in the last few months we decided to change it for a new one. We came across several plumbers who were either unreliable, or just not good enough. After some searching we came across H2O plumbing and heating company. We hired Andrew for installation of a new boiler in our home. He came out for a survey on the day we had booked on his website. He gave excellent suggestions regarding replacement boiler. He is accredited by Worcester Bosch. He gave us a competitive quote and started work on the date he gave us. We found him to be very professional, knowledgable, polite and reliable. We would recommend him without any reservation and will obviously only ever use him in the future.

Excellent service

Very happy with the work undertaken here, which was a new external combi boiler, a new bunded oil tank, and hive heating controls. They were very polite and respectful at all times, even when wet weather was an issue on a couple of days. Shoes off every time they entered the house too. The job looks very neat, and the site was left very tidy. We haven’t got a single criticism of these gentlemen. They are busy, and we had to wait a while before they could start work, but I would certainly recommend and not hesitate to use again.

Recently had an issue with a leaking hot water cylinder so needed a switch over. Whilst doing the job I decided, after some excellent guidance, to upgrade to a fully pumped system as mine was so old meaning it would more efficient and save future oil costs. Win, win.
