Polarcool Refrigeration Ltd

We got this last summer one of our best decisions ever so comfortable excellent job thanks

Have just had Polarcool install air con into 3 bedrooms (domestic house) - absolutely brilliant service. Excellent communication on all levels. The 3 guys who fitted it were very polite and considerate. Cleaned up all mess caused by installation and rubbish was taken away. Work completed in a single day. No mess, no hassle. Would definately recommend. Units work very well and we would definately consider having more fitted in the future. Thanks Polarcool!

Had Polarcool fit our air conditioning to our bedroom, we was extremely happy with the service they provided, they were very clean and tidy and the unit on the side of the house is neatly done, we will definitely use them again for our other rooms in the future, thanks Guys!

Very prompt survey and quote was fair. The installation was done tidily and swiftly. I would recommend Polarcool.

This is not the first time I have used Polarcool. They have always been efficient, helpful and reliable and I will use them again

I'd received a leaflet through the door at my house in Tiptree and was keen to get air conditioning installed by a local company. I phoned and made an appointment and Steve visited and gave me a very clear and no nonsense understading of what we needed. No hard sell, the quote was sent through within a few days. I agreed to proceed and the works were booked in, only 2 or 3 weeks ahead. Communication with the company has been excellent throughout. On install day, 3 or 4 engineers turned up and got straight to work. There was very little mess made, they just got on and got the job done. I am incredibly happy with the Mitsubishi units they supplied and the installation was A1. I highly recommend Polarcool.

We’ve been working with Polarcool Refrigeration Ltd for a long time now, and they’ve consistently delivered an outstanding service. They take care of all our air conditioning and refrigeration needs, and we couldn’t be happier with their support. The team is always helpful, reliable, and quick to respond, especially in emergencies, when it really matters. It’s reassuring to know we can count on them whenever an issue arises. We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership and working together on future projects. Highly recommended! Pontlands Park and Reflections Health and Leisure

I had one unit installed with Polarcool in my studio which used to get unbearably hot in summer. It was the best money ive ever spent! I was really impressed at the price and how professional the installers were, so much so that I ended up getting a second unit the following year for another room. Friends of mine have had units installed with other companies and they look shoddy and cheap in comparison.. Can't recommend Steve and the team at Polarcool enough.

Polarcool installed air conditioning at our home. They were very communicative & provided a quick & very reasonable offer. The installation went ahead at the expected time as planned. Workmanship was very good & tidy & they also quickly addressed any concerns that we may have had. Would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience starting from booking a quote to completion of the work. Polar Cool are a very professional company with friendly staff and an excellent level of workmanship. They were easy to talk to about solutions and gave good advice. We were left with no mess and very smartly installed units. I would highly recommend Polarcool both for value for money and quality of work. Thank you Steve, Max and Brandon • Verified reviewer Job location: CM9
