ColdCare Ltd supplied and installed air conditioning for several reviewers, and some also report using it for maintenance or an emergency freezer call-out. Reviewers describe the work as clean and tidy, with one saying the installers wore shoe covers and left no mess. Several say communication was good, with enquiries answered quickly and the process explained clearly. One reviewer says ColdCare worked late over a weekend to finish the job, and another says advice was given on where to position the units. One customer reports that an emergency call-out to a walk-in freezer was repaired quickly and their stock saved.

We recently had our Fujitsu air conditioning system supplied and installed by Cold-Care and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Kieren handled everything from the quotation through to the installation, working alongside one of his team, and the standard of work was exceptional. They were incredibly clean and respectful of the house — even wearing shoe covers every single time they came inside — and left absolutely no mess behind. The attention to detail was second to none. They worked late on both Saturday and Sunday to make sure everything was finished properly rather than rushing the job, and it was obvious throughout that they take a huge amount of pride in their work. Kieren was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and happy to explain everything. Once the installation was complete, they took the time to show us how to use the system properly and helped us get everything configured. The price was also superb, especially considering we ended up with high-end, very efficient Fujitsu units. We’ve already been extremely impressed with both the heating and cooling performance. A genuinely excellent company to deal with from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using Cold-Care for the annual servicing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kieren and the team to anyone considering air conditioning or heat-pump installation. Highly recommended.

ColdCare installed our domestic aircon unit at a competitive price. Kieren gave great advice when deciding which unit to get & the installation went very smoothly. James our installer was neat, tidy and we were enjoying the benefits a couple of hours later.
