Very poor customer services not replying on time. I ordered a Teffcold fridge of them on their website they don’t give proper external dimensions On their websites so once delivery arrived the size was big than what I expected they didn’t mention any charges for return , re delivery charges now when i requested them for re delivery asking for £200+ vat now i have requested full refund and still waiting for the response. It took 4 days to reply for the redelivery

Had first annual service in May for air con. Service was performed quickly and professionally, with minimum of disruption. Carlton are an excellent company.

I paid £216 for my Vent-Axia ventilation system to be serviced. A problem had recently developed with it where it was making a loud noise throughout my property, coming from the vents. The engineer wasn't able to identify the cause of the noise and suggested lowering the fan speed. This worked for a short amount of time but the noise soon returned. I was able to establish myself what the cause of the noise was (fan bearings needed replacing). I contacted Carlton again to see if this was something they could fix and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. To date, I haven't even received any paperwork about what was actually done as part of the service, they just took my money. I feel a bit ripped off as I've paid £216 for my unit to basically just be cleaned, something that I could have done myself, and the engineer wasn't even able to diagnose what turned out to be a simple fault. EDITED TO ADD: Despite the response below, I still haven't received any paperwork about the service, nor have I been contacted about getting my system repaired.

Just had our annual air source pump service completed by Carlton Services again. Service engineer Brett, completed his usual thorough inspection of the installation. Always good to know the ASHP is working well going into the winter months. Booking a service appointment was easy & promptly arranged.

We have some older aircon units- 7 in total -needing looking, at 3x were not operational and we assumed they would need replacing and were happy to get a quote to replace them. However after their engineer visited the ones that were working and were signed off as operational wouldn't work at all. So our whole system went down and they refused to revisit, ignoring our request to come back. We even got threatened with legal action for holding off paying the bill even though they refused to return. We will most certainly never use them nor recommend them to anyone. very poor service and extremely expensive.
Carlton Services has supplied a number of AC units to me over the years. I've not had to chase anything up or to claim on a warranty, so can't really judge on that front. However, when it comes to deliveries, I had no problems whatsoever.

Booked an annual service for Air Source Heat Pump. Good customer service. Engineer carried out service and was helpful in answering a couple of queries re. running of ASHP. It would have been helpful to have an idea of the time of arrival of engineer rather than just a date. I will happily rebook with them for next year.
job reference: 89664. Our commercial electric cooker needed a control knob replaced which the firm carried out efficiently. While here the technician spotted a potential issue with the wiring installation which we have now corrected. Good call!
I invited Carlton Services to install the HVAC for my log cabin. They were excellent from start to finish - the site survey, explanation of the options and recommendation of products and quotation through to the day of the install, which went very smoothly. The only issue I have is that the outside unit sometimes makes a vibrating sound. As far as I can tell that is a manufacturing issue. The installer has reached out to Mitsubushi about it, but I have not heard back yet which is a concern.
Having done some research on air con installation, I stumbled across Carlton Services. Before purchasing their machine, all marketing blurb points towards buying a machine that is manufactured by Toshiba, Mitsubishi or another premium brand, however on reflexion after purchase they are actually made by Midea with no mention of the premium brand supplier - I understand that maybe I was a little gullible to think i was buying a premium product for the amount i paid but nevertheless a bit misleading. For me the real sour point is after requesting some help on installation that they couldn't actually let me speak to an engineer because I wasn't Fgas trained. WHY SELL ME THE MACHINE IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN -
Very disappointed with the customer service we received from this company. Having taken several phone calls to arrange an engineer to come out and fix a glass washer before the weekend they turned up at the wrong time and would not come back at the time agreed once the parts had arrived. Rather than admitting their mistake and tryng to help rectify the situation they lied and said it was our fault and that they would rather refund us the money.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Have never been treated so badly by a company in 15 years of trading.firstly they sent a damaged dishwasher with dented front which was only replaced after a lot of hassle and taking three days.Then after only a month of having the dishwasher we turn it on and it floods our kitchen phone them for help to be told it's not there fault fill an online form out and then they will talk to us no help no sorry just blunt and rude staff ask to speak to a manager told one will call back.when he called me back told his name was Tim and he was a director of the company he was not interested in the problem I had told me they were and Internet only company( hard to believe as formed in 1978) and that I was rude to his staff when I stated I was not he told me they don't want to deal with me and goaded and goaded me.
Great prices & service, had new air con fitted in a restaurant and also had to have a callout when out cold room stopped working, would recommend.
