Not only did Bryn respond extremely quickly to a 'phone request for a quotation which arrived on the same day as his site visit, but the new boiler was installed in just over a week. My recent experience of obtaining trades-people is extremely poor so my experience with Bryn was beyond exceptional! Mark and Ashley arrived promptly on the stated day and installed the new boiler with minimal fuss and tested its operation before leaving by mid- afternoon having taken away the old boiler leaving no mess. We first met him 7 years ago when we had had problem after problem with our boiler and we had the same company out every few months fixing the same issue. Bryn came once and sorted it. From then on we wouldn’t use anyone else. He’s honest, reliable and totally professional. We trust him completely and he has always done a 5 star job. He’s replaced boilers for us, sorted radiators, installed outdoor taps… the list goes on. He is always quick to come and sort and problems that have arisen for us along our renovation journey and we go to him for all our plumbing needs. I know he won’t rip us off and is totally honest. If he thinks something doesn’t need doing he will say and is always up front. Bryn is also a great guy and always turns up with a smile on his face! It is now almost two years since we had our boiler fitted by Bryn and his team. The new boiler had to be fitted into the garage so there was a lot of work to be done! Yet Bryn and Tom did an excellent job and when they had finished everything was so neat and tidy, it was if the boiler had always been in its new place. Recently had our oil fired central heating boiler replaced, along with new circulation pump and valves. The whole central heating system was overhauled and done in a day. Mark and Tom worked non stop to achieve it , they were efficient, friendly and polite. A credit to the company. Bryn had previously agreed with us a date and informed how the installation would go. It was as agreed and perfect. There was no fast sell or pressure put on us at any time. A very professional outfit. We had what should have been an adequate system, but it was not working well at all. We had the system cleaned, boiler serviced, magnetic filter and programmer fitted, new zone valves, which as it turned out were not opening fully, causing most of the problem. The system is now working as it should have been, with heat getting to all parts of the house. Bryn and his staff were great, pleasant and extremely competent. Highly recommended.

Bryn and his team did a great job of installing a new floor-standing gas boiler in the run up to Christmas 2024, for which I was very grateful. Came the same day to quote, then sourced a new replacement boiler and all fitted and commissioned all within 8 days of my initial contact. Had my warranty and Gas Safe documentation within a week. I had a wireless thermostat fitted today onto my boiler , the quality of work was excellent , Bryn is very professional and thorough in his work . so pleased with the quality of thermostat provided , would 100% recommend using Excel Heating .

I had brilliant service from Bryn when my boiler broke suddenly and had to be replaced. He gave me lots of advise and different options, to make sure I was getting the right, most efficient boiler for me. He was able to install my new boiler with 48 hours of me getting in touch. He did a fantastic job and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Bryn was highly professional, knowledgeable and is very skilled at what he does. Tom has also done some work alongside Bryn recently. Both super polite, hard working and love dogs (which is always great when you have a bouncy pup who loves getting in the way)!

We had our daughters central heating system flushed out recently and Bryn carried out the work to a high standard , informed us exactly what he had done , even provided a video and the bill was fully itemised and easy to understand . He left the place clean and tidy and would not hesitate to use him again .

Bryn from ExcelHeating, replaced an old boiler for me, many years ago & installed an LPG gas cooker. Right from the onset, Bryn went above and beyond to make sure everything worked, as it should, before and after he left. He even popped in to double check everything the next day " Sunday" Bryn is so reliable, he will not let you down, he works fast, doesn't charge extortionate rates, will do his best to give you a fair price, using only quality materials. My boiler stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and I contacted Bryn Roberts who came out that day to see if it could be repaired. Sadly, the boiler was unrepairable, and I agreed to him installing a new one. Bryn's discussed various boilers and his knowledge on the boilers was excellent and arrangements were made for the installation. Bryn arrived the day and time promised and began work. He is an exceptionally tidy worker all debris removed as he went along. Unfortunately, Worcester had sent an incorrect part which would take a couple of days to arrive, Bryn set off to Ludlow to pick up the part so that I would not be without heating longer than necessary. I have arranged for Bryn to service the boiler on an annual basis due to his expertise. I have no hesitation in recommending Bryn to anyone he is very professional, polite and knowledge man. Very professional, very informative in how to care for your boiler after regards to topping up and bleeding the radiators. Absolutely fantastic work. What I really liked was how accommodating Bryn was when I had a hiccup in the refurbishment. Re arranged to come back once other trades had finished. Really surprised at how clean Bryn left work area once finished which was a relief as I’ve tiny mouths (dogs) which pick up anything and eat it ☺️. Overall such a fantastic job, absolutely thrilled with the finished product & how lovely the pipe work was. Refreshing to have someone say what they are going to do & do it and inform you along the way. Works completed - Full boiler change, including new copper pipes throughout and repositioning of waste pipes, new tap at the front & new installation of tap put the back. Full installation of Radiators & cooker installation. On pricing Bryn was also very fair. Didn’t over price the job. I had 4 quotes, 3 were similar to Bryn, and another twice the price of Bryn.
