Started off great until things stop working , then no interest shown at all fitters where a great bunch really well informed, but now the equipment isn't working properly i get "Well its your equipment". Then a complete lack of contact , baring in mind all the equipment they fitted is less then 2 years old. Right to add to this the responce from the owner is pointless as I've made contact and they have changed nothing at all , I'll be almost 3 months with no solar ( in summer)

I wish I could give zero stars, as this company should not be trading. Call after call, voicemail after voicemail, and even threatening legal action failed to get anyone to contact me back. Throughout the installation I've had around six different tradesmen attend the property to rectify mistake after mistake, yet problems still remain. The biggest mistake was installing the air source heat pump directly in front of our rear gate, significantly restricting access to the back of the property. This was particularly frustrating as I had been told the heat pump would be installed at the front of the house. At no point was the change properly discussed or agreed with me before the installation went ahead. To make matters worse, the scaffolding is still standing three weeks after the job was completed. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and complete absence of customer service have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others stay clear and look elsewhere.

Absolutely useless trying to get anyone to talk to you,must have phoned and left a message a dozen times in a fortnight,we have no heating and my husband is 87,I am 78.We took out a service with them last August and they are ignoring us completely.At the end of our tether as no other installers will give a plan if they did not install.Going to Citizens advice now to see if they can help!

I initially had a terrible experience with Future Heat whose plumbers let me down 5 times each time resulting in loss of income and a waste of my time. Their plumbers drilled through my underfloor heating in the bathroom and cut the wire. As it cannot be repaired, it needs to be replaced but they are not replying to my email asking for compensation nor are they replying to my query regarding adding one extra solar panel (there is space for another one on the roof). Future Heat have now installed another solar panel on my roof and have given me compensation for the damage to my underfloor heating. I hope this is the last time I have to edit my review. 2 years exactly after being installed, the pump failed and had to be replaced. Here is a time line of events and what i wrote to Future Heat / group: " On 16 February 2026 I called Future Group as the heat pump you installed in February 2024 stopped working 2 days before whilst I was away showing a 070 fault. I believe I talked to someone called Ian (?) and I told him the pump had not been serviced. He talked me through what I could do to restart the pump. When this failed he told me he would send someone and I would get a call on the 17th of February. No one called me and no one was sent. I called again on the 18th of February and explained to another person that I had been waiting for a phone call. The person I spoke to said he would check with (Ian) and call me back. No one called me back. On the 19th of February, I got through to Aidan on the phone and he said that Ian should not have said that he would send someone. Aidan helped me locate the water filter in the pump as I said I would try to clean it myself. I did not succeed. Later that day I called your company again and spoke to a lady (Caroline ?) and we agreed that Future Group Ltd would send someone and that I would pay for the call out fee. She assured me someone would get in touch with me but no one did. That same day I sent Aidan an email asking for someone to be sent but received no reply. On the 24th of February I employed a plumber to come and look at the pump. He cleaned the filter, checked the pressure and the radiators. I paid him £70. He called your office to get some advice as the pump still showed the same 070 fault and he was told someone would call me back in the afternoon. No one did. I have now been without heating for 10 days. I have called another company who will come on the 4th of March to try and repair the pump. It was very difficult to find a company which would agree to repair a system they did not install. " Future group replied that "Based on the information currently available, the manufacturer’s installation and maintenance guidelines have not been adhered to. As compliance with these guidelines is a mandatory condition of warranty coverage, this has resulted in the warranty being rendered void. Consequently, we are unable to accept liability for the associated repair or replacement costs. While we appreciate your concerns regarding the level of service received, our position is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and we must apply these requirements consistently when assessing warranty claims." Interestingly, the company I found who did the job future heat refused to take on, or even discuss with me, got a new pump for free from the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. Lesson learnt - don't trust Future Group with installing your heat pump!

Complete cowboys! Been left with a incorrectly installed system, moaning hot water that wakes everyone up, taken money for Service plan despite being told to cancel it. Refuse to answer phone calls. Emails left unanswered. Have no other option but to start legal claim, MY ADVICE IS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They offer no aftercare and fob you off with excuses

Future Heat installed our solar panels and heat pump and we’re very pleased with the result, it works brilliantly and they were a cracking bunch of lads — knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Recommended!

The chap called "Lee" who came to service the heating system and correct the faults,he was so polite and kept me in the loop and explained everything in an easy way for me to understand,he is a credit to the company he works for. Thank you Lee

My experience with Future Heat was very positive . Their survey was very thorough , their quotation was detailed and competitive and they started work soon after I place an order . The work was carried out over the course of only 3 days and to a very high standard . Their Engineers were very helpful in answering my queries during installation and afterwards . A First Class company .

I had been without heating for over 7 days when Lee came to fix my heat pump last night .He arrived at 8.30pm after a long day at work.Lee was friendly professional and explained to me what the problem was.I am now very relieved to have heating!! Very happy with the service I received you are a credit to your company thank you!

Aftercare is beyond a joke. System was fitted in March and over the last two weeks, my mum has no heating downstairs and today has woken up with no hot water. Calls after calls and all she gets is "someone will call you back" and "you are a priority" - it would actually help if any of you had any understanding of these systems before you proceed to fit them. As per another review, they sent some small heaters, which I think they assume will keep you quiet for a while, definitely not. This company knows there is a vulnerable adult in the property and today there is also no water so what are you prepared to do about it today as a priority because i will be escalating this higher.

I cannot sing this company’s praises enough! Their service has been exceptional from start to finish. I would particularly like to thank Gary who went out of his way to ensure that the engineers attended quickly to help us and to Lee and Yusha who attended and worked tirelessly into the evening to ensure that we were left with a fully working system. They showed absolute professionalism, made the disabled occupant of the company feel completely comfortable and took time to engage with us and ensure that we were happy. I have completely confidence is this company and absolutely recommend them to everything. Thank you so much again.

If i could give it no stars i would .Worst company I have ever delt with fitted.heat if pump system came back as they forgot to fit a part in the heat pump damage front panel and now saying they won't replace front panel i have to go to panasonic and pay for a front panel myself i would say stay away from this company.

Update : After posting my last review UKEM got in touch with me and apologized for overlooking my issue. An engineer visited and sorted out the leaky radiator, and took a look at the inverter which was working properly again after I had restarted it a couple of times. Solar companies do get very busy in the autumn/winter period so I can imagine they had a lot on… Here’s an update to my earlier review - this does not refer to the installation team who were great; The installation team were great. HOWEVER the technical support after installation is appalling. I contacted them months ago about a leaky radiator and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit. The inverter for the solar panels they I stalled stopped working over a week ago and I’ve been calling continually to get an engineer to find and see what the issue is, and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit. Installation; It took 12 hrs from start to finish to replace my old heating system under the government Eco4 scheme. Alex and his team installed solar panels, radiators and an air source heat pump on day one, and before the end of the next day it was all up and running. All the guys in the team were incredibly friendly, efficient and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They made the whole process as painless and pleasant as possible.

Apart from the solar panels everything else has adequate and the central heating is now working

Our experience of Future Heat is mixed.All the guys that came to the house have been great,friendly and professioal.But sadly the customer aftercare has not been so great. After countless amount of calls because we had no heat for 7 months and no solar panels working for 2 weeks. I had a Engineer come round today by the name of Lee and with in an hour and 15 mins he had fixed my heating because it was programmed wrong from the start. Then he found that the fuse was faulty for my solar panels and wired it to a spare fuse. So touch wood this has all by rectified by him.. He was very friendly ,professional and is a credit to Future Heat..We would defo give Lee 5 stars though. It is just a shame that their after care service is so bad and did not reply to my phone calls or emails for 2 months... Jonathon Bates

I had the said company out to fit air source and solar at the property in Wereham. I have had faults and they came out quickly but phoned them a month a go but still haven't came out all I get is someone will phone you, tbf they didn't say when, jo hot water or heating very poor

Very helpful and friendly and also very patient when I asked lots of questions.Lee was very tidy and didn't leave any mess. Hope he's the one I get if I ever have problems.

We've had Future Heat install our Air Source Heat Pump, Heating and Solar Panels, can't recommend them more, top blokes, Josh and his Colleague who installed the Heating and ASHP, Reese and Ryan the electricians (Who drove from all the way from Scotland to fix an issue we had on a bank Holiday weekend, arriving far into the night just to make sure we had hot water!) and Lee the 5 star Maintenance guy. Today I had the first service of my air source heat pump central heating by Future Heat Ltd. Lee,the engineer was really personable,informative and professional throughout. I highly recommended this terrific company. 😊

Lee was very professional, clean and tidy explained everything so well, a delightful young man to have in my home! Service beyond expectation long day driving but still kept his appointment with me arrived 8pm and did the service then had to drive to another job!!!

84 yr old left with heating system that doesn’t work and a flood at 10.30pm. Radiators fitted in places that stop doors opening and prevent furniture being where it was for 57 yrs. Dust everywhere (avoidable). One thermostatic valve only finger tight (leaking). Holes for pipe work not made good. Huge air source heat pump with one of its feet balanced on a stone. Joint failed during installation causing minor flood…property damaged. Glossed over by installers. System not working when the installers left in a hurry on the Friday night leaving only 1 radiator working. 1 week later even after calls to the office still unresolved. A small panel heater arrived in the post….to make up for a whole house being cold. 9 days later pipe joint burst causing second flood I find 84 yr old mopping floor and trying to stop furniture damage at 10.30pm on a Sunday. even more property damaged. No instruction left on how to isolate the system. 84 yr old now suffering with a chest infection due to dust, lack of heat and stress…she’s till trying smile through it though . …..12 days in and a plumber may be out. Insurance will only get involved when future heat have done something….meanwhile 84 yr old left to wait in a damp cold damaged property. Acceptable????

In 2023 Future Heat installed a heat pump, some new radiators and solar panels under the ECO4 scheme. I was very impressed with the company at the time from the care taken to work out heat loss etc to the installation. All was efficient and all the contractors that came were friendly, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately my heat pump suddenly stopped working about a week ago. Lee from Future Heat came to sort out the fault and carry out a full service. He was here 3 hours and was friendly and courteous throughout. He and the company went out of their way to sort things for me. Thankyou to Lee and Future Heat.

Just had our installation completed. Absolutely fantastic bunch of guys from start to finish. Special thanks to Iain, Steven, and Kye, the plumbers who amused me to no end with their banter whilst doing a beautifully neat job! Also, the electricians from Sheffield who had the erm, pleasure of having to work out our set up in the Friday before a bank holiday who done the job without complaint and left everything immaculately tidy. Thank you ever so much. Highly recommended bunch!

absolutely fantastic service carried out by Darren and Graham, kept things tidy and protected while they worked, the installation was smooth and honestly looks amazing, they made the job look easy, going from 25+year old storage heaters to brand new rads with the heatsource pump has been a god send to this property, they walked me through the work, and showed me how everything works... oh and their music taste was top notch ;) 10/10, can't thank you enough!

Nice friendly people, but I get the impression because it was a 3-5+ hour drive for each contractor the job they done for me was rushed. Didn't wire the solar inverter up correctly, and took a day and a age to come out and sort it again, and had a smart meter installed yesterday only to find the meter installer had to leave us disconnected from the grid due to a serious fault left by the electricians (a reverse polarity) phoned up future heat and was assured some one would be out to sort it that day (yesterday) still waiting for them to turn up, So cost me more money to get my own electrician to sort it.

Communication was excellent from Lee, he contacted me by telephone to advise me that he would be coming to visit to rectify work that needed to be done, he gave me a few days notice prior to his arrival, he then proceeded to call me the day before to advise on time that he would be arriving and messaged me 20 minutes before he arrived. Lee was very thorough throughout his visit to rectify the work that was required following a service, he was friendly and courteous throughout visit, he explained and showed work that had been carried out whilst he was here. He offered advice on how to run the air source heating efficiently.

Very hard working, polite, helpful, very conscientious and respected my property

From the start back in June 2024 it's been a complete nightmare. I have had nothing but problems which numerous people have tried to rectify, all of which have told me that it's an instalation issue. Wrong pipe connectors caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling. The radiators wouldn't work and it was found to be the pipes which had been wrongly installed. I have requested, numerous times, my instalation pack to register my solar panels which I still haven't got. No one ever calls you back you have to chase them continuously. No matter how long I leave the heating on it has never got above 16 degrees and I was told it should easily reach 21. The original installers made it obvious that they didn't want to be here and just wanted to go home, finished a bedroom house in about 6 hours, which I have been told is not really long enough and would have been rushed. Would not recommend to anyone. Also they left damage to carpets, broke glass photo frames, ripped my table cloth, had no regard for my personal belongings and left holes in the ceiling where the pipes go in a terrible mess with expanding foam. I'm going to invest in some oil filled radiators for next winter because your heating is a joke. All of the sub contractors who have tried to help have been fantastic.

The guys who worked inside tge house was great the electrician a1 the solar installers well not good at all damage my roof so bad had to have a new roof dont want anyone to go through this they put the solar panels up without any scaffolding i didn't see this as i work night and went out to get some sleep at my sisters but my neighbour had told me the young guy on my roof was jumping up and down on it which is why my roof leaked the first time they come out to repair it which i thought was done but when we had more rain it was leaking in different parts of the houses in my bedroom also downstairs in the kitchen at a cost to me of £12.900 and them refusing to give me any help after they did the damage i got told i didn't give them time to do the repair as they was supposed to have done the repair im sorry would you want someone if they didn't repair it the first time please please please don't use this company is my advice sold me a dream but caused me nightmares

Yesterday we had Future heat come and install a new Air source heat pump, brand new radiators and adding additional radiators and 9 Solar Panels. Firstly we met one of the delivery drivers that work with Future heat her name was Bev- she was absolutely fantastic and really assured us about the team that was working on our house that day as i was nervous! - Alex and his Team arrived on time and they were so polite, courteous, professional and above all Knowledgeable. Alex talked me through the entire process and he was able to answer all of my questions i had throughout the morning. Alex's Team of Plumbers and Roofers were also beyond amazing and they were all working together like clockwork and they were working as a Team, everyone had their own jobs but they came together to get everything completed. if one person was doing something and needed help there was always someone to lend a hand which was great to see. We have an indoor cat and during this process they took AMAZING care to let me know about entering and opening doors to ensure the cat was safely undisturbed by anyone other than myself. Alex's Team had a Plumber/Apprentice who was also fantastic, he was working with everyone and everyone was helping him out and checking on him at all times which myself and my fiancé love seeing (we both work in apprenticeships so this was 10/10 for us! and he will most definitely be amazing once qualified) The lads all worked non stop until completion and Alex didnt leave until everything was to his liking and that we knew what the steps would be for the electricians to come and showed us everything he had done. before leaving all work was checked again and radiators were bled) *All rubbish was tidied up and placed really neatly in the front garden for collection, our home was respected and we truly appreciate everything that they done. i genuinely felt like i knew them once they had left- i wouldn't even double think to have them do work on my house in future. big shout out to Alex and the Team!

Excellent company from customer service to engineers. Very professional. Engineers made what was quite a difficult installation due to my small cottage look easy. Extremely happy with my new heat pump, solar panels and cylinder. Installed beautifully and everything works perfectly. All radiators can be controlled independently via a very user friendly app. Also have a wireless independent thermostat. Thank you to the team. Highly recommend.

1st day Josh plumber and his term turned up on time and work all day long with no break. 2nd day Ryan electrician and his team turned up and worked all day. 3rd day solor panel term came. 2 weeks later Tony came to check everything and to removed the rubbish. My house was left clean and tidy. I had a ASHP installed new radiators water tank and solar panels. Fantastic service. Thank you Future Heat ☺

After a survey future heat were instructed to complete the solar pv installation and heat pump at my property, all was done to a very professional standard, the plumber even fixed waste issue under my sink was very kind of them, after finding some small snagging issues Tony came out today to fix them and now my house is so warm I had to actually turn it off lol, very professional service and would definitely use again for another project In the future.

All parties, plumbers, Electricians and Engineers have been absolutely professional friendly, informative and helpful. Very tidy workers removing waste , protecting Carpet's and flooring. Also considering the huge amount of work entailed, following the surveys Future heat soon got things started Thank you to your team

Highly recommend Josh and Scott. Installed ASHP and they were extremely professional and very considerate in the work spaces, lots of dust cloths went down when they first arrived even though I assured them it wasn’t necessary. Cannot fault these lads on their work, willingness and professionalism. When they left it was as though they hadn’t even been here. If I could give more stars then I would. Thank you to them for making the day extremely easy and stress free.

I must praise Darren the plumber and his Mate as they worked hard for 11hrs solid installing the Air pump due to the delivery not arriving on the first day due to floods. I was impressed with thier work. The solar team were quick and electrical team were conscientious although the F12 error kept showing and I didn't have any heat for a week. However, he inspector Tony, put everything as it should have been. Reflushed and reset the system and now I actually have heat! FUTURE HEAT have some great teams. They should be proud!

The initial booking survey and approval went fine. Plumber came to fit and did a great job. Albeit he did not fit the additional radiator in the wet room. 1 Solar panel fitter was a waste of time and left without doing a thing. Second team arrived and did a brilliant job of connecting part of the system. Second electrician team arrived and finished panel installation to find original team had wired incorrectly. All done and then found second team had not turned on the second set of panels :-). A quick trip to the loft sorted that. Small pipe leak 2 weeks later sorted within 24 hours. HOWEVER! After that it gets disappointing. I contacted British gas to have the electricity exported. They sent me a form and said we needed a receipt from Future heat to confirm ownership and a 2 page form needed filling in. I have emailed future heat 3 times and not one response (So still cannot get panel electricity exported and credit from BG) I am going to citizens advise to find out what can be done and if I need to go "legal". I also asked Future Heat about a service plan for the Air Source Heat system. British gas and the like will not offer service contracts as they did not install it. Again, 4 times I have asked Future Heat (They told me at install they were doing their own plan) and no response. All companies are only as good as the back up they provide, and so far 7 months after install U am no further forward with getting the necessary info I need and not one response from anyone at Future Heat. Hopefully someone from the company will read this and respond (I will happily then amend my feedback). But currently they appear to be great at install and then leave you hanging

Although the heating system has made a big difference to our home I had a terrible experience with future heat and if I’m honest if I knew now what I know I would never have approached them. My house was treated terribly by the men who completed the work, here’s a list of the issues; * Floor in the bedroom broken *Carpet on the landing was lifted and is now constantly moving as it was not put back down properly * Laminate flooring scratched In The lounge * Lamp In The lounge broken from being knocked over * electrician very rude and had placed the new fuse box in my dining room rather than in the kitchen hidden next to the existing one so I’m now left with a mess on my dining room wall from them having to move it as it was an eyesore! * burn on my bedroom floor carpet * I actually moved my fridge yesterday and found the horror they left my floor in! I could actually see under the house!!! * a hole still on the outside wall of my house apparently going to be filled * Nails left in our drive and garden * The technical monitoring inspector drove his van onto my neighbours garden and had to be towed of it!! Leaving a massive hole There’s many more issues on top of these Honestly I couldn’t even make this stuff up! Disappointed is an understatement the only good workmen was the ones who did the solar panels

Had a great service from Josh installing our heat pump and radiators down in the depths of Cornwall. Despite them having difficulty with a delivery and removal of our old boiler they remained professional throughout and updated us each time a situation changed. Also the house was left clean and tidy at the end and the waste has been neatly left ready for collection, great service and they were both great with us having children wondering around too 👍

Can I not give more stars, please?? If you are reading these reviews, you are probably thinking of getting Future Heat to do some work on your property. You may also have already discounted some companies because of stories about the huge amount of upheaval and problems either with the installation or the mess left afterwards. You can end your search now, with Future Heat you are in safe hands. The complete process took around 6 weeks - from initial contact to the final aftercare visit and (despite the potential for huge problems with a complicated house!) it has been a relatively stress free process. Everybody we dealt with was brilliant, we had two surveys, both of which were smooth and trouble free (although it was clear it would be challenging installing a system for our house). Mark planned the works and was pretty honest that our house was difficult to sort (we knew that already, its a big old rambling farmhouse and converted barns) but he came up with a plan which looked good and the works were scheduled in for early September. I felt Mark was determined to get us an improved system. Phil and Karl arrived on the first morning bang on time with a cheery smile and had a quick look around the house to check what was going to be installed while they waited for the equipment van to arrive. We immediately felt we were being looked after and we had every confidence that the installation would be trouble free. The works had originally been scheduled for 2 days and I was amazed that anyone thought this could be possible - the amount of work to do was vast! But Phil and Karl are the A-team of the plumbing world - they worked independently at times, but you always got the impression this was a team job. I think in total there were 16 radiators removed and installed, 2 oil boilers removed, 2 heat pumps installed, 2 hot water cylinders removed, one (larger one) installed. The delivery note was about 6 pages long! Phil and Karl worked extremely long days with very little rest along the way. The work is obviously very physical but they remained cheery and friendly throughout. Each problem encountered was simply resolved, there was no fuss. It did seem they had to take rather alot of photos of radiators in different states which seemed unfortunate as it was very time consuming with no benefit to anyone (as far as I could make out). However, this, as with everything else, was done with a smile. I thought it would take about a fortnight to do the work and to be fair, had they worked what I thought was a full day, it probably would! But they worked long hours and just cracked on every minute of the day. When you have work like this done, you are putting your home in the hands of someone you’ve never met before and essentially hoping they get it right. With Phil and Karl, not only do they get it right, they do it with a smile and make the whole process as stress free as you could wish for. We had full confidence in their technical know how which was validated by the fact everything works! We also had solar panels installed and this was done in super speedy time. There is a slight issue with the panels, but I’l confident this will be sorted promptly but it relies on other agencies to get things working (the voltage to our property was reading too high and the solar panels do not currently work). Mike, the electrician, worked tirelessly to get things sorted and set up our system which I really appreciated. He set up the smart controls as much as was possible, but sadly our internet also needed some work so we have ordered some boosters to get everything connected. It will all be sorted in the next day or so and we are absolutely delighted with everything that has been done. From start to finish, we were looked after and treated with the same care as if we were family. From the start to the end, we felt we were getting the very best service - we got the A-team. Where to start.. what should have been a 30 minute visit turned into nearly 3 hours, I cannot thank Tony enough for helping me with the problems I had and he was adamant that he wasn't going anywhere until it was sorted, even though he was on his way home after a long week away from his family. Tony was friendly, professional, competent, patient and a true gentleman, thank you again you are a wonderful asset for Future Heat to have.. We hope you have a safe journey home 🙂

They installed solar panels and heat pump for me in June in Dagenham area. Alex and Mark were great and did it quickly. However, one of the parts didn't fit and they said they would inform their office and would fix it but no one from the office has come yet. Alex very patiently managed to fit everything into a small space. I'm very happy with them and am very grateful for their service.

Having so much work done to my bungalow all the young men also delivery drivers have been outstanding in their work and care of my home. Alex and Josh were amazing. Being disabled and on my own they took extra care to see everything was OK for me. They moved furniture and even hoovered up when they had finished the job. The lads didn't even stop for lunch, they worked through until 6:30pm on both days of being here. They both were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable within my own home. Absolutely shocking customer service. Never take note of what you say and had many appointments cancelled wasting my time and days. With no compensation. The company is a complete joke and have made a shambles of my home. Having my new system fitted in April after the men rushing through the day to now when the inspector has cancelled his visit a few hours prior because he needs to drive up north. After many failed attempts at communication I do not recommend this company.

I’d give this company more than five stars. From the minute they started they didn’t stop. The workmen were lovely. They even helped me when my dog got out. They worked from eight o’clock in the morning, till nine each night. If they were able to they would have carried on. They cleared everything up afterwards too. That was a huge help. A week later another guy came to check and inspect the work carried out. Communication has been amazing. I would hundred percent recommend this company.

Future Heat sent 3 installation engineers to my property to install a ASHP. I cannot praise these 3 installers enough as they worked tirelessly though out the day in the 3 hottest days this year 30-32c and also had to enter my loft to install pipe work where the temperature was even higher. not only were they extremely helpfully but also very polite, they cleared up after themselves and left my property in a clean and tidy state I can highly recommend this company and their installers. On the Third day the Electrician arrived to wire up all the system and to commission it, again he worked it extreme heat but continued without hesitation and then at the end went through the controls with me. Well done Future Heat you have extremely good hard working personnel especially to Jason Dave and Sam

Great all round team, 2 men installed my air source heat pump and radiators in a day, electrician connected in 3 hours, next day cavity wall insulation done in 3 hours, very clean very professional, communication from office staff and team second to none, would highly recommend this company

Absolutely shocking. Communication is the worst. Been told loads of different info. Been a nightmare from start to finish. Work been carried out to a poor standard. Defo avoid Started off by booking a day then being told by a different contractor that the job has been cancelled. Especially when I have taken time off work. Second damaged my roof tiles and tried gluing together with silicone. Same day heavy rain caused massive leak in the house. Having to consistently chase future heats up regarding what is happening. Lastly was told I would be compensated yet again I had to ring them up around 10 times before this happened. Also was told someone would come to collect all the rubbish on Saturday and guess again no one turned up. Shocking company. Stay away unless you want to be messed about. Chap called aiden was polite but badly run company.

Workmen were lovely.. all fitted nicely. My halway radiator stopped working after 10 days.. told it was the battery.. surely batteries should last longer?? Also I was told someone would take all the rubbish away.. 6 weeks later its all still in my garden..🤦‍♀️.

Well, what can I say? This company have been simply amazing; from the people on the phone to the guys on the ground nothing has been too much trouble for them. I’ve had an air source heat pump and new radiators installed along with solar panels. To say that I’m extremely happy would be an understatement. The guys arrived early, worked hard all day and didn’t leave until the job was done. They were all very friendly, happy, polite and considerate to the fact that they were in my home - leaving it clean and tidy when they left. Mark the plumber was fabulous and did such an amazing job all by himself; Ryan the electrician couldn’t have been more helpful and Jordan the solar panel guy was extremely informative and clearly knew his stuff. A special mention for Kevin on the phone though. As with all major undertakings like this, there are bound to be teething problems. Kevin has sorted out all the issues and never once made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. He answered my calls promptly and again was always polite, friendly and empathetic. Thank you so very much Kevin. This approach to customer satisfaction is so incredibly refreshing and because of this, coupled with the quality of the work carried out, I would whole heartedly recommend this company without a shadow of doubt. Thank you so very much to everyone for everything that you have done. I’m a very happy lady indeed!

Our initial install had a few problems but Danni was amazing and completely restored our confidence, she communicated clearly, addressed all my concerns and kept me updated at every point. The 2nd install was perfect- teams were really knowledgable and worked incredibly hard. We have just had our safety inspection today and Tony was clear in informing us of what happens next.

Good company I had a new heating system system and solar panels installed in my cottage. The whole installation including removal of old radiators, installing a new tank, new radiators, heat pump, and solar panels took only three days. The plumping team, the electrician, and the solar team were polite, worked hard and efficiently. Good communication with the office. They also arranged a waste collection. The last appointment was the safety inspector who made sure everything worked fine. Very pleased and can definitely recommend the company.

Arran and Paul worked really hard and can't fault the guys. The installation was for my mother who was dreading the potential upheaval but everything went like clockwork. Heat pump, solar panels, new water tank and 5 new radiators all installed in three days. Final sign off visit was on 23 Feb and reported a couple of issues. 1. The heat pump base is not solid and slightly out of plumb this can cause issues with the fan and motor which will eventually lead to excessive noise. 2. Solar panel generation is a fraction of predicted generation for time of year, array size, pitch and azimuth. I've given this four stars for the install as the installers were fighting a loosing battle trying to concrete in the pump base in the pouring rain so can't really be blamed for the issue mentioned above. I would however expect it to be rectified. Still awaiting contact from Future Heat to discuss these issues. I'll update further as and when. Really good after service. Regular contact from Kevin at Future Heat and the electrician has now been to resolve the Solar panel issues. Generation figures are now looking good. Re-setting of the heat pump base is now pending and I can't recommend this company enough. They are excellent.

We had a complete heating upgrade; air source heat pump and new radiators throughout our 3 bedroom bungalow, replacing LPG central heating. All the radiators and heat pump were fitted in one day with minimal disruption, and the heat pump was online a few days later once the electricians visited. In the meantime, we still had hot water. It’s been in for over a month and running very smoothly - easy to top up the heat remotely if needed. Of course our electric usage has increased, but it’s not costing more than our combined LPG and electric bills from before, and we’re sure we’ll save money going forward as we already had solar panels installed, plus it’s so great to be off fossil fuels. Everyone from future heat has been very helpful, friendly and informative. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great service and fuss free installation, The guys who came to our house to carry out the work were polite and friendly. They did change a couple of appointments, so slight inconvenience but everything was completed in a timely manner and happy with the end result.

Excellent! Well informed about every stage and with plenty of time to arrange things. We had a heat source pump (air to water); radiators throughout; solar panels and thermostatic valves on the radiators. First on day one we had the heating and plumbing team who fit all of the radiators and all of the pipe work, 3 guys who didn’t stop working and were really nice guys to talk to and took you through everything they were doing. 3 more guys turned up and fit the solar panels (12 in total) real life spidermen, walking and fitting like they were on flat ground. Day two heating and plumbing guys came back to finish off installing the heat pump again didn’t stop working and explaining each step. Day 3 we had the electricians out to wire the house! 2 brilliant guys who basically did a 12 hour shift before having to do a 2 hour drive to London. They wired the solar panels in the loft and connected everything up. The amount of safety checks is incredible and puts you right at ease. One side of the solar panels weren’t working ( this is of no fault, until everything is wired up, you don’t know, and everyone has their steps to follow and move on to the next job) straight away it was logged and has been booked in. All the heating system was checked and fired up. We have just had the final checks done, another really nice guy (must be a northern thing) checked all the work was complete and we were happy, checked all the safety measures and all the waste/rubbish was taken away. Overall it’s been a really positive experience. It’s stressful having so much work being done and in every room but it makes a difference when you have experienced, hard working, nice people doing it. Would recommend to everyone.

Things seemed to go slow at first, but when they got into gear it was full steam ahead. From telling us install date to actual fitting was 1 week. System is fantastic what was fitted, works fine. All I will say is a little bit more time should be taken to allow for more professional fit out instead of rushing to get it fitted in a day. Ryan the sparkie his mate were brilliant. Tony the surveyor who checked the fit out was one of the nicest most helpful guys going. Any problems I have contacted Danni who immediately sorted any problems and gets back intouch with the resolution straight away. Early days yet but if the airsource heat pump does as it should I will be 100% happy. Straight away we are seeing a 50% saving on daily electricity usage thanks to the solar panels. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you so much for all you have done .

Well today finally arrived as planned , two teams , Plumbers and Solar engineers. Both teams where so friendly and very knowledgeable . Richard was a star and nothing fazed him and obviously very experienced. Stage one completed and left my house as they found it . Mark Steeple who planned and designed my system is very helpful , professional and seems to live and breathe Heat pumps . Plenty of Coffees and bacon sandwiches went down well , which they deserved .
