Rob was excellent, drove over to the house a week before to assess the set up and check the AC fitting would all work out - this reassured us alot and there were no extra costs. He then installed the units over 2 days. All installed very neatly and precisely, and the system works perfectly. Would recommend without a doubt, thanks again!
