Waste of time don't use unless you like stress and grief. Attitude stinks its like trying to deal with spolit kids.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company after I was referred by my insurance company for an emergency repair to a blocked sink and waste pipe First day, they didnt turn up (first half day off work), apparently the van had broken down. Second day a pleasant man arrived and pumped the water out of the sink then left. I turned the tap on and the sink filled with water and didnt drain. He has just eptied the sink. I called their offices immediately and I was told a plumber would be round the next day to replace the pipe work. The call operator advised that he had ordered the parts in and would call me later that day to confirm the time (second half day off work) Third day I phoned in the morning having recieved no call the day before as I was assured. I was told that they would not be coming as the insurance company had advised them not to. (My third half day off work having been booked in) So I started with a blocked sink and waste pipe, I still have a blocked sink adn waste pipe and I have lost three half days off work. I would strongly advise to avoid - their customer care is shocking.

In my previous position, I used several of the Diamond Facilities groups specialist companies from 2018 to 2020. I found that they provided a very high level of service at all times and were a very technology based company. Thoroughly recommend them.

One of Diamond's core values is: Always look to support local communities I have seen in person, that they commit to the philosophy and obligation they have set to put back into society and help to support the local communities. Not necessarily in which they would benefit from but which they could potentially secure the next generation of business leaders and business supporters. They raise the bar in this field which filters down throughout the company. Implementing these values and actively executing them, is a great thing that is rarely seen.

Do not deliver on there promises I say This bcause I was told by Diamond That a member would come to my home to disconnect a gas cooker was told driver was held up & would arrive following day The following day I called first thing in morning & was told yet again someone would DEFINITELY WOULD COME TO MY HOME YET NO ONE EVER DID SO I CALLED YOUR OFFICE AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS SHOCKING TO BE BLUNTLY I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE RANG BACK AFTER 2MINS SO OFFICE COULD CONTACT DRIVER IN QUESTION YET AFTER WAITING 1/2 HOUR I CALLED OFFICE YET AGAIN I MAY ADD ONLY TO FIND PLACE WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND SO THATS REASON FOR MY RESPONSE SO THEREFOR I AM ANGERED AND VERY VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WHICH IS WHYVI SHALL BE RAISING A SERIOUS COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS MATTER

As a business owner I need to say how shocked I am by the behaviour of your employee. This really creates a negative image of your company! I parked my car on the public road in Sabden and your employee parked his car right on my car. He was rude, used abusive language and claimed that the public road is his parking spot. I said I’ll complain to his head office and he said to do that and f*** off. Just sharing for everyone to see how amazing employees Diamond Facilities Support have.

Horrific company. If you’re looking to find a new company to manage your work DONT ! Firstly we were told the guys would be on site on Monday, they weren’t, I called up a lady who claims to be a project manager for the company and she bluntly lied saying the engineers had called our pub and said they weren’t coming, what went On really is the company they subbed the work to hadn’t been paid by these guys so they (which I don’t blame them) didn’t show up. Another night in a hotel for the manager and more cold customers !!! Next day some guys turn up and start the job, day one they kindly leave the boiler in our car park !!! Day 2 they again don’t just turn up a little late they turn up after 1pm when they were supposed to turn up at 7:30 !!!! Job still not completed as it’s Friday so early finish and F the customers in the cold !!! Saturday they turn up and somehow we’ve now got a gas leak but it was fine before. Any large companies looking to use DON’T. They’re full of lies.

*WARNING* Do not do any work for this company! I still have not being paid from a job I completed for them on 27/9/17. Now 4 months overdue after being promised immediate payment. AVOID!! After instructing Beaumont Recoveries, I finally received payment minus 20% on 10/5/19. It’s taken nearly 2 years for this absolute joke of a firm to pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

If there service is anything like the driving of van GD65 GX0 then I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Incredibly reckless driving on the M25!
