I can’t recommend BDS Services highly enough. They were professional, reliable, and trustworthy from start to finish. I had a Sinclair air conditioning system installed, and the whole experience was outstanding. They went above and beyond by fitting it very quickly because of my mum’s disability and illness. As soon as he heard about her condition, he made himself available despite being immensely busy. That level of compassion and kindness meant so much to our family. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you for your outstanding service, compassion, and professionalism. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. During the recent heatwave they were extremely busy and initially quoted a three-week wait, but after I explained my health issues they kindly fitted me in on a Sunday. I had originally chosen a smaller AC unit, but after discussing my needs, he suggested upgrading to a more powerful model to better cool my home. He only charged me the difference and, incredibly, didn’t charge anything for his time or labour, even though he spent over an hour installing it. As a struggling single parent, this kindness meant so much. The workmanship is excellent and the difference is incredible—my whole downstairs is now beautifully cool, like winter indoors even in the hottest weather. A truly honest, trustworthy, and compassionate professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic Job by Shubham and his team!! I've just opened my pharmacy this week in the middle of a heatwave! It's 32 degrees outside and I dont feel a thing in my pharmacy. The ceiling A/C unit is working brilliantly as Shubham said it would. Every patient that enters the pharmacy, doesn't want to leave. I cannot praise BDS Services enough. Excellent quality of work, high attention to detail. From start to finish excellent communication on options and pricing (Aircon units), asked if I was 100% happy before packing tools up and leaving. Left a very tidy job which looks and functions great! They installed heating, bathroom and air conditioning ducted system in our renovated 4bedrooms home everything is well finished,had some technical issues related to manufacturer they solved in minutes with mitsubishi technical teams through call and put their 100% to solve issue. Can understand some times massive system takes technical or commissiong things. All members are soft in nature and end of the day everything is set and system runs efficiently and written document signed as per agreement (after system runs well😁)

Had air conditiong fitted a few weeks ago by this company. Have been trying it out and very pleased with it. They turned up on time. They used plenty of protective materials to keep the area clean. They kept me fully informed during the instilation regarding what they were doing. The only one little thing i would have prefered was the electric supply that was outside the building going to ghe unit was just pinned to the wall and not enclosed in trunking. I have now done this and it looks much better. Beside this I would defenitley recomend these guys.

They were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Super professional but also friendly and easy to talk to—they explained what was wrong in simple terms and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The price was fair, and the whole experience felt stress-free. It’s clear they really know their stuff and care about doing the job right.
