Completely unprofessional. The plumber smelled unbelievably bad, to the point it was hard to stay in the room. Cleanliness matters. I won’t be recommending this company. lun

I can’t recommend John the plumb enough. Friday night our heating system broke and we had to find someone to come out, unfortunately it wasn’t John and we ended up with hot water only and come Saturday and 7 hours of the other guy trying to fix the system (new pump) still no joy and the result being we needed a new boiler at the cost of thousands…my partner did some research and put a post out to see if we could get a second opinion and John the plumb said it didn’t seem right so he offered to come out on Sunday FOR FREE to check it for us. 1.5 hours later and the heating was fixed and he wouldn’t accept a penny as he said he’d come for free. This is rare and I’m not posting this so people can try to get his services for free but to show how genuine and honest he is. The original chap made an error and he said he’d would drop round some money of which I will give to John

John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. I highly recommend John, so much so that I will be calling upon his services when it comes time to have my annual boiler service. 🙏🏼👍🏼*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

John was recommended to us by good friends, who live in his neighbourhood. We had suffered a catastrophic failure and were left without heating and hot water in early February. From the beginning John was quick to respond, friendly, informative and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Arriving the next day at 7:30am to assist. His work was quick, tidy and really efficient. Johns time keeping and communication is without fault. I felt completely at ease allowing him to work in the house whilst we both continued our day jobs. If he needed to pop out he’d text and always made sure the house was left secure. John didn’t oversell his services and honestly took all the stress out of a rubbish situation.. I would highly recommend!!

I can thoroughly recommend John. He responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and quoted very competitively for a new boiler, tank and tado valves. Arrived very promptly on agreed start date and all work was done in a very clean and tidy manner with clear explanations for a small unanticipated issue they encountered due to the way our previous 33 year old system had been plumbed in and how to resolve it. He has also revisited and has stayed in touch to ensure that the tado control system was working properly after an initial issue with a faulty part (tado’s fault) which was much appreciated. Friendly, honest and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend.

John installed a new boiler, changing from a conventional to a combi and moving it from the kitchen into the loft. He also installed new radiators throughout our house. I’m very happy with his work, his pricing was fair and competitive, and he started the job within a week of us accepting the quote. He even had the bricklayer rebrick an old flue that had been patched in a rather untidy way. I would definitely use John again and would recommend him if you are after a friendly, fair, and professional plumber. Thanks John!

If you are looking for a skilled engineer he is the one. My boiler was broken and it was hard to find someone as it is new year eve but he helped us and rectified the problem swiftly.

John came to fix our boiler on short noticed and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He clearly explained and showed us the issue and gave us a fair quote. Really lovely guy who saved our Christmas!

I can't fault the work John does, exceptional quality and is a really genuine guy. Needed a plumber urgently. John turned up within 2 hours of initial call and had the job done within 24 hours. This would have been done sooner, the delay was on our end. Very impressed

We had trouble with our boiler and used another local plumber who said main gas feed incoming was low pressure even tho this pipe was only two years old we listened to advice and got road and driveway dug up and had no heating for three weeks. The error returned two weeks later and we lost confidence as gas board said pressure seemed border line. We called John and he was over in a couple of days and replaced diagnosed in minutes went and collected part and fitted the same day. Boiler is now fully fictional. Good guy and deserves every success. If you have issues call this man 👍🏻👍🏻

Our boiler sprung a leak last Saturday morning and after a short phone call, John was with us within the hour and whilst he made it all look very easy everything was sorted very quickly, with no mess and to top it all off he happens to be a lovely bloke too! :) Thanks John!
