Simon has been brilliant from initial contact through to completing our somewhat complex install. He took the time when quoting to offer various options for us to consider whilst also making sure we were well informed (no hard sale techniques here!) Nothing was too much hassle for him and booking the install was super simple. Our main concern with air conditioning was the aesthetics so Simon helped guide us to a perfect combination of great looking indoor units and located our outdoor units out of sight - even though this made things more complex for him during the install. The trunking and pipe routing matches the exterior of our house and is extremely neat. It puts our neighbours AC install to shame. Disruption was kept to a minimum (working around our young children can't have been easy!) and he took the time to protect our capets and furniture ensuring everything was clean and tidy when he left. We're delighted with our new AC system and can't recommend Simon and his personable, professional approach enough.

We initially had several quotes to install air conditioning in our home. Simon arrived at the agreed time, giving us a competitive quote on the same day. Always responding promptly to our emails and queries, the work was completed with minimum disruption just a few weeks after our initial enquiry. Just had a multi split system installed at home by Britannia. Great communication from Simon, very neat install, fast turnaround, no pipework on show anywhere, reasonably priced too. The exterior pipework was hidden inside black PVC trunking, which looked tidy on our brickwork, looks a bit like a downpipe. He even worked in the pouring rain, poor chap! If you’re looking for reliable HVAC services, I wholeheartedly recommend Britannia.

Britannia Air Conditioning recently fitted a wall mounted LG Air Conditioner. I am absolutely amazed at the difference this has made. It does exactly what I needed and I can control it from my phone if I want to!

Had amazing service from this company! We had an LG machine with Wi-Fi and it's a dream. The engineer was very efficient, friendly and professional. All mess was cleaned up and work quality was fantastic. The unit is so cheap to run on electricity, both for heating and for cooling. I fully recomend Cool Britania.
