Climatech Services Limited is mentioned for servicing and repairing a ground source heat pump, for emergency call-outs, new installs and PPM at a private hospital, and for installation and repair work. One reviewer at the hospital describes the company as reliable and on call 24/7. Two reviewers describe a professional service; one also mentions planning and calculating an installation through to completion, a keen eye for detail and answering questions, and another says their stores are looked after. A separate reviewer reports a quick repair and describes the service as great. One reviewer reports that their solar thermal system worked only briefly after engineers fitted pipes of different diameters and adjusted the controller; they say it then stopped, the pump showed as stopped while it kept running at night and left cold water in the tank, and weeks of attempts to get someone to fix it went unanswered.

From emergency call outs, new installs to PPM, Climatech have been outstanding. With this being a private hospital, the temperature control is essential throughout to ensure everything from controlled drugs to patient comfort is extremely important and Climatech work brilliantly at providing an excellent service for us. As the Facilities Manager, it's been great having such a reliable company on call 24/7

I have a solar thermal system, and I payed my money for a warranty, and for them to look after my solar thermal system, it worked for a little while, their engineers came and fitted 2 different diameter pipes, then played around with the controller,,it worked for a little while then stopped, if the controller is left on it shows the pump has stopped, but I just keeps working even at night and I have a tank full of cold water in the morning I have spent weeks trying to get someone to fix it ,no one replies
