Matthew installed an air con unit at my home on behalf of one of the big national companies. He called ahead to confirm when he’d arrive, was bang on time and both polite and friendly. The workmanship was superb, the install is very neat and tidy and he made sure to leave the site spotless afterwards while making sure I was familiar with the unit and how to operate it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would likely engage him directly in the future for this type of work if I need it!

MJB servicing started off well, he came to fix a gas leak at short notice and then fitted a thermostat for me a day after. We appreciated the promptness:). BUT.... We were then quoted for plumbing of a washing machine and pipe reapirs to leaking waste pipes outside. We had him booked in but he just didnt show up and didnt reply to my messages. Have not heard any response from him since.

Great experience from MJB. Wanted air con installed in two bedrooms. Installer came around and did a site survey and explained that the original plan was not optimal and came out with a suggested, better, solution. All agreed and on the day turned up exactly when he said he would and started work immediately. A few hours later two new air con units installed and no mess what so ever. Took me through how to use it and explanation of how to keep it in tip top condition. All in all an excellent level of service throughout and would not hesitate to recommend.

Came out within the hour to my boiler which had stopped working diagnosed the problem got the part and all fixed the next day. Brilliant service thank you and will definitely use again.

Great service. Called in the morning and Matthew has arrived later that day. It was meant to be a boiler yearly check up but ended up we needed service done as there was a gas leak. He didn't leave until it was sorted. Later on received all the documents in the email. Very happy with the customer service and overall experience.

The engineer was such a gentleman – professional, polite and very thorough. He did the gas connection perfectly and clearly takes pride in his work. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond for me as a customer. I had misplaced my gas meter storage key and, without hesitation, he provided one he had with him. While he was working on the gas pipe, I was struggling in the garden cutting tree branches with the wrong tools – he kindly lent me his own tools and even guided me on how to use them safely. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job perfectly but also helps with things that aren’t even part of their work. Matthew installed our boiler last year and did a fantastic job. His work was of an extremely high standard. He was professional and friendly. Today we had Matthew & Graham from MJB servicing come and install our boiler after recently having ours condemned. I had a text the day before saying what time they would arrive, they turned up on time and got right to work The quality of the work, the speed in which the boiler was installed and the care in which they looked after our house as if it was their own felt very comforting.. Matthew came the time he stated, very pleasant chap and professional. Removed old gas cooker and fitted new one carried out all safety checks. Very clean and tidy couldn't tell he had been, price was very good and I would highly recommend.

Matthew came out to look at the job, quoted me and then said he would be back the next day to complete. Waited in all next day but he did not show. Towards the end of the day I reached out and asked if he was coming. He explained he was running late on an emergency job. Fair enough. We arranged another day. He did not show and this time did not even offer an explanation.

Matthew started immediately he arrived. He covered the stair and landing carpet (the boiler is upstairs) and started on my boiler replacement. He and his assistant worked throughout the day without stopping until the job was finished. They were both polite, courteous and friendly. Any old or newly created holes were filled and when the job was finished they cleaned and cleared everything away (including the carpet protection). In short, if you want a job done professionally and properly (no amateur short cuts) I suggest you contact Matthew. I will be contacting him again for my boilers annual service. It's nice to know there are still people out there that are prepared to do the job they say they will.

Great job carried out by Matthew at MJB. Servicing they upgraded our very oldheating system and installed a Worcester boiler they removed the old water tank making free space. Nothing was to much trouble and would not hesitate to recommend their services

My old boiler broke down and rather than pay for a costly repair decided to get a new boiler which was installed by MJB. I now have a lovely warm home again and hot water. Placed a call today as returned home after a few days away and the kitchen sink tap was leaking heavily. He was able to attend within half an hour and diagnosed and resolved the issue in 20 minutes, was professional, knowledgeable and worked well Overall I could not have asked for a better service from a plumber anywhere and will definitely use again for all my plumbing needsthank you again for so swiftly returning water to my house!
