LOC Plumbing and Heating Ltd

Lewis and Harvey worked so well together to complete the job efficiently and on time whilst being very pleasant and considerate to me at all times, explaining everything I needed to know. I thought at the end of a long warm day installing a boiler in a very awkward place, and radiators in a similar restricted setting, without complaint, Lewis and Harvey well deserved a Narberth raspberry Ripple. Both their faces lit up though Harvey took the healthy option! I would highly recommend Lewis and Harvey.

Excellent company. Great workmanship and very efficient I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with LOC Heating! All the workers were fantastic—very clean, professional, and polite throughout the whole job. Shaun took the time to clearly talk me through all the features and uses of the new boiler, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

Great service and excellent communication

Recently had a Baxi boiler fitted. From start to finish the process was seamless. On the day of the fitting, they turned up on time, ensured cleanliness and were really polite. The job was completed to the highest standard, I will definitely use them in future. Thanks

I've had Chris and Matthew in for a few things at my property. Boiler services on a yearly basis. Also multiple aircon units installed in the bedrooms and lounge. In fact we are planning on installing another one soon. The new aircons have been very much needed with all the hot weather had over the summer. brought down temperature from 30's to 16/17 within half an hour

High praise for Lewis and Ethan, they didn’t stop from the moment they arrived…found solutions to all obstacles. Fab service, happy customer

Very impressed with their attitude and work ethic and politeness. Nothing was too much trouble.

Loc have been fantastic!. A team of really professional and hard working people. We cant get over the job they've done. Everything done to a high standard and they've left the house spotless after doing so much work. Cant recommend them enough

Upon recommendation I used LOC Plumbing who this week installed a brand new central heating system at my home. Every bit of piping, boiler, and radiators etc have been fitted with precision and pride. The staff were great and very friendly, from the initial enquiry, to promptly attending my house and giving advice and best solutions for the job in hand, and of course, the guys who installed it all. Further more the plumber's made sure everything was cleaned up and tidy each time they left for the day, which you dont often find with some tradesmen. I would highly recommend LOC Plumbing, and look forward to having my brand new bathroom fitted in a few weeks.

I asked LOC to replace my combi boiler, they gave me a price i was very happy with and communicated very well before the install. On the day of install they turned up exactly when they said they would and fitted our fantastic new boiler without any issue or complications. I would recommend Chris and the team at LOC to anyone that needs any plumbing or heating work. Top lads 🤙

Highly recommend! We used Loc Plumbing and Heating for a total new central heating system. Big project but from the start we had great communication. They were punctual and such a friendly team, nothing was too much trouble. I had to rearrange dates and times at short notice but they were empathic about the situation and fitted around me. I will always use them in the future, top quality work and a great team!

We contacted LOC in regards to swapping our boiler: they were very considerate in working around our schedules and fitting us in as soon as they possibly could. All the boys were extremely professional, polite and just overall very pleasant people! The level of cleanliness was amazing also. I have to say that Christopher was extremely helpful, explaining the whole process and how long it would take overall. Will definitely be using LOC for the foreseeable and would recommend to anyone :)
