Pencoed Refrigeration drew mixed reports. One reviewer said a £20 call-out led to another part of their equipment being broken and repeated calls asking for £700, and that their business had to close until another company fixed the mess. Others described a fast service and a first-class experience, with one saying help came late in the evening and included a call back to check the fridge was working to save their food.
Would give 0 star if possible. Absolute joker. What company comes out in 20mins and charges £20 Then return and break the other part of your equipment then call u a million times asking for £700. My business had to close until I got a Decent company out to put the mess they made right! Re gassed and back up and running.
Great fast service
