We had a very professional service from Mr Ac, so can highly recommend them. We had an a/c unit fitted to our attic bedroom. The two guys Mat and Rick were friendly, polite and did an excellent clean, professional job. Everything was explained to us with a demonstration of the working appliance. All rubbish was removed on completion and everywhere was left immaculately clean when they left. We will definitely be using Mr Ac in the future. Wendy in the office was very polite and helpful. ,

Had a vey good experience with MR AC for domestic AC units installation. Matt and Ric provided a quick quotation, adapted to our needs, discussed available options with clear and sound recommendations. Installation done on time in a very timely manner, clean and tidy. Very happy with the system and would highly recommend them for domestic AC units. Wendy in the office is very responsive and rescheduled install date when we had to.

I am super impressed with these guys,they came recommended by locals and they were right. They were timely, with a decent price and their work ethic was second to none. It took 5 hours or so to install, And we're living in a much more bearable cooler environment. We were literally thinking of moving due to heatstroke in our own home, causing me, hubby and our cats to overheat. Now we can stay and we're not suffering any more.

We have had a new aircon unit fitted by MrAc and are very happy with the end result. its doing exactly what we were hoping it would do. For us this is the quickest and most cost effective way to heat our kitchen diner area. Both indoor and outdoor units were installed and commissioned in a day, no messing about. I can't recommend MrAc enough and will certainly be using them again in future! Note: There is currently no VAT payable on the installation of domestic aircon units until 31 March 2027 which represents quite the saving!

The engineers came from MrAc Air Conditioning to service our ageing air-conditioning unit. The filter was perished and no longer available from thee manufacturer. The engineer went to the trouble of buying the mesh and making a new filter to fit our machine. This was over and above expectations. I thoroughly recommend this company. They could have just told us to replace the whole unit, cost us a lot of money.

Professional, clean and tidy job done. Very pleased with work done and very friendly workers. Every tiny detail was done, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely highly reccomend this company to anyone.

We had 2 separate units installed by MR AC after a quote and home visit they explained everything we needed in detail and sent a quote by e mail. The guys were on time and extremely clean and installed both units leaving no mess and even taking all rubbish with them after the job was complete. We would recommend MR AC and fully deserve their 5 star rating.

We used Mr AC and the service he gave was exceptional. The knowledge of these guys is second to none. We had a hidden ducted unit which fits into our home like a treat. Even the after sales/service is excellent. We were so happy with the results we had another unit installed in our bedroom and the games room. Would definitely recommend this company. Would highly recommend Mr AC. They were brilliant to deal with the whole time, worked to our schedule, got the job done in the timeframe they promised. Superb service. Turned up on time, and everything was planned out well. My house certainly was a challenge, the "old cow shed" with thick stone walls however didn't beat MrAc :) Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and everything was explained. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you.

MrAC installed air conditioning for my partner and I this summer; on their recommendation we went with Fujitsu brand AC. The installation went smoothly and throughout they were professional and courteous, leaving the area neat and tidy. The air conditioning is working well currently leaving the rooms installed significantly cooler than the rest of the house. (I will update this review if there is a problem). Would highly recommend this company for others looking to get AC fitted in south wales.

I recently had an air conditioning unit installed in my home by MrAc, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial consultation at my home to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. The entire team, including those back at the office, were punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Mr AC installed our AC unit in the middle of a VERY cold snap!! Even though it was freezing outside, Mat, worked quickly and efficiently getting our unit installed so that we could all stay toasty and warm!! We have saved so much money since having this AC Unit installed, being able to heat the home without putting the actual heating on has helped so much, especially with the prices of utilities at the moment! On the other hand as well when we get the boiling days that the UK cant handle...everyone wants to come to our house!! The AC Unit keeps the house cool and can even have it nice and cold/warm and ready for when we get home (Via App). 10/10 service!! Great company. They gave prompt quotes with 3 options so that we could make an informed choice of system. When installing they were on time, done efficiently and to a high level of workmanship.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. From first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable about their product and offered a competitive quote. We wanted a split air conditioning system for lounge and bedroom. Today, they turned up promptly at 8:30am as agreed. Their workmanship was first class, they worked together extremely well and their installation was carried out cleanly, efficiently and without mess. The external trunking is also immaculate and pleasing to the eye. On completion, we were given a comprehensive demonstration of the controls and operation of the units. We are more than happy and we have confidence in both the product and the guys workmanship. When they left, they removed all the packaging and left everywhere as they found it. Finally and also very important, they are really friendly and likeable.

Very nice guys, professional service. They first came and gave me a no pressure quote which they followed up with an email. On the day they arrived on time, were very professional and polite, took all their rubbish with them and took the time to explain to me how to make the most of my Aircon. My garden bar is now lovely and cool and it looks great. Very happy with the service! Lovely guys

Excellent company, very professionally run. Wendy quickly responded to my enquiry and arranged a time for Rick to quote for the work. Matt and Rick were professional and got the work done on time and to the price quoted. They also carried out the work while accomodating me as I was working from home as well as leaving all areas clean and tidy. Definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made by a long way. After spending a few months investigating ways of reducing my high heating costs and poor heating efficiency; I came to the conclusion that an air source Heat Pump would make a massive difference. In addition, it would provide air conditioning in the summer. I contacted MrAc as they were located near to me and their website was impressive with the quality of the equipment being offered. They visited to do a site survey and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was very specific about my requirements after carrying out extensive research and they provided additional useful information. I received a written quote in a couple of days and was pleased with it, as it was for a quality make/model and a powerful unit to meet my needs. Within 2 weeks the unit was fitted very professionally in one day, my prerequisites were carried out perfectly. Their workmanship was outstanding as was their demonstration on using the unit. Since fitting, my heating costs have reduced by 75% during temperatures of 4C to 10C and by 50% to 60% during temperatures of -5C to 3C. This has reduced my overall energy usage/costs by around 50%, I monitor my costs with a Smart Meter daily and have done so for over two years, accounting for weather conditions. I have calculated that the unit will repay the purchase/installation costs within 2 years, probably less, depending on the weather conditions and energy pricing. In addition, my house is warmer and the temperature is a lot better controlled. My house was built in 1911 and is not well insulated (yet). So, I was surprised by the substantial savings and low running costs, especially as even in the current very cold snap my house warms up dramatically quicker and to higher temperatures than previously possible. I am an extremely happy and very highly recommend MrAc, for cost effective heating or air conditioning. They provide top quality equipment installed very professionally at a fair price. I am confident that you will come to the same conclusion.

It was an excellent experience dealing with The team. When they came to measure up for the quote, it was clear they really knew what they were doing. Their price was really competitive and they’d gone out of their way to find out that we’d be eligible for the zero VAT rate before I was even aware of it. Fitting was a smooth process too. I’d definitely recommend MrAC if you’re ever considering air conditioning.

Air conditioning and heating unit installed in our garage conversion. Amazing service and went out of their way to fix issues caused by my own decorating skills and other workmen, which added hours onto the job with no fuss. Highly, highly recommend.
