Castle Climate Control have worked on my home since 2016 and I’ve always had a great experience with them. They’ve installed an air source heat pump, hot water cylinder, air conditioning, room thermostats to control underfloor heating, and they service everything every year (including an existing solar thermal system). Karl and his team are polite, professional and respectful of your home, with great attention to detail. I trust them and have a lot of respect for how they work. Highly recommended.

Karl and his team installed two air conditioning units at The Spring Charity and kindly donated their labour for free! They have done an excellent job and are an example to other businesses on how to practically support small charities! Thank you so much Karl for your generosity and excellent work! I would highly recommend Castle Climate Control Ltd to other organisations, companies or for your home! Our teaching kitchen will. I longer be like working in an oven! 🤩🌟

I've waited months trying to get them to provide a heating survey (£500) or a quote to install. Nothing! Spent many times on the phone to remind them. Very sad state.

Very impressed with the service and reliability of Castle Climate Control. Had my annual heating service which was carried out by Steve. Professional polite and gave some good advice on running my system, which included turning my heating down a notch to save energy. Steve is a credit to the company with his knowledge on Air to heat source systems. Highly recommended company I would not use anyone else 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you !
