Total Climate Ltd

Steven was recommended through a neighbour and from my first outreach he was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He managed to fit me in very quickly and did a super job on the day, being respectful of my house and belongings. 1 external unit and 3 internal units were all fitted within the day and I was shown how to use them and maintain filters etc. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for Aircon

Very happy with the system we got installed, Stephen and his team were great. Remained flexible with the instillation to meet our requirements and the cost was very reasonable!

Brilliant service!! Full install done in a single day. Really helpful, explained everything thoroughly and super tidy. Would highly recommended.

From advice, quote and installation Total Climate acted professionally and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them to install domestic air conditioning. Colin

Very satisfied, cooperative in each install query (cable management locations), local around Newbury. Product is functioning as designed.

A really efficient service carried out by Robbie who was polite, courteous and professional. He was more thorough than anyone else we've had. Competitively priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Stephen and Robbie make a professional and courteous team. Needed an annual service of aircon installed last year; Stephen was prompt to arrange a visit at a reasonable price and the service was carried out professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Climate Ltd to friends and family. Thank you

Stephen fixed my nu-aire system. He came out to resolve the issue the same day I contacted him and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended his services to others!

Stephen fitted two Toshiba air conditioning units to our house over two days. He has done an absolutely top quality job and we are really pleased with the units and the way they have been installed. Stephen is very professional and helpful. I was concerned about one of the units as the trunking had to be attacked to tiles on the outside of our house. However, as you can see from the photos, the result is superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be asking Stephen to fit more units in the near future.

We were looking to get an AC installed in our upstairs bedroom, so called Stephen to discuss our options. He came around to check and advised possibilities. Booked him supply and get it all installed. He and his mate arrived on scheduled time and carried out a professional install while taking care of intricate details. The whole process of the installation and AC functionality was explained before they left. We have found the whole process seamless and value for money, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Stephen to others. We will surely be using him gain in future when the need arises.

When I called about getting AC installed in my home office Stephen was clearly very knowledgeable about the topic and wanted to ensure the right system was sized for our needs, rather than up-selling to something too large. For the price we paid I'm very happy with the outcome, this really has transformed the way we use the space and costing a lot less to heat and cool compared to an oil rad and portable AC. Jake the engineer turned up on time and completed the job in no time with a keen eye for detail, equally friendly/professional and tidied up well after. Thank you, no doubt we will be back for another unit elsewhere in the house at some point.

Excellent service. Persisted in finding in the fault in our roof PVs, found it, and repaired it. Gold star for determination, and for having the skill to repair it.

Stephen did a great job, came through recommendation and would recommend again. The unit was unfortunately broken on arrival but it was all sorted quickly and replaced with a new one. Very happy with the outcome.

Professional job, neat, tidy installation. Respectful of my home inside and out. Don’t know how we lived without aircon, sleep so well in the summer and can use for heating in the winter.

Stephen quoted air con for our bedroom, he was clear, quick and answered all our questions. He shared with us several options of air con units based on size, colour, design and cost and allowed us to decide what was best for us. He supplied and fitted the unit in a single day and ensured it was working before he left. Our bedroom was so cold during summer! No more sleepless nights being too hot!!

After a very informative phone call (all my questions were answered in depth and there was no rush), I had a/c installed at my home in Berkshire, not only as a source of heating now in the winter, but also for cooling in the summer. Really friendly and very clean working engineer fired the system in just a day - Highly recommend! I also have to say, I am now benefiting from the efficiency of the system which is reflected in my energy bills.
